<実施例>
<Example>
Hereinafter, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG.
The wire harness 10 in this embodiment is attached to a vehicle, has a plurality of conductive paths, and each conductive path is connected to various devices mounted on the vehicle. In this embodiment, the wire harness 10 has two conductive paths, one of the conductive paths (hereinafter referred to as the first conductive path 10F) and the other conductive path (hereinafter referred to as the second conductive path 10S). Is a two-layer structure in which the inside and outside overlap.

In this embodiment, the first conductive path 10F is connected to a low voltage (for example, 12V) auxiliary battery and a motor generator, and the second conductive path 10S is a low voltage auxiliary battery and various electrical components (navigation device, Air conditioner, headlamp, etc.). The wire harness 10 is connected to various devices through the outdoors (under the floor).

One terminal fitting 20 is connected to each of the terminal portions of the first conductive path 10F and the second conductive path 10S. The terminal fitting 20 is formed by bending a conductive metal plate material punched into a predetermined shape. The terminal fitting 20 includes a first connection portion 21 connected to terminal portions of various devices mounted on the vehicle, and a second connection portion 22 connected to the terminal portions of the respective conductive paths 10F and 10S. A connection hole 23 is formed through the first connection portion 21, and the second connection portion 22 is provided with a pair of caulking pieces 24 that are caulked to the end portions of the respective conductive paths 10 </ b> F and 10 </ b> S.

The first conductive path 10F includes a pipe 11 having conductivity and rigidity capable of maintaining a predetermined bent shape. The pipe 11 is made of metal (copper, aluminum, etc.), and has a substantially cylindrical shape and a relatively long length. Inside the pipe 11, a minimum space is secured through which the second electric wire 14 constituting the second conductive path 10 </ b> S can be inserted. The outer periphery side of the pipe 11 is covered with an insulating member (not shown) (such as a resin corrugated tube or a shrinkable tube).

An electric wire (hereinafter referred to as a first electric wire 12) is connected to the end of the pipe 11 as a flexible conductive member that has conductivity and can be bent and deformed relatively easily. The first electric wire 12 is formed by surrounding an outer periphery of a conductor 12A formed by twisting a plurality of strands with an insulating coating 12B. The conductor 12A is made of copper, a copper alloy, aluminum, or an aluminum alloy.

The 1st electric wire 12 is electrically connected to the conductor connection part 13 formed by crushing the edge part of the pipe 11. FIG. The conductor connection portion 13 is formed by crushing the end portion of the pipe 11 from one side in the radial direction to the other side, and the inner peripheral surface is in close contact and closed. The conductor connecting portion 13 is formed after the second electric wire 14 is drawn out from an opening 15 of the pipe 11 described later.

The conductor connecting portion 13 is configured to project in a direction intersecting with the crushing direction (width direction) of the pipe 11, and one side in the crushing direction is recessed and the other side is not recessed. Both surfaces in the crushing direction of the conductor connecting portion 13 are flat surfaces, and the terminal portion of the first electric wire 12 is placed on and connected to the one surface. At the terminal portion of the first electric wire 12, the insulation coating 12 </ b> B is peeled off to expose the conductor 12 </ b> A, and the exposed conductor 12 </ b> A is welded to one surface of the conductor connection portion 13. Since one surface of the conductor connecting portion 13 is a flat surface, the conductor 12A of the first electric wire 12 can be easily adhered, and the connection reliability between the first electric wire 12 and the pipe 11 can be improved.

The terminal fitting 20 is electrically connected to the other end side of the first electric wire 12 (the terminal portion of the first conductive path 10F). The terminal fitting 20 is connected to the conductor 12A exposed by peeling off the insulating coating 12B at the terminal portion of the first electric wire 12, with the second connecting portion 22 being caulked.

The second conductive path 10 </ b> S includes a second electric wire 14 inserted into the pipe 11. The second electric wire 14 is formed by surrounding an outer periphery of a conductor 14A formed by twisting a plurality of strands with an insulating coating 14B. The conductor 14A of the second electric wire 14 is made of copper, a copper alloy, aluminum, or an aluminum alloy.

The second electric wire 14 is inserted into the pipe 11 and drawn out from an opening 15 formed in the pipe 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the opening 15 has a slit shape opened to one end of the pipe 11. The opening 15 has a width that matches the outer diameter of the second electric wire 14, and the end 16 on the closing side, which is the opposite side of the opening 15 from the opening 15, has an outer shape of the second electric wire 14. It has a circular arc shape along. Before the conductor connecting portion 13 is formed at the end of the pipe 11, the width of the opening 15 is constant, and when the conductor connecting portion 13 is formed at the end of the pipe 11, the opening 15 is opened. The end on the side is closed.

A terminal fitting 20 is crimped to the terminal portion of the second electric wire 14. The terminal fitting 20 is connected to the conductor 14A exposed by peeling off the insulation coating 14B at the terminal portion of the second electric wire 14, with the second connecting portion 22 being caulked.

The end of the wire harness 10 is covered with a flexible protective member 17 (for example, a grommet). The protection member 17 has a cylindrical shape and surrounds at least the entire opening 15 of the pipe 11 and a connection portion between the pipe 11 and the first electric wire 12.

One end of the protection member 17 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 11 over the entire circumference, and the tape T is wound around the outer peripheral side and fixed. The other end of the protective member 17 is in close contact with the insulating coating 12B of the first electric wire 12 over the entire circumference, and the tape T is wound around the outer peripheral side and fixed.

The protective member 17 has a shape branched according to the number of conductive paths, and has an extending portion 18 that extends along the second conductive path 10S. The extending end portion of the extending portion 18 is in close contact with the insulating coating 14B of the second electric wire 14, and the tape T is wound around the outer peripheral side and fixed.

The wire harness 10 of this embodiment is electrically connected to a pipe 11 having conductivity and rigidity capable of holding a predetermined shape, and a conductor connecting portion 13 formed by crushing an end portion of the pipe 11. Of the first electric wire 12, the terminal fitting 20 electrically connected to the end of the first electric wire 12 opposite to the pipe 11, and the opening formed in the pipe 11 through the pipe 11. The second electric wire 14 drawn out from the portion 15 and the terminal fitting 20 connected to the terminal portion of the second electric wire 14 are provided.

According to this configuration, since the pipe 11 protects the second electric wire 14 and the pipe 11 can maintain its own shape, it is not necessary to provide a large number of protectors, clamps, etc. Since the conductive path is formed, the number of electric wires can be reduced. That is, according to the wire harness 10 of the present embodiment, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure can be simplified.

Further, the opening 15 is open to one end of the pipe 11. According to this structure, since the 2nd electric wire 14 can be passed through the opening part 15 from the end of the pipe 11, the 2nd electric wire 14 can be pulled out easily compared with the case where the opening part 15 has closed the perimeter. .
