As one type of elevating gate device, the main body is fixedly arranged on the home, and an elevating part that raises and lowers the blocking member by moving up and down with respect to the main body in a state where the blocking member such as a rope is connected. There is a type that accommodates the raised / lowered part (hereinafter referred to as “accommodating type elevating gate device”). 18 to 21 are views showing the appearance of a liftable gate system 7 including a retractable liftable gate device according to the prior art.

FIG. 18 shows an elevating gate system in a state where no train has arrived at the station and the user is blocked from traveling so that the user does not fall from the platform 8 to the track (hereinafter referred to as “passage blocked state”). FIG. 7 is a front view (viewed from the home 8 toward the track side). FIG. 19 shows an elevating gate system in which the train 9 has arrived at the station and the user's platform 8 and the train 9 are permitted to pass (get on and off) (hereinafter referred to as “passage permitted state”). 7 is a front view of FIG.

The elevating gate system 7 is, for example, generally between two end elevating gate devices 71T arranged near both ends of a range where the train 9 of the platform 8 stops, and between these two end elevating gate devices 71T. A plurality of intermediate lift gate devices 71M arranged at equal intervals, an end lift gate device 71T and an intermediate lift gate device 71M adjacent to each other, or two intermediate lift gate devices 71M adjacent to each other. For each of these, includes five ropes 72 attached to bridge between these elevating gate devices. These five ropes 72 are lifted and lowered in a state where the longitudinal direction is along the horizontal direction, and are separated from each other in the passage cut-off state to form a protective fence between the home 8 and the track. Hereinafter, when these five ropes 72 are distinguished from each other, they are referred to as a rope 72-1, a rope 72-2, ..., a rope 72-5 in order from the top. Note that the number of the ropes 72 arranged in the vertical direction is not limited to five.

The rope 72 is connected to either the right side or the left side when viewed from the home 8 to the end lift gate device 71T. Rope 72 is connected to both the right side and the left side when viewed from the home 8 in the intermediate lift gate device 71M. Except for this difference, the configuration and operation of the end lift gate device 71T and the intermediate lift gate device 71M are the same. Accordingly, the end lift gate device 71T and the intermediate lift gate device 71M are collectively referred to as the lift gate device 71.

The elevating gate device 71 includes a main body 711 fixed to the home 8 and an elevating unit 712 that moves up and down with respect to the main body 711. One end of the rope 72 is connected to the side surface of the elevating unit 712, and the rope 72 is raised and lowered as the elevating unit 712 moves up and down.

When the elevating unit 712 is lifted from the main body 711, it moves the ropes 72-2 to 72-5 upward so as to approach the rope 72-1. The movement of the rope 72 reduces the height at which the elevating unit 712 must be raised in order to raise the rope 72-5 at the lowest position in the passage-permitted state to a height that does not obstruct the passage of the passerby.

FIG. 20 is a right side view of the elevating gate device 71 in a traffic-blocking state, and FIG. The left side view of the elevating gate device 71 is symmetrical to the right side view shown in FIG. 20 or FIG.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, an elevating gate system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “first embodiment”) will be described. Hereinafter, in the configuration and operation of the elevating gate system 1, the description of the same parts as the elevating gate system 7 according to the related art described above will be omitted. In addition, among the components included in the elevating gate system 1, those corresponding to the components included in the elevating gate system 7 are changed from “7” at the head of the reference numerals used in the elevating gate system 7 to “1”. Use the replaced code.

FIG. 1 is a front view of the elevating gate system 1 in a traffic-blocking state, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the elevating gate system 1 in a traffic-permitted state. The elevating gate system 1 includes an end elevating gate device 11T, an intermediate elevating gate device 11M, and a rope 12. Hereinafter, the end lift gate device 11T and the intermediate lift gate device 11M are collectively referred to as the lift gate device 11.

The elevating gate device 11 includes a main body 111 and an elevating unit 112. Further, the elevating gate device 11 includes a shielding plate 113 that shields the opening 1111 provided on the upper surface of the casing of the main body 111 in the passage-blocking state, and a passerby to a space above the opening 1111 in the passage-permitted state. A restriction plate 114 for restricting insertion of objects and arms is provided.

