Description

The present invention relates to a refillable pouch container.

Conventionally, liquid detergents, liquid softeners, liquid bleaches, and other liquid substances contained in a dispensing container with a dispensing cylinder have been dispensed through the dispensing cylinder and used up. It has been practiced to refill the contents of the pouch container for use into the dispensing container and repeatedly use the dispensing container.

Also, as a dispensing container with a dispensing cylinder, there is known a container having a dispensing cylinder and an outer cylinder surrounding the dispensing cylinder, and a measuring cap detachably coupled to the outer cylinder (patent For example, it is possible to use a method in which a liquid detergent or a softening agent is poured into a removed measuring cap through a pouring cylinder and measured, and then put into a washing machine.
In addition, as the refillable pouch container, one end of the upper part of the pouch container is provided by providing a recess in each of the upper seal part formed on the upper part of the pouch container and the side seal part formed on the side part of the pouch container.
In the pouch containers described in Patent Documents 3 and 4, the upper seal portion of the nozzle is formed in an arc shape so that the nozzle can be easily inserted into the mouth of the container to be refilled. When the depression formed in the above is placed on the outer cylinder of the dispensing container and the inclination of the pouch container is gradually increased in this state, the nozzle is likely to be detached from the outer cylinder when the inclination is shallow.
The refillable pouch container described in Patent Document 5 is provided with a flange-like depression that can be engaged with the upper edge of the outer cylinder of the dispensing container on the side seal part below the nozzle. By rotating while engaging with the upper edge of the outer cylinder, the contents of the pouch container can be stably injected into the dispensing container. As the diameter of the nozzle increases, the depression on the upper side of the nozzle comes into contact with the upper edge of the dispensing cylinder, and when the pouch is further tilted from this state, the nozzle is easily detached from the outer cylinder.

Below, this invention is demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment.
The refillable pouch container 1 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “pouch container 1”) of the present embodiment is a so-called standing pouch that can stand by itself as shown in FIG. However, the upper seal part 3, the pair of side seal parts 4 and 5, and the nozzle forming part 7 </ b> A having the flow path 70 inside are formed by heat sealing.

The upper seal portion 3 is formed at the upper portion of the self-standing pouch container 1 in the vertical direction Y, and the pair of side seal portions 4 and 5 are formed at both ends in the horizontal direction X of the self-standing pouch container 1. . In the lower part of the pouch container 1, the pair of side wall films 2, 2 is heat sealed with a bottom wall film 61 folded in half, and a lower seal part 6 is formed in the lower part. The upper seal part 3, the side seal parts 4, 5 and the lower seal part 6 are formed on the peripheral edge of the side wall films 2, 2. The pouch container 1 contains liquid contents. Examples of the liquid contents include detergents, softeners, bleaches, shampoos, rinses, foods, and the like. As the side wall films 2 and 2 and the bottom wall film 61, those conventionally used as a material for forming a pouch container can be used without any particular limitation, and a single layer or multilayer film made of a synthetic resin, Those having a metal layer such as an aluminum vapor deposition layer in addition to the resin layer can be used. More specific examples include various film-like pouch materials described in paragraph [0018] or paragraph [0019] of Patent Document 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle forming portion 7 </ b> A is formed with an upper recess 31 in the upper seal portion 3 and a side recess 41 in the side seal portion 4, thereby forming an upper end of the pouch container 1. It is formed in the part so that it may protrude diagonally upward.

The flow path 70 inside the nozzle forming portion 7 </ b> A is formed between the pair of side wall films 2 and 2 between the upper recess portion 31 and the side recess portion 41. The nozzle forming portion 7A is provided with a cutting guide line 71, and the nozzle forming portion 7A is cut and guided by picking and twisting the cutting portion 72 provided on the tip side of the nozzle forming portion 7A. It is made to cut along 71. In the present invention, cutting is a concept including breakage. As the cutting guide line 71 which can be cut | disconnected by hand, what formed the linear groove | channel in each of a pair of side wall film with a laser beam, a cutter blade, etc. can be mentioned, for example. The linear grooves formed in each of the side wall films are preferably formed so that the groove of one film and the groove of the other film overlap each other, but can also be formed in parallel with a slight shift in position. A plurality of grooves parallel to each other can also be formed in each film. Note that the cutting guide line in the present invention may be a line in which a portion to be cut using scissors or the like is displayed by printing.

