下記一般式(1)で示される化合物(A)、下記一般式(2)で示される化合物(B)及び下記一般式(3)で示される化合物(C)を必須に含有し、
処理剤の不揮発分に占める前記化合物(C)の重量割合が1〜35重量%であり、
前記化合物(A)及び前記化合物(B)の合計と、前記化合物(C)との重量比(C/(A+B))が0.01〜0.5であり、無機燐酸の重量割合が3重量%以下である繊維処理剤であって、前記処理剤の不揮発分の重量割合が1重量%の濃度の電気伝導度が0μS/cm以上且つ1300μS/cm未満である、繊維処理剤である(ただし、ポリビニルアルコールおよび/またはその誘導体からなる成分を必須成分として含む繊維処理剤を除く)。