FIG. 3 is a side view of the elevating gate device 11 in the passage-blocking state, and FIG. 4 is a side view of the elevating gate device 11 in the passage-permitted state. The upper surface of the elevating part 112 has a mountain shape so that a passerby does not place an object on it in a traffic blocking state. The shielding plate 113 is a plate-like member having a mountain shape similar to the upper surface of the elevating unit 112, and the end on the home 8 side is attached to the upper surface of the casing of the main body 111 with a hinge. The shielding plate 113 is urged in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 3 by, for example, a spring.

The restricting plate 114 is accommodated in the housing of the main body 111 in a traffic blocking state. A hook 1141 is provided on the upper end side of the restriction plate 114. A hook 1121 is provided on the middle of the vertical direction of the elevating unit 112. While the elevating part 112 is rising from the main body 111, the hook 1141 of the restriction plate 114 is hooked on the hook 1121 of the elevating part 112. Thereafter, the restricting plate 114 is pulled up as the elevating unit 112 is raised, and is moved to a position where the space between the opening 1111 and the rope 12 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side, as shown in FIG. Thus, since the space above the opening 1111 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side by the restriction plate 114, a passerby does not inadvertently put an object or arm between the main body 111 and the rope 12.

When the elevating part 112 rises from the main body 111, the shielding plate 113 is pushed up by the upper surface of the regulating plate 114. As a result, in the passage-permitted state, the shielding plate 113 is maintained in a state of being pressed against the front surface (the surface on the home 8 side) of the restriction plate 114.

When the elevating part 112 is lowered, the regulating plate 114 is lowered together with the elevating part 112 by its own weight and is accommodated in the housing of the main body 111. Further, with the movement of the restriction plate 114 into the housing of the main body 111, the shielding plate 113 is rotated around the hinge axis by an urging force such as a spring and closes the opening 1111. Note that when the bottom surface of the restriction plate 114 reaches the bottom surface of the housing of the main body 111 or the like while the elevating unit 112 is being lowered, the hook 1141 of the restriction plate 114 is detached from the hook 1121 of the elevating unit 112.

As described above, according to the elevating gate system 1, when the passage is permitted, the space between the opening 1111 of the main body 111 and the rope 12 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side by the restriction plate 114. A person does not inadvertently put an object or arm between the main body 111 and the rope 12. As a result, the risk that an object or a part of the body of a passerby will be sandwiched between the main body 111 and the rope 12 is reduced.

Further, according to the elevating gate system 1, the opening 1111 above the main body 111 is shielded by the shielding plate 113 in the traffic blocking state, so that the risk of an object falling into the casing of the main body 111 is reduced.

[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, an elevating gate system 2 according to another embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “second embodiment”) will be described. Hereinafter, in the configuration and operation of the elevating gate system 2, the description of the same parts as the elevating gate system 7 according to the related art described above is omitted. In addition, among the components included in the elevating gate system 2, those corresponding to the components included in the elevating gate system 7 are changed from “7” at the head of the reference numerals used in the elevating gate system 7 to “2”. Use the replaced code.

FIG. 5 is a front view of the elevating gate system 2 in a traffic-blocking state, and FIG. 6 is a front view of the elevating gate system 2 in a traffic-permitted state. The elevating gate system 2 includes an end elevating gate device 21T, an intermediate elevating gate device 21M, and a rope 22. Hereinafter, the end lift gate device 21T and the intermediate lift gate device 21M are collectively referred to as the lift gate device 21.

The elevating gate device 21 includes a main body 211 and an elevating unit 212. The elevating gate device 21 includes a shielding plate 213 having the same configuration as the shielding plate 113 of the elevating gate device 11 according to the first embodiment. That is, the shielding plate 213 shields the opening 2111 provided on the upper surface of the casing of the main body 211 in the traffic blocking state. The elevating gate device 21 includes a roll screen 214 instead of the restriction plate 114 of the elevating gate device 11 according to the first embodiment.