By cutting the nozzle forming portion 7A along the cutting guide line 71, the cut portion 72 is separated and the nozzle 7 having the spout 74 at the distal end portion 73 is formed as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle 7 of the pouch container 1 has a linear outer edge portion 7a on the upper seal portion 3 side, and has a curved outer edge portion 7b on the side seal portion 4 side. .

In many cases, the curved outer edge portion 7b on the side seal portion 4 side is often located on the lower side during use. Therefore, in the following, the outer edge portion 7a of the nozzle 7 on the upper seal portion 3 side is also referred to as an upper outer edge portion 7a, and the outer edge portion 7b of the side seal portion 4 is also referred to as a lower outer edge portion 7b.

The linear outer edge portion 7a on the upper side of the nozzle 7 is formed in a straight line from the vicinity of the deepest portion 32 of the upper recess portion 31 to the vicinity of the end portion 73a on the upper seal portion 3 side of the tip portion 73 of the nozzle. There are slightly curved portions in the vicinity of the deepest portion 32 of the hollow portion 31 and in the vicinity of the end portion 73a.
The outer edge portion 7b on the lower side of the nozzle 7 has a shape in which the vicinity of the deepest portion 42 of the side recess portion is curved in a concave arc shape toward the outer side, and the side seal portion 4 of the tip portion 73 of the nozzle. The vicinity of the end 73b on the side has a shape curved in an outwardly convex arc shape.

In the pouch container 1, as shown in FIG. 3, the first straight line L <b> 1 connecting the deepest portion 42 of the side recess portion and the end portion 73 b on the side seal portion side of the tip portion 73 of the nozzle 7, and the nozzle The angle θ1 formed by the second straight line L2 parallel to the linear outer edge 7a on the upper side of 7 is 30 ° or less.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle 7 has a side portion of the deepest portion 42 of the side recess and the tip portion 73 of the nozzle at the lower outer edge portion 7 b, that is, the outer edge portion 7 b on the side seal portion 4 side. Between the end part 73b by the side of the seal part 4, it has the protrusion part 75 projected outside the 1st straight line L1.
In the present embodiment, the projecting portion 75 extends from the first straight line L1 toward the side seal portion from the deepest portion 42 side of the side recess portion toward the end portion 73b side of the side seal portion side of the tip of the nozzle. After the distance d (see FIG. 3) to the outer edge portion 7b gradually increases, the distance d gradually decreases.
Further, the projecting portion 75 in the present embodiment has a portion where the distance d (see FIG. 3) from the first straight line L1 to the outer edge portion 7b of the side seal portion is the maximum, the deepest portion 42 of the side recess portion. And the end 73b side of the intermediate point between the end portion 73b on the side seal portion side of the front end portion of the nozzle.

Next, as a preferred method of using the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment, a case where the liquid contents accommodated in the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment is refilled into the dispensing container 8 shown in FIG. 5 will be described.
The pouring container 8 shown in FIG. 5 includes a pouring tool 81 having a pouring cylinder 82 and an outer cylinder 83 surrounding the pouring cylinder, and a container body 89, as shown in FIG. The dispensing tool 81 is fixed to the opening of the container main body 89 by a known method such as fitting or screwing.
The pouring tool 81 includes a pouring cylinder 82 projecting upward from the partition plate 84 and an outer cylinder 83 coupled to the pouring cylinder 82 via the partition plate 84. A concave liquid recovery space 85 is formed therebetween, and a liquid recovery opening 84 a is provided at the bottom of the liquid recovery space 85. Further, the dispensing cylinder 82 is formed with an axial separating portion 82a that reaches the liquid recovery opening 84a from its upper end. The outer cylinder 83 of the dispensing tool 81 has a thread 83a on the outer surface, and is capable of being screwed into a measuring cap (not shown) in a detachable manner. The tip of the dispensing cylinder 82 protrudes from the upper edge of the outer cylinder 83.

When using the contents in the dispensing container 8, when the liquid in the container body 89 is poured into the measuring cap through the dispensing cylinder 82 and weighed, and as a result, it is determined that it is larger than the required amount The excess amount can be returned into the liquid recovery space 85. The liquid returned to the liquid recovery space 85 returns to the inside of the container main body 89 through the liquid recovery opening 84a or the opening 84a and the separation portion 82a. When a small amount of liquid adheres to the measuring cap and the opening of the container body 89 is closed with the measuring cap, or the dispensing container 8 is turned upside down with the measuring cap attached, and then returned to its original position. Even in such a case, the liquid that has moved to the cap side returns to the inside of the container main body 89 through the liquid recovery opening 84a or the opening 84a and the separation portion 82a.

