Claims (19)
- 液体媒体の自動的な計量のための計量ユニットであって、
特に交換可能な締結要素である、ロボットへの締結のための締結要素(12)を備えるモジュールキャリア(10)と、
特に交換可能にモジュールキャリア(10)に締結されたバルブモジュール(14)と、
モジュールキャリア(10)に交換可能に締結された媒体貯蔵部(16)と、を有することを特徴とする計量ユニット。 - 電源用に単一のプラグ接続式コネクタ(18)が設けられており、該接続式コネクタによって供給電圧(U,Z)とデータバス(D)とが計量ユニットに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量ユニット。
- 交換可能な拡張モジュール(24)が、モジュールキャリア(10)に接続されて電源とデータラインのディストリビュータを構成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の計量ユニット。
- 媒体貯蔵部は、加熱可能なカートリッジホルダ(16,116,216,416,616)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 交換可能な充填レベルセンサ用の収容部(56)が、媒体貯蔵部(16)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 圧縮給気のための制御バルブ(32)がモジュールキャリア(10)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- クロージャ(36)が媒体貯蔵部(16)に設けられており、圧縮給気(72)が該クロージャを通して導かれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- クロージャ(36)が媒体貯蔵部(16)に設けられており、ドライパック(70)が該クロージャと一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- クロージャ(36)が媒体貯蔵部(16)に設けられており、媒体貯蔵部に挿入されるカートリッジ(40)は、該クロージャによって周方向に規定される向きでしか固定できないことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- カートリッジ出口(41)のためのねじが設けられたコネクタ片(43)が媒体貯蔵部(16)に取り付けられており、コネクタ片は周方向において異なる向きで固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 圧縮空気によって動作可能な加圧器(438,440)が媒体貯蔵部(416)に取り付けられており、該加圧器は、媒体貯蔵部(416)内に移動できる圧力プランジャ(438)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 特に加熱可能である媒体供給源(62)は、交換可能に媒体貯蔵部(16)とバルブモジュール(14)との間に配置することができることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 前記締結要素は、交換可能なアダプタプレート(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- バルブモジュール(14)は、データバスコネクタとデータバスプロセッサとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13に記載の計量ユニット。
- 浮動体(319)が媒体貯蔵部(316)内に設けられており、該浮動体は、充填レベルセンサ(382)と協働し、媒体貯蔵部は、浮動体(319)を通して充填可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 加圧貯蔵部と、特に追加で加熱装置が、媒体貯蔵部(516)と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- バルブモジュール(614)は、モジュールキャリア(610)と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 媒体貯蔵部(616)が水平位置に配置されており、媒体貯蔵部(616)をその水平軸を中心に回転させる回転装置(650)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の計量ユニット。
- 圧縮給気が、圧縮空気ガイド(72)からドライパック(70)を通して導かれることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の計量ユニット。
