Description

The present invention relates to a column support structure, and more particularly to a column support structure erected on the upper surface of a tatami mat or a carpet.

Conventionally, as a support structure, for example, there is a support structure that supports a handrail without causing a dent on the surface of the tatami mat (see Patent Document 1).
That is, a tatami having a flat plate-like fixing means fixed to the upper surface of the tatami mat, a support column erected on the fixing device, and a handrail member extending substantially horizontally from the upper end of the support column. In the handrail, the fixing means is formed in a substantially circular shape in plan view so as to be fixed to the upper surface of the tatami with a support tool that penetrates from the upper surface of the tatami mat to the lower surface and reaches the rough floor laid under the tatami mat. It has three notches extending radially from the center at equal intervals, the support tool is inserted through the notches, and the tip of the support tool reaches the rough floor. A pipe-shaped member formed so as to be able to be inserted into the tatami and slightly longer than the thickness of the tatami, and can be inserted through the pipe-shaped member, and has a head having a diameter larger than the width of the notch at the upper end and a tip side. A wood screw having a threaded portion, and the pipe-like member in the tatami mat After passing in the thickness direction along the eye of the gusset, the wood screw is inserted into the pipe-shaped member, and the screw portion at the tip is screwed to the rough floor. is there.

Japanese Patent No. 3908101

However, in the support structure for supporting a tatami handrail, as shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5, the fixing means 1 is placed on the upper end opening edge of the pipe-like member 5, and the fixing means 1 The entire head portion 6a of the wood screw 6 is exposed from the upper surface of. For this reason, when a horizontal load is applied to the handrail 3, a bending moment acts on the fixing means 1 via the support column 2, and a tensile force acts on one side of the fixing means 1, while A pressing force acts on the other side. As a result, a tensile force acts on the wood screw 6 that supports one side of the fixing means 1, while a pressing force acts on the pipe-like member (supporting tool) 5 that supports the other side of the fixing means 1. No pressing force acts on the wood screw that supports the other side of the fixing means 1. As a result, the pipe-shaped member 5 bites into the rough floor A, and the pipe-shaped member 5 itself buckles and is easily plastically deformed. As a result, there is a problem that rattling and glare are likely to occur in the entire support column 2 and the durability is poor.
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a column support structure that is excellent in durability without generating rattling and shading even when a bending moment due to a load in the horizontal direction acts.

In order to solve the above problems, the support structure according to the present invention is a floor base on which a floor material is laid, and a plurality of support pipes that are erected on the floor base and have upper ends protruding from the floor material. At least one of a support plate placed on the upper end of the support pipe, a stopper inserted into the support pipe from a support hole of the support plate and fixed to the floor base, and a head of the stopper The mounting plate is mounted on the support plate so as to cover the portion, and is fixed to the support plate. The support post is fixed to the upper surface of the mounting plate.

According to this invention, it positions so that at least one part of the head of the stopper attached to the support plate may be coat | covered with an attachment plate. For this reason, even if a bending moment acts on the support column and a pressing force acts on one side of the mounting plate, the pressing force is distributed to the support pipe and the stopper having a high support strength. For this reason, the support pipe does not bite into the floor base, the support pipe is not plastically deformed, and the support is not rattled or blurred, thereby obtaining a support structure with excellent durability.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the stopper may have a trumpet head while a tapered surface is provided at the upper opening edge of the support hole provided in the support plate.
According to this embodiment, the mounting plate and the head of the stopper are flush with each other, and the positioning operation of the mounting plate is facilitated, so that workability is improved.

As another embodiment of the present invention, the attachment plate may be provided with an attachment hole through which the inner edge of the support hole of the support plate can be visually observed.
According to the present embodiment, the assembly work when positioning the mounting plate on the support plate can be performed easily and accurately, so that workability is further improved.

As a different embodiment of the present invention, the flooring material may be a tatami mat, and the support pipe may be inserted into the tatami mat without cutting the warp and weft threads of the tatami mat. .
According to this embodiment, since the support plate is not pressed against the surface of the tatami mat, no dent is generated on the surface of the tatami mat. In addition, if the warp and weft are shifted so that the spread tatami is not visible after the support is removed, the through hole provided on the surface of the tatami is less noticeable, so that the tatami floor can be used beautifully.

The handrail support structure according to the present invention has a structure in which handrails are bridged over a plurality of supports having the above-mentioned support structure.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, there exists an effect that the handrail support structure excellent in durability which does not generate shakiness and a glare is obtained.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is applied to a handrail support structure that supports a handrail 50 on a tatami floor 10 via a column 30. As shown in FIG. 2, the tatami floor 10 is configured by laying a tatami 13 on a floor base 12 formed by laminating two plywoods on a rough floor 11. As the tatami 13, for example, a tatami mat surface in which rush (warp) and weft are woven on the surface of a lightweight base material made of an insulation board or foamed resin having a thickness of about 6 mm to 60 mm may be used. Good. In addition, as the warp or the weft, instead of rush, a paper twisted thread made of paper, a thread-like material made of hemp or coconut fiber, a resinous string-like cylinder, a resinous thread-like material, etc. Also good. Here, for the convenience of explanation, warp and weft are defined, but the purpose of using these terms is to facilitate understanding of the embodiment through the drawings, and the technology of the invention described in the claims. The scope should not be interpreted in a limited way.