A preferred operation procedure for refilling the liquid contents in the pouch container 1 into the dispensing container 8 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the excision part 72 is cut out along the cutting guide line 71. The nozzle 7 having the spout opened at the distal end portion 73 is generated, and in this state, the side recess portion 41 located on the lower side of the nozzle 7 is replaced with the upper edge portion of the outer cylinder 83 located on the front surface of the separating portion 82a. Put it on P1. By doing in this way, the nozzle 7 of the pouch container 1 is directed downward, and the contents in the pouch container 1 flow out of the nozzle 7, but the pouch container 1 is centered on the part P1 and is indicated by the arrow A in FIG. Further rotation in the direction can improve the outflow rate of the contents.
Observing the refilling behavior of consumers, in most cases, trying to put out the contents to the end, tilting the pouch upside down from the middle to the second half of the refilling operation. According to the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the upper hollow portion 31 located on the upper side of the nozzle 7 of the pouch container 1 faces the separation portion 82 a in the dispensing cylinder 82. After rotating until it hits the upper edge P2 of the part, even if it is further rotated, the lower protrusion 75 of the nozzle 7 is kept in contact with the inner surface of the outer cylinder 83, and the lower side of the nozzle 7 is The outer cylinder 83 is prevented from coming off. Further, when the angle θ1 formed by the first straight line L1 and the second straight line L2 described above is 30 ° or less, even if the pouch container 1 is further rotated around the upper edge portion P2, the protruding portion Since the 75 movement trajectory abuts against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 83 so as to be directed in a horizontal direction, it is possible to more effectively prevent the nozzle 7 of the pouch container from easily coming out of the outer cylinder 83. .

By such an action, the nozzle 7 is inserted into a space between the inner surface of the extraction tube 82 and the inner surface of the outer tube 83 facing each other with the separation portion 82a interposed therebetween (hereinafter referred to as “insertion site”). Thus, the liquid in the pouch container 1 can be efficiently refilled into the dispensing container 8 without spilling around.
In addition, the usage method of the pouch container 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above-described method. For example, after the cutting guide line 71 is cut, the nozzle 7 having a spout opened at the tip is generated. The nozzle 7 can be directly inserted into the insertion site so as to be in a state as shown in FIG.

From the viewpoint of making it difficult for the nozzle 7 to be removed from the insertion site of the dispensing container 8, the angle θ1 formed by the first straight line L1 and the second straight line L2 is preferably 30 ° or less, more preferably 15 ° or less. . The lower limit value of the angle formed is 0 °. The angle θ1 formed is 0 °, which means that the first straight line L1 and the second straight line L2 are parallel.

From the viewpoint of making it difficult for the nozzle 7 to be removed from the insertion site of the dispensing container 8, the linear distance from the deepest portion 32 of the upper recess portion 31 to the end portion 73a on the upper seal portion 3 side of the tip portion 73 of the nozzle is 7 mm. The upper limit is preferably 15 mm or more, and the upper limit is preferably 25 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less.
From the same viewpoint, the linear distance from the deepest portion 42 of the side recess 41 to the end portion 73b on the side seal portion 4 side of the tip portion 73 of the nozzle is preferably 5 mm or more, more preferably The upper limit is preferably 20 mm or less, and more preferably 15 mm or less.
The thickness of the side seal part 4 and the thickness of the upper seal part 3 are preferably 1.5 mm or more, more preferably from the viewpoint of suppressing the deformation of the seal part and obtaining a sufficient locking force by the protrusions. It is 3.5 mm or more, preferably 10 mm or less, more preferably 6 mm or less. Note that only the thickness of one of the side seal portion 4 and the upper seal portion 3 may be within the above preferable range.

Further, in the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the third straight line L3 parallel to the outer edge portion 4b of the side seal portion 4 located below the side recess portion 41, and the above-mentioned The angle θ2 formed with the second straight line L2 is 55 degrees or less. Therefore, the nozzle tip of the pouch can be smoothly inserted into the dispensing cylinder, and at the same time, the state in which the nozzle is inserted into the spout can be maintained even if the pouch is greatly inclined. From the viewpoint of ensuring such an effect, the angle θ2 formed by the third straight line L3 and the second straight line L2 is preferably 50 ° or less, and more preferably 45 ° or less. The lower limit of the angle θ2 is 30 °, but is preferably 40 ° or more.

