Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eyelash extension, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an eyelash extension with improved wearing durability. The invention also relates to an eyelash extension and a method of attaching the eyelash extension.
False eyelashes are one of the items that give the eyelashes length and volume to create a larger, beautiful and attractive eye. False eyelashes can give a length and volume to the user's eyelashes by putting together a plurality of artificial eyelashes, providing an adhesive part at the end thereof, and attaching the adhesive part to the user's eyelid (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). False eyelashes adhere to the user's skin, so the wearing feeling is poor, and in some cases the skin may be rashed.
On the other hand, in recent years, an artificial eyelash called a so-called eyelash extension in which a volume is approximately the same in shape and length as a single eyelash has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 3). This eyelash extension (artificial eyelash) does not adhere to the eyelids, but directly adheres to the eyelashes using an adhesive, so that the wearing feeling is good and there is little risk of skin irritation. In addition, since the eyelash extensions are bonded one by one to each eyelash, it is possible to give the eyelash length and volume with a natural feel compared to false eyelashes.
The eyelash extension is not attached directly to the eyelid, so there is less risk of skin irritation compared to false eyelashes. And since false eyelashes attach an adhesive agent directly to the eyelid, they are often removed and disposable. On the other hand, eyelash extensions are often left on the eyelashes because they have less risk of skin irritation and are expensive to attach compared to false eyelashes. Therefore, since the eyelash extension is always attached to the eyelash, it is preferable to improve the attachment durability so as not to be removed from the eyelash as much as possible.
The present inventor has developed the following eyelash extensions for the purpose of improving the adhesion of the eyelash extension (Patent Document 4, Patent Document 5). These eyelash extensions can be obtained by making the cross section of the artificial eyelash body part into a polygonal shape (Patent Document 4), or making the surface of the artificial eyelash body part an uneven surface (Patent Document 5). I try to get better. However, when producing these special eyelash extensions, it is necessary to use a special manufacturing method dedicated to it.
The inventor of the present application conducted an experiment to improve the mounting durability of the eyelash extension made of polybutylene terephthalate resin without using the special techniques shown in Patent Documents 4 and 5. In such an experiment, the present inventors succeeded in improving the wearing durability of the eyelash extension by mixing a predetermined material, leading to the present invention.

It is colored with a color.
According to the eyelash extension manufacturing method of the present invention, after mixing silk powder with resin, the mixture of resin and silk powder is extruded from a mold, and the extruded fibrous material is cut. Thereby, an eyelash extension with improved mounting durability can be manufactured without using a special manufacturing method.
And, according to the eyelash extension according to the present invention, since the artificial eyelash body portion contains silk powder, the surface of the artificial eyelash body portion can be smoothened by placing the silk powder on the surface of the artificial eyelash body portion. Becomes rough. As a result, when an adhesive is applied to the surface of the artificial eyelash main body, an anchor effect due to the rough surface is generated, so that the durability of attaching the eyelash extension can be improved.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, components having substantially the same function are denoted by the same reference numerals for the sake of brevity. Further, matters necessary for the implementation of the present invention other than matters specifically mentioned in the present specification can be grasped as design matters of those skilled in the art based on the prior art in this field. The present invention can be carried out based on the contents disclosed in the present specification and drawings and the common general technical knowledge in the field. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
An
The
The
In the
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the
In the configuration of the present embodiment, the
The resin constituting the
In addition, if the
The
In the configuration of the present embodiment, the blending ratio (% by mass) of the
The cross section of the
Next, a method for manufacturing the
First, the
Next, the mixture containing the
Next, the extruded fibrous material is cut into the length of the artificial eyelash body 10 (step S30). That is, it is cut into the length of the
Thereafter, the
When coloring the
Next, a method of attaching the
First, as shown in FIG. 6A, a part of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, the adhesive 100 of the
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the
<実施例>
The inventor of the present application conducted a mounting durability test for 100 extensions in the state shown in FIG. This wearing durability test preferably reflects the result of actual wearing on a person. Therefore, instead of a mechanical test or a doll test, the test was performed by actually bonding 100 extensions to a person's eyelashes and observing the bonding state with the right eye and the left eye. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
“Comparative example” in Table 1 is an extension made of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). The “Example” is an
When the number of cleansings was 10, 92 remained in the comparative example and 97 in the example. At this number of times, there was not much difference between the two, but after that, the comparative example is getting more and more extensions.