FIG. 7 is a side view of the elevating gate device 21 in the passage-blocking state, and FIG. 8 is a side view of the elevating gate device 21 in the passage-permitted state.

The roll screen 214 includes a screen 2142 that is a sheet-like member and a winding unit 2143 that winds up the screen 2142. A hook 2141 is provided on one end of the screen 2142 (the end not connected to the winding portion 2143). In addition, the lifting unit 212 is provided with a hook 2121. The hook 2141 of the roll screen 214 is hooked on the hook 2121 of the lifting unit 212 while the lifting unit 212 is rising from the main body 211. Thereafter, the screen 2142 is unfolded while being fed out from the winding unit 2143 as the elevating unit 212 is raised. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the space between the opening 2111 and the rope 22 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side by the screen 2142 in the passage-permitted state.

As the elevating unit 212 is lowered, the screen 2142 is wound around the winding unit 2143. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, the screen 2142 is accommodated in the casing of the main body 211 and the opening 2111 is shielded by the shielding plate 213 in the passage blocking state.

Note that a mechanism in which the take-up unit 2143 extends the screen 2142 as the elevating unit 212 rises and winds the screen 2142 as the elevating unit 212 descends may be realized by, for example, a spring without special control. Alternatively, it may be realized by a motor or the like controlled in conjunction with the raising / lowering of the raising / lowering unit 212.

As described above, according to the elevating gate system 2, when the passage is permitted, the space between the opening 2111 of the main body 211 and the rope 22 is on the home 8 side by the screen 2142 (an example of a sheet-like regulating member). Therefore, a passerby does not inadvertently put an object or an arm between the main body 211 and the rope 22. As a result, the risk that an object or part of the body of a passerby will be sandwiched between the main body 211 and the rope 22 is reduced.

[Third Embodiment]
Hereinafter, an elevating gate system 3 according to another embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “third embodiment”) will be described. Hereinafter, in the configuration and operation of the elevating gate system 3, the description of the same parts as the elevating gate system 7 according to the related art described above is omitted. In addition, among the components included in the elevating gate system 3, those corresponding to the components included in the elevating gate system 7 are changed from “7” at the head of the reference numerals used in the elevating gate system 7 to “3”. Use the replaced code.

FIG. 9 is a front view of the elevating gate system 3 in a traffic-blocking state, and FIG. 10 is a front view of the elevating gate system 3 in a traffic-permitted state. The elevating gate system 3 includes an end elevating gate device 31T, an intermediate elevating gate device 31M, and a rope 32. Hereinafter, the end lift gate device 31T and the intermediate lift gate device 31M are collectively referred to as the lift gate device 31.

The elevating gate device 31 includes a main body 311 and an elevating unit 312. The elevating gate device 31 includes a shielding plate 313 having the same configuration as the shielding plate 113 of the elevating gate device 11 according to the first embodiment. That is, the shielding plate 313 shields the opening 3111 provided on the upper surface of the housing of the main body 311 in the traffic blocking state. The elevating gate device 31 includes a bellows screen 314 instead of the roll screen 214 of the elevating gate device 21 according to the second embodiment. The bellows screen 314 is a sheet-like member with horizontal creases in which peaks and valleys are alternately different so as to have a bellows shape.

FIG. 11 is a side view of the elevating gate device 31 in the passage-blocking state, and FIG. 12 is a side view of the elevating gate device 31 in the passage-permitted state.

The lower end of the bellows screen 314 is connected to the upper surface of the main body 311. A hook 3141 is provided on the upper edge of the bellows screen 314. In addition, the elevating unit 312 is provided with a hook 3121. The hook 3141 of the bellows screen 314 is hooked on the hook 3121 of the lifting unit 312 while the lifting unit 312 is rising from the main body 311. Thereafter, the bellows screen 314 is developed sequentially as the elevating unit 312 is raised. As a result, as shown in FIG. 12, the space between the opening 3111 and the rope 32 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side by the bellows screen 314 in the passage-permitted state.