Further, the projecting portion 75 in the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment extends from the first straight line L1 to the outer edge portion from the deepest portion 42 side of the side recess portion 41 toward the lower end portion 73b side of the tip portion of the nozzle. Therefore, when the pouch is rotated around the upper edge P2, the side depression 41 does not interfere with the upper part of the outer cylinder 83, so that the protrusion d 75 can firmly contact the inner wall of the outer cylinder 83.

Further, the protruding portion 75 in the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment has a portion where the distance d from the first straight line L1 to the outer edge portion of the side seal portion is the maximum, the deepest portion 42 of the side recess portion and the nozzle. Since the end portion 73b is located closer to the end portion 73b than the intermediate point between the end portion and the end portion 73b, the protrusion 75 is farther from the center P2 when the pouch is rotated around the upper edge portion P2. Since it abuts against the inner wall of the outer cylinder 83 at the position, the rotational moment increases and the nozzle can be firmly fixed.

Further, the protrusion 75 preferably has a maximum distance d from the first straight line L1 to the outer edge of the side seal portion of 1 mm to 5 mm, particularly 2 mm to 4 mm.
Moreover, the distance d1 (refer FIG. 4) between the deepest part 32 of the upper hollow part 31 and the deepest part 42 of the side hollow part 41 is the linear distance d3 (refer FIG. 4) between the site | part P1 and site | part P2 of the extraction container. It is preferably 80% or more and 120% or less of (see FIG. 4), more preferably 90% or more and 110% or less.
Moreover, the maximum distance d2 between the deepest part 32 of the upper hollow part 31 and the protrusion part 75 is 90% or more and 120% or less of the linear distance d3 between the site | part P1 and site | part P2 of the extraction container. Preferably, it is 100% or more and 110% or less.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the pouch container 1 of the present embodiment is embossed on the pair of side wall films 2 and 2 positioned in the flow path 70. Specifically, each of the pair of side wall films 2 and 2 is formed by embossing with an arrow-shaped convex portion 21 that swells away from each other and concave portions 22 and 22 that are recessed toward each other. . One or both of the pair of side wall films 2 and 2 positioned in the flow path 70 are embossed so as to increase the rigidity of the portion between the upper seal portion and the lower seal portion forming both ends of the nozzle. When refilling, the way the nozzle bulges out is stable and less likely to spill.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also preferable to color the upper dent part 31 and the side dent part 41 in the refillable pouch container of the present invention to enhance the visibility.
Increasing the visibility of the upper and side dents can give consumers the awareness that the upper dent 31 and the side dent 41 provided on the pouch are refilled against the centers P1 and P2, respectively. .
When coloring the upper hollow part 31 and the side hollow part 41, both may be colored in the same color, and you may color both in a different color. Moreover, you may color only any one of an upper hollow part and a side hollow part. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable to locally color the vicinity of the deepest portions of both hollow portions, but it is preferable to have a wider range centered on the deepest portion. It may be colored. Further, only the outer edge portion of the seal portion may be colored, or a wider range such as the full width of the seal portion may be colored. In FIG. 6, the portion indicated by reference numeral 9 is a colored portion.
Further, in coloring the upper dent portion 31 and the side dent portion 41, it is preferable to color the same color in both, but in order to intuitively understand that they are in contact, A similar color is preferred.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made.
For example, in the refillable pouch container of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, the protruding portion 75 may have a straight portion 75a. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, the linear portion 75 a of the protruding portion 75 is substantially parallel to the linear outer edge portion 7 a on the upper side of the nozzle 7, and the protruding portion 75 itself has a trapezoidal shape.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, a second protruding portion 76 that protrudes outward can be formed in the vicinity of the tip of the nozzle in the linear outer edge portion 7 a on the upper side of the nozzle 7. According to the refillable pouch container shown in FIG. 8, in the state shown in FIG. 8B, even if a force is applied to rotate the container in either the left or right direction, the projecting portion 75 is the outer cylinder. The second protrusion 76 is pressed against or engaged with the inner surface of the dispensing cylinder 82. Therefore, the state where the nozzle is inserted into the insertion site of the dispensing container is stably maintained.
