Description
Claims (10)
- 工具装置(1)に関する作動データ及び負荷状態の少なくとも一方について、検知及び保管の少なくとも一方を行うための装置を有した手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置(1)であって、前記工具装置(1)に関する力、加速度、運動、振動周波数、及び振動振幅の少なくとも1つを検出する少なくとも1つのセンサ装置(10)を備えることを特徴とする、手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 前記センサ装置(10)は、力センサ(12)、加速度センサ、運動センサ、及び振動センサの少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 作動中に前記工具装置(1)から発せられた固体伝播音を検出できるように、少なくとも1つの力センサ(12)が、前記工具装置(1)の前端領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 前記工具装置(1)は、前記工具装置(1)の作動を抑止することが可能な作動抑止アクチュエータを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 前記工具装置(1)は、前記工具装置(1)に関する設定に用いることが可能な制御アクチュエータを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 前記工具装置(1)は、釘打ち機、手持ち式の固定具打込機、または固定具取付工具として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の手持ち式または半固定式の工具装置の作動方法であって、前記センサ装置(10)を用いて検出した作動データ及び負荷状態の少なくとも一方を評価し使用して負荷プロファイルを生成することを特徴とする作動方法。
- 前記負荷プロファイルを生成する際には、前記工具装置(1)の内的要素または外的要素を考慮することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の作動方法。
- 前記工具装置(1)の作動中に、前記工具装置(1)の適切な作動または不適切な作動に関する情報を、使用者に対して表示することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の作動方法。
- 前記センサ装置(10)を用いて危険な作動状態を検知すると、前記工具装置(1)の作動を抑止することを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の作動方法。