In the support structure for the handrail, a support 30 is erected on a support plate 23 supported on the floor base 12 via a support pipe 21 and a support screw 22 via an attachment plate 31 and an attachment screw 32. Although the base of the support column 30 is covered with a decorative cover 36 (FIG. 1), for convenience of explanation, the decorative cover 36 is not shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, the support pipe 21 has a lower end portion cut obliquely from both sides to form a tapered surface, and a distal end portion thereof is cut to form a distal end surface 21a. The support pipes 21 are erected on the floor foundation 12 at an equal pitch on the same circle.

In addition, in order to attach the said support pipe 21, the through-hole 13a (FIG. 2) is formed in the tatami 13 by the jig pipe 51 shown to FIG. 4C, 4D. The jig pipe 51 has a shape similar to that of the support pipe 21 except that the jig pipe 51 has a point 51a without cutting the tip. Then, a flat-blade screwdriver is inserted between the tatami mats of the tatami 13 so that the tatami mats are spread so as not to damage the warp and weft. Further, by inserting the pointed portion 51a of the jig pipe 51 into the spread tatami mat and driving it with a hammer or the like until reaching the floor base 12, and pulling it out, the tatami mat 13 can be folded without cutting the warp and weft yarns. A through hole 13 a is formed in 13. Next, the support pipe 21 can be erected at the same height on the floor base 12 by inserting the support pipe 21 into the through hole 13a.

The support plate 23 has a planar shape that can be placed on a plurality of the support pipes 21, and the support long holes 24 having a width dimension that can be placed on the edge of the upper end opening of the support pipe 21 are equally formed. They are provided radially at a pitch. The supporting long hole 24 has a wide shape in which the mounting position of the supporting pipe 21 can be adjusted according to the field situation, and as shown in FIG. 3B, a tapered surface 24a is formed at the upper opening edge. . Further, the support plate 23 is provided with screw holes 26 between the support long holes 24, 24 on the same circle at an equal pitch.

The column 30 has a pipe shape, and its lower end is fixed to the center of the upper surface of a mounting plate 31 described later by welding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 5, the mounting plate 31 has an outer peripheral shape in which the outer edge of the support long hole 24 provided in the support plate 23 can be seen, and the inner edge of the support long hole 24. Are provided at equal pitch on the same circle. The mounting plate 31 has a through hole 34 at a position corresponding to the screw hole 26 of the support plate 23 and a drain hole 35 at the center thereof.
Therefore, the mounting plate 31 can be positioned on the support plate 23 by aligning the positions of the screw holes 26 of the support plate 23 and the through holes 34 of the mounting plate 31.

As shown in FIG. 6, the handrail fixture 40 includes an attachment base 41 and a grip portion 45. The mounting base 41 is fixed to a fixing plate 37 attached to the upper inner peripheral surface of the support column 30 with screws 42, and the gripping portion 45 is fixed to the mounting base 41 with screws 43. And the said holding | grip part 45 hold | maintains the handrail 50 through the hexagon bolt 46 so that attachment or detachment is possible.

Next, a method for assembling the above-described support structure will be described.
First, the support plate 23 is placed at a predetermined position on the surface of the tatami 13, and an annular mark is drawn on the surface of the tatami 13 with a pencil or the like along the inner periphery of the support long hole 24. Then, a flat-blade screwdriver is inserted between the tatami mats of the tatami 13 located within the range of the mark, and the folds are spread so as not to damage the warp and the weft. Then, the pointed portion 51a of the jig pipe 51 is inserted into the spread tatami mat and driven with a hammer until it reaches the floor foundation 12, and then the jig pipe 51 is pulled out to reach the floor foundation 12 in the tatami 13. The through holes 13a are formed at an equal pitch on the same circle.
Next, the support pipes 21 are inserted into the through holes 13 a, and a plurality of the support pipes 21 are erected on the floor base 12. Then, the support long hole 24 of the support plate 23 is positioned at the upper end opening edge of the support pipe 21, and the support plate 23 is placed on the upper end opening edge of the support pipe 21. Further, a support screw 22, for example, a trumpet head course thread, is inserted into the support pipe 21 from the support long hole 24, and screwed into the floor foundation 12 until reaching the rough floor 11. The stopper is not limited to the support screw 22, and for example, a long nail may be used.