As the elevating unit 312 is lowered, the opening 3111 is folded by its own weight while being bent according to the fold. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the bellows screen 314 is folded in the traffic blocking state. Further, the opening 3111 is shielded by the shielding plate 313 in the traffic blocking state.

As described above, according to the elevating gate system 3, when the passage is permitted, the space between the opening 3111 of the main body 311 and the rope 32 is separated from the home 8 by the bellows screen 314 (an example of a sheet-like regulating member). Since it is partitioned from the space on the side, a passerby does not inadvertently put an object or an arm between the main body 311 and the rope 32. As a result, the risk that an object or part of the body of a passerby will be sandwiched between the main body 311 and the rope 32 is reduced.

[Fourth Embodiment]
An elevating gate system 4 according to another embodiment (hereinafter referred to as “fourth embodiment”) of the present invention will be described below. Hereinafter, in the configuration and operation of the elevating gate system 4, the description of the portions common to the elevating gate system 7 according to the above-described prior art will be omitted. In addition, among the components included in the elevating gate system 4, those corresponding to the components included in the elevating gate system 7 are changed from “7” at the head of the reference numerals used in the elevating gate system 7 to “4”. Use the replaced code.

FIG. 13 is a front view of the elevating gate system 4 in the passage-blocking state, and FIG. 14 is a front view of the elevating gate system 4 in the passage-permitted state. The elevating gate system 4 includes an end elevating gate device 41T, an intermediate elevating gate device 41M, and a rope 42. Hereinafter, the end lift gate device 41T and the intermediate lift gate device 41M are collectively referred to as the lift gate device 41.

The elevating gate device 41 includes a main body 411 and an elevating unit 412. The elevating gate device 41 includes a shielding plate 413 having the same configuration as the shielding plate 113 of the elevating gate device 11 according to the first embodiment. That is, the shielding plate 413 shields the opening 4111 provided on the upper surface of the housing of the main body 411 in the traffic blocking state. The elevating gate device 41 includes an extendable screen 414 instead of the roll screen 214 of the elevating gate device 21 according to the second embodiment. The stretchable screen 414 is a member obtained by forming an elastic material such as rubber into a sheet shape. The stretchable screen 414 is not limited to an elastic body such as rubber as long as the stretchable screen 414 is a sheet-like member having high stretchability. For example, a stretched screen 414 made of metal wire knitted in a mesh shape may be used. Good.

FIG. 15 is a side view of the elevating gate device 41 in the passage blocking state, FIG. 16 is a side view of the elevating gate device 41 in a state between the passage blocking state and the passage permission state, and FIG. 17 is a passage permission state. It is a side view of the raising / lowering gate apparatus 41 of.

The stretchable screen 414 is disposed so as to cover the uppermost rope 42-1 among the five ropes 42, one end side is connected to the upper surface of the main body 411, and the other end side is the five ropes 42. Are connected to the lowermost rope 42-5. The rope 42 is rotatably connected to the elevating part 412 so as not to prevent the expansion and contraction of the expansion screen 414.

When the elevating part 412 rises from the main body 411 and enters the passage-permitted state, the stretchable screen 414 passes from the upper surface of the main body 411 to the rope 42-5 through the uppermost rope 42-1 as shown in FIG. Stretch to. As a result, the space between the opening 4111 and the rope 42 is partitioned from the space on the home 8 side by the stretchable screen 414.

When the elevating part 412 descends and is accommodated in the main body 411 to enter a passage blocking state, the stretchable screen 414 contracts and is accommodated in the main body 411 as shown in FIG. Further, the opening 4111 is shielded by the shielding plate 413 in the traffic blocking state.

As described above, according to the elevating gate system 4, when the passage is permitted, the space between the opening 4111 of the main body 411 and the rope 42 is the stretchable screen 414 (an example of a sheet-like stretchable regulating member). Therefore, a passerby does not inadvertently put an object or an arm between the main body 411 and the rope 42. As a result, the risk that an object or part of the body of a passerby will be sandwiched between the main body 411 and the rope 42 is reduced.
