Claims (8)

以下の(a)、(b)又は(c)のアミノ酸配列を有し、かつグルコース脱水素酵素活性を有するタンパク質からなるフラビン結合型グルコース脱水素酵素:
(a)配列番号2又は3に示されるアミノ酸配列;
(b)配列番号2又は3に示されるアミノ酸配列において1又は多くとも5個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換もしくは付加されたアミノ酸配列;
(c)配列番号2又は3に示されるアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%の同一性を有するアミノ酸配列。
A flavin-binding glucose dehydrogenase comprising a protein having the following amino acid sequence (a), (b) or (c) and having glucose dehydrogenase activity:
(A) the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or 3;
(B) an amino acid sequence in which 1 or at most 5 amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or 3;
(C) an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 or 3.
以下の(i)、(ii)、(iii)、(iv)又は(v)からなるポリヌクレオチド:
(i)請求項1記載のタンパク質をコードするポリヌクレオチド;
(ii)配列番号1に示される塩基配列を有するポリヌクレオチド;
(iii)配列番号1に示される塩基配列において1又は数個の塩基が欠失、置換もしくは付加された塩基配列を有し、かつグルコース脱水素酵素活性を有するタンパク質をコードするポリヌクレオチド;
(iv)配列番号1に示される塩基配列を有するポリヌクレオチドとストリンジェントな条件下でハイブリダイズし、かつグルコース脱水素酵素活性を有するタンパク質をコードするポリヌクレオチド;
(v)配列番号1に示される塩基配列と少なくとも90%の同一性を有する塩基配列を有し、かつグルコース脱水素酵素活性を有するタンパク質をコードするポリヌクレオチド。
A polynucleotide comprising the following (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v):
(I) a polynucleotide encoding the protein of claim 1;
(Ii) a polynucleotide having the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1;
(Iii) a polynucleotide encoding a protein having a base sequence in which one or several bases are deleted, substituted or added in the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having glucose dehydrogenase activity;
(Iv) a polynucleotide that hybridizes with a polynucleotide having the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 under a stringent condition and encodes a protein having glucose dehydrogenase activity;
(V) a polynucleotide encoding a protein having a nucleotide sequence having at least 90 % identity with the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and having glucose dehydrogenase activity.