On the other hand, the lower end portion of the support column 30 is fixedly integrated with the center of the upper surface of the mounting plate 31 by welding. Then, after the mounting plate 31 is placed and positioned on the support plate 23, a mounting screw 32 is inserted into the through hole 34 of the mounting plate 31 and is screwed into the screw hole 26 of the support plate 23. 31 is fixed and the column 30 is erected. Similarly, a plurality of support columns 30 are erected on the tatami floor 10.
Next, the mounting base 41 is fixed to the upper end portion of the support column 30 with screws 42, and then the gripping portion 45 is attached to the mounting base 41 via screws 43. Then, by adjusting the hexagon bolt 46 attached to the grip 45 and fixing the handrail 50 to the grip 45, the assembly work is completed.

In the present embodiment, since the support long holes 24 are provided in the support plate 23, the degree of freedom in positioning the support plate 23 is large and it is easy to construct.
Further, the supporting long hole 24 is formed with a tapered surface 24a at the opening edge of the upper surface. For this reason, for example, by using a trumpet head coarse thread as the support screw 22, the support plate 23 and the support screw 22 are flush with each other, and there is an advantage that the mounting operation is further facilitated.
And since the said support long hole 24 is wide shape, it can select the position which expands a tatami | fold and provides the through-hole 3a so that a warp and a weft may not overlap. For this reason, even if the jig pipe 51 is driven into the tatami 13, there is an advantage that the through hole 13a through which the support pipe 21 can be inserted can be formed without cutting the warp and the weft.
(Example)

As shown in FIG. 7, a tatami floor 10 was formed by laying a tatami mat 13 having a thickness of 55 mm on a floor base 12 formed by laminating two plywood sheets having a thickness of 12 mm. Then, a jig pipe having an outer diameter of 7 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm is inserted into the tatami mat 13 and six through holes 13a are formed on the same circle at an equal pitch, and then six supports having an outer diameter of 7 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm are supported. The pipe 21 was erected. Further, a support plate 23 having a maximum outer diameter of 132 mm is placed and positioned on the support pipe 21, and then a trumpet head support screw (course thread) having a length of 120 mm and a shaft diameter of 4.8 mm in the support pipe 21. 22 was inserted and screwed into the floor base 12 to fix the support plate 23. At this time, the upper surface of the support plate 23 and the screw head of the support screw 22 are flush with each other.
On the other hand, after positioning a mounting plate 31 having a maximum outer diameter of 118 mm, which is formed by welding and integrating steel posts having an outer diameter of 45 mm, to the support plate 23, the mounting plate 31 is fixed to the support plate 23 with mounting screws 32. At this time, all screw heads of the support screws 22 attached to the support plate 23 are completely covered with the attachment plate 31. Further, a wooden handrail 50 made of a round bar having a diameter of 35 mm was bridged through the handrail fixture 40 attached to the support column 30, and this was taken as an example.
(Comparative example)

As shown in FIG. 8, the comparative example is basically the same as the above example, except that the support plate 23 has a maximum outer diameter of 180 mm and that the screw heads of the support screws 22 are all exposed. It differs from the embodiment in the point. The other parts are the same as those in the above-described embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

And as shown in FIG. 9, the wires 60 and 61 were spanned to the handrail 50 with respect to the above-mentioned Example and the comparative example. Then, the deflection when the horizontal load and the vertical load were increased from 100N to 100N through the winch 62 and loaded to 1200N was measured. Reference numerals 63 and 64 denote digital spring balances.

As a result of the test, in the example, when a vertical load of 1200 N was applied, a deflection of 4 mm was detected in the vertical direction, and it was found that there was no problem in practical use.
On the other hand, when a horizontal load of 1200 N was applied, a deflection of 14 mm was detected in the horizontal direction, but no significant rattling or shading was found on the support column, and it was found that there was no problem in practice.

In contrast to the comparative example, when a vertical load of up to 1200 N was applied under the same conditions as in the example, a deflection of 3 mm in the vertical direction was detected, and it was found that there was no significant difference from the example.
On the other hand, when a horizontal load was applied up to 1200 N under the same conditions as in the example, it was possible to detect a deflection of 101 mm in the horizontal direction and to confirm that the strut 30 was uneven. Furthermore, it has also been confirmed that plastic deformation has occurred in the support pipe to which the pressing force has been applied.

From the above test results, it was confirmed that the example has a significantly superior support strength compared to the comparative example with respect to the horizontal load. Even if a bending moment acts on the support column when a horizontal load is applied to the handrail, the mounting plate covers all the screw heads in the embodiment, so the pressing force is not only the support pipe but also the support screw. Also acts and disperses the pressing force. In particular, the support screw is deeply screwed into the floor base, and the support strength is remarkably high. For this reason, it was found that not only the backlash and backlash did not occur in the support column, but also the support pipe did not bite into the floor base and did not plastically deform.

Needless to say, the support structure according to the present invention is not limited to a tatami floor, and may be applied to, for example, a floor on which carpets, corks, or the like are laid, or a floor on which a dent may remain on the floor surface.
