Claims (20)
- ファンブレードであって、
第1および第2のチタン部分がアルミニウム合金ろう付け材で相互に固定されていることを特徴とするファンブレード。 - 前記第1のチタン部分が鍛造によって提供されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第1のチタン部分が、機械加工されたリブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記機械加工されたリブが、弓形形状を有するアンダーカットを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第2のチタン部分が、カバーを提供する熱間成形されたシートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記ファンブレードが、前記第1のチタン部分によって画定されるブレード根元を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記ファンブレードが、前記第1のチタン部分によって画定されるブレード先端を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記カバーが前記エアフォイルの一側面を提供することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第1のチタン部分が、前記ファンブレードの前縁および後縁を画定する、対向する第1および第2の縁部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のファンブレード。
- ファンブレードを製造する方法であって、
第1および第2のチタン部分を提供し、
前記第1および第2のチタン部分のうちの少なくとも1つにアルミニウム合金ろう付け材を適用し、
前記ファンブレードを加熱して、前記アルミニウム合金ろう付け材を溶融させ、前記第1および第2の部分を相互に結合して、エアフォイル外側輪郭を持つファンブレードを提供する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする、ファンブレードを製造する方法。 - 前記第1のチタン部分を鍛造するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のチタン部分を機械加工するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工ステップの前に、前記アルミニウム合金ろう付け材を適用するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のチタン部分を押圧して、前記エアフォイルの側面を提供するカバーを作製するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記カバーを酸洗いするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記カバーを酸洗いした後に、前記アルミニウム合金ろう付け材を適用するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ステップを行う前に、前記第1および第2のチタン部分をバッグに入れるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ステップの前に、前記バッグをパージするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ステップ中に、前記バッグを真空に引くステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のチタン部分が、根元、先端、ならびに前記エアフォイル外側輪郭の前縁および後縁を提供することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