When the number of cleansings was 20, 84 remained in the comparative example, but when compared with 10 times, 8 more (8% on the basis of 100) were further removed. In the example, the number is 97, which is the same number as 10 times, and one is not taken (0% based on 100). Then, when comparing 40 times, 72 remained in the comparative example, but 91 remained in the example. Comparing the numbers obtained from one time (100), the comparative example has 28 (28%), and the embodiment has only 9 (9%). That is, the example is about 3 times more difficult to remove.
When comparing 60 times, 54 remained in the comparative example, but 88 remained in the example. Comparing the numbers obtained from one time (100), 46 (46%) were obtained in the comparative example, and only 12 (12%) were obtained in the example. That is, the embodiment is about 4 times more difficult to remove. Note that when the extension is almost halved as in the comparative example, the extension is reattached, and this is not simply the number or ratio of the extension but the difference in the life of the extension.
Furthermore, although there are 88 examples at 60 times, this remains more than 84 of the comparative example at 20 times. Therefore, when compared by the number of cleansings, it can be said that the embodiment has a wearing durability of three times or more than the comparative example.
As shown in Table 2, the strength of the comparative example (PBT) was 1.9 MPa, while the strength of the example (extension 100) was 5.8 MPa. That is, it was found that the strength of the
From the results of the above examples, it was found that the
First of all, although there is an eyelash extension with the word “silk” attached, it is for the image of smoothness like “silk” and actually contains silk (silk). Is not sold to the inventor's knowledge. Under such circumstances, the applicant of the present application, as a leading company in the eyelash extension industry, is based on the belief that as long as the word `` silk '' is used, it should actually be developed by blending silk powder into the eyelash extension. The
Since there has been no example of blending silk powder in the eyelash extension in the past, the
The extension of the comparative example (manufactured by PBT) has a smooth extension surface. On the other hand, since the
As described above, according to the
In addition, according to the method for manufacturing an extension of the present embodiment, after the
Further, the
In the said Example, although the compounding quantity (mixing ratio) of the
On the other hand, the following drawbacks may occur by changing (increasing) the blending ratio. First, the dyeing (coloring) of the
Considering the above, it is preferable that the blending amount (blending ratio) of the
The
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the
In the
The depth T of the
In the
In the
In addition, since the
Next, in the
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the
In the
The
In the configuration of the present embodiment, the
The depth (difference in height from the convex portion to the concave portion) of the
In addition, it is also possible to form a
The
When the
In the
Note that the
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated by suitable embodiment, such description is not a limitation matter and of course various modifications are possible. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 7, the
In addition, although the technical idea of the present invention is greatly different, in Japanese Patent No. 4847610, “Extension 102 may be made from an horny substance derived from an animal such as eyelashes, but hair, fur, Feathers, wool, and silk may be used as well. ", And the use of" silk "is described. However, “silk” here is only a natural-derived material (bird hair, animal hair, plant material, etc.) as an example of the material of the eyelash extension body, and the publication discloses the silk powder. Otherwise, it is not disclosed that silk powder is contained in the resin. The publication also states that "the extension 102 may be made of a composite material, thereby providing an opportunity to give the extension 102 unique properties utilizing a core / shell or layered cross-sectional design." However, this also merely suggests that the extension of the publication may be a “core / shell or layered cross section”, and therefore, the structure of the embodiment of the present invention is “Silk”. It does not suggest that the resin contains powder. Therefore, the extension of the publication and the
