Abstract
Description
(1)室内に含まれるサンプル材料が揮発温度に達する時を決定するための課題
(2)望ましくない化合物の生成又は放出、若しくは、これらの望ましくない化合物の放出に加えて燃焼副産物を生成するサンプル材料の燃焼をもたらし得る室及び材料への過加熱

(4)対象化合物の抽出前に対象化合物を含む可能性のある制御されない蒸気の放出という一般に存在する課題
(5)各種制御を伴うことによる装置のサイズ、重量、及びコスト
また、従来技術の気化装置は多機能キャップを有しない。独自の熱源を含んでいない従来技術の装置は温度を調節する手段を備えていない。さらに、サーモスタットを備えるように設計された従来技術の気化装置はまた、サーモスタットによって制御される熱源に組み込まれる。その結果、これらの従来技術の装置はより複雑となり、大幅な追加コストと、装置のサイズ及び重量の増加、並びに複雑な製造とを要し、結果として従来技術の装置は生産する上でより高価となり、故障が発生しやすくなる。

Claims (16)
- 揮発するための対象化合物を含むサンプルを保持するように適合された開放端部を有する本体と、
前記本体の前記開放端部の上に固定されたキャップであって、前記キャップは前記対象化合物の材料からの揮発及び抽出に最適な条件の予め選択された温度範囲内への加熱の表示を提供することができるサーモインジケータを含むことと
を含む揮発装置。 - 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは予め決定された前記温度範囲内への加熱の聴覚的表示、触覚的表示、又は視覚的表示の少なくとも一つを提供する揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは前記サーモインジケータを通した空気流を可能にする揮発装置。
- 請求項3に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは前記キャップの形状と相補的な形状を有する揮発装置。
- 請求項4に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは前記サーモインジケータの中にいくつかの開口部を含む揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは予め選択された前記温度範囲内への加熱の前記表示を提供する時に、前記サーモインジケータが前記本体に接触する位置であって前記キャップ内の位置に配置される揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記キャップは前記本体の外径よりも大きい内径を有する揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは前記本体内に形成された室内の前記材料を囲むように前記本体の前記開放端部に接触する揮発装置。
- 請求項8に記載の揮発装置において、前記本体は前記サーモインジケータの反対側において前記室内の前記材料を囲むように、前記本体内の前記サーモインジケータの反対側に障害物を含む揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、障害物は前記障害物を越えた空気流を可能にする揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータは予め選択された前記温度範囲内への加熱の前記表示を提供する時に、前記サーモインジケータが前記キャップに接触する位置であって前記キャップ内の位置に配置される揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記サーモインジケータはバイメタル材料からなる揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置において、前記キャップと前記本体との間に空気流の空間を形成するため、前記キャップは前記本体の外径よりも大きい内径を有する揮発装置。
- 材料から揮発する少なくとも一つの対象化合物の特定の量の前記材料を含む対象の一端の上に配置されるように適合された開放端部を含むキャップを含み、前記キャップは前記材料を燃焼させることなく少なくとも一つの前記対象化合物の前記材料からの揮発及び抽出に最適な条件の予め選択された温度範囲内へ熱源によって加熱されるように適合される揮発装置。
- 請求項14に記載の揮発装置において、前記キャップと前記対象との間の空気流を可能にするため、前記キャップは前記キャップ内に挿入される前記対象の直径よりもわずかに大きい直径を有する揮発装置。
- 請求項1に記載の揮発装置を提供するステップと、
前記サーモインジケータが前記対象化合物の前記材料からの揮発及び抽出に最適な温度の表示を提供するまで、前記本体及び前記キャップの少なくとも一方に熱源を適用するステップと
を含む物質を揮発させる方法。
