Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 複数の電池セルを有する複数の電池モジュールが筐体内に収容された電池パックであって、
前記電池モジュール毎に設けられ、前記電池セルの状態量を検出するための複数の出力端子にそれぞれ接続される複数の第1の電線が束ねられた第1のワイヤハーネスと、
前記電池モジュール毎に設けられ、前記複数の第1の電線にそれぞれ接続される複数の第2の電線が束ねられた第2のワイヤハーネスと、
前記電池モジュール毎に設けられ、前記第1のワイヤハーネス及び前記第2のワイヤハーネスによって伝えられた情報を用いて前記状態量を検出する状態量検出部と、
を備え、
前記筐体内の1箇所以上に、2個以上の前記状態量検出部が纏めて配置され、
任意の前記第1のワイヤハーネスの前記複数の第1の電線の各長さは、前記任意の第1のワイヤハーネス以外の前記第1のワイヤハーネスの前記複数の第1の電線の各長さとそれぞれ略同じ長さであり、
前記第2のワイヤハーネスの長さは、前記電池モジュールが前記筐体内に配置される箇所に応じて調整されている、電池パック。 - 前記第2のワイヤハーネスの長さは、前記状態量検出部が配置されている箇所と前記電池モジュールが配置されている箇所との位置関係に応じて調整されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記筐体内の1箇所に、全ての前記状態量検出部が纏められて配置される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1の電線は、前記電池セルの電圧を検出するための電線であり、前記電池セルの電極端子に接続される、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 2個以上の前記第2のワイヤハーネスの前記複数の第2の電線にそれぞれ接続される複数の第3の電線が束ねられた第3のワイヤハーネスを備え、
前記状態量検出部は、前記第1のワイヤハーネス、前記第2のワイヤハーネス及び前記第3のワイヤハーネスによって伝えられた情報を用いて前記状態量を検出する、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載の電池パック。
