Under normal light, the hidden pattern 11 makes the design pattern 10 see-through, for presenting the design pattern 11, on the other hand, light is directly projected by a light source or the like, by retroreflective ability, the hidden pattern 11 is presented in a light source direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

本発明は、隠し図案を形成した衣服、帽子、靴、バッグ等のファッション製品に関する。   The present invention relates to fashion products such as clothes, hats, shoes, bags, and the like on which hidden designs are formed.

The retroreflective display has been used for traffic signs, etc., because it has excellent visibility to the headlights of motor vehicles, etc., but recently it has become visible for the purpose of fashion effects. Clothes and the like on which a retroreflective design pattern is described have been proposed.
For example, the following Patent Document 1 describes that a flexible and thin retroreflective film is installed in a free form at a free position on clothes. Patent Document 2 describes that a retroreflective ink is attached to a mesh ground as clothing by printing or the like. According to these, the comfort of clothes with retroreflective properties is improved. Patent Document 3 describes that a color retroreflective ink product similar to a cloth is fixed to the cloth surface. According to this, the color and decoration of clothes can be maintained day and night.

By the way, in various shows and events, for the purpose of surprise the audience, there is a case where a strange directing effect is given to the clothes of the person appearing on the stage. However, simply writing a retroreflective design on the clothing as described above has required the lighting to be devised so that the light source can be directly applied to that portion, and so much production effect cannot be obtained.
The present invention has been devised as a result of such considerations, and by forming a retroreflective design design as a hidden design on the same part of a fashion product such as clothing, along with a normal design design. At first glance, the aim is to provide fashion products that can produce effects like magic tricks.

本発明は視認可能な部位に所望の意匠図案が形成されているファッション製品において、前記意匠図案に重ね合わせて別の隠し図案を更に形成してなるもので、前記隠し図案は、光源から光を直射したときには、光源の方向に再帰性反射することで、前記意匠図案に変わって現出する現出するようにしていることを特徴とする。   The present invention is a fashion product in which a desired design pattern is formed in a visually recognizable part and is further formed with another hidden design superimposed on the design design, wherein the hidden design emits light from a light source. It is characterized in that when it is directly radiated, it is reflected in the direction of the light source so as to appear instead of the design design.

本発明では照明条件によってファッション製品の同一部位において意匠図案と隠し図案とが入れ替って表示されるという手品のような演出効果が得られる。
すなわち、光源が意匠図案を直射しない照明条件下では、隠し図案での光の反射はほとんどなく、光は意匠図案で反射されるので、意匠図案のみが現出する一方、光源が意匠図案を直射する照明条件下では、再帰反射効果によって、隠し図案が意匠図案に勝って光を反射するために、隠し図案が意匠図案に代わって現出する。
In the present invention, an effect such as a magic effect that a design design and a hidden design are displayed interchangeably in the same part of a fashion product depending on illumination conditions is obtained.
That is, under lighting conditions in which the light source does not directly illuminate the design design, there is almost no reflection of light on the hidden design, and light is reflected by the design design, so only the design design appears, while the light source directly illuminates the design design. Under the lighting conditions, the hidden design appears in place of the design design because the hidden design reflects the light better than the design design due to the retroreflection effect.

(a)、(b)はいずれも再帰反射性を呈する微粒子の作用原理を説明する断面図であり、(c)は同微粒子が定着された図案シートの一例の断面図であり、(d)は同微粒子が定着された図案シートの他例の断面図である。(A), (b) is sectional drawing explaining the working principle of the microparticles | fine-particles which both show retroreflection, (c) is sectional drawing of an example of the design sheet | seat in which the microparticles | fine-particles were fixed, (d) FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of another example of the design sheet on which the fine particles are fixed.

本発明の実施対象となるファッション製品は衣服、帽子、靴、バッグ等、使用者が身に着けるもので特に種別を問わないが、以下は衣服(Tシャツ)を実施対象とした形態について説明する。   The fashion products to be implemented by the present invention are clothes, hats, shoes, bags, and the like worn by the user and may be of any type, but the following is a description of an embodiment in which clothes (T-shirts) are implemented. .

図1は本発明の実施形態の一例とされるファッション製品の基本構成を示す平面図である。ファッション製品1は身に着けたときに他者から視認可能な部位、この例では前身頃の同一部位に意匠図案10と隠し図案11とが少なくとも一部を重ね合わせて形成されている。当該部位は繊維を下地材としていてもよいし、合成樹脂等を下地材としていてもよいし、金属プレート等で形成されていてもよい。   FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a basic configuration of a fashion product as an example of an embodiment of the present invention. The fashion product 1 is formed by superimposing at least a part of the design design 10 and the hidden design 11 on a part that can be seen by others when worn, in this example, the same part on the front body. The part may be made of fiber as a base material, synthetic resin or the like as a base material, or may be formed of a metal plate or the like.

意匠図案10は人が判別可能な文字、図案又は絵等である。意匠図案10の一例として「♂」、「♀」のマークを組み合わせたものを示している。意匠図案10のデザインやサイズに関して特段の制限はない。意匠図案10は当該部位の下地材に乱反射性を呈する染料、顔料等によって形成されていればよく、その形成方法は特に制限されない。意匠図案10はカラーであってもモノトーンであってもよい。   The design design 10 is a character, design, or picture that can be identified by a person. As an example of the design pattern 10, a combination of “♂” and “♀” marks is shown. There is no particular restriction on the design and size of the design design 10. The design design 10 is not particularly limited as long as the design material 10 is formed of a dye, pigment, or the like exhibiting irregular reflectivity on the base material of the part. The design design 10 may be color or monotone.

ファッション製品1はその意匠図案10に重ね合わせて別の隠し図案11が更に形成されている。隠し図案11も人が判別可能な文字、図案又は絵等である。隠し図案11の一例として「LOVE for YOU」の文字を記している。隠し図案11のデザインやサイズに関して特段の制限はないがモノトーン図案とすることが望ましい。   The fashion product 1 is further formed with another hidden design 11 superimposed on the design design 10. The hidden design 11 is also a character, design, or picture that can be identified by a person. As an example of the hidden design 11, the characters “LOVE for YOU” are written. Although there is no particular limitation on the design and size of the hidden design 11, it is desirable to use a monotone design.

The hidden design 11 is formed of a transparent paint or the like that exhibits retroreflection at the site where the design design 10 is formed. For example, the hidden design 11 can be formed by fixing a large number of fine particles exhibiting a retroreflective action on the part of the fashion product 1.
If the hidden design 11 is formed by such a method, under normal illumination in which light is applied to the part from the ceiling or the like, the fine particles exhibiting a retroreflective action hardly reflect light in the horizontal direction where the person is present, The design design 10 in a place where there are no fine particles diffuses light in all directions including the horizontal direction where a person is present. On the other hand, under illumination that directly shines light directly on the part, fine particles exhibiting retroreflective action reflect light intensively in the direction toward the light source (retroreflection), and the reflected light contains fine particles. It is much more powerful than the light irregularly reflected by the design pattern 10 in the place where it is not.
Therefore, when the fashion product 1 is viewed under normal light (illumination, sunlight), only the design pattern 10 is visible in the part, but when the fashion product 1 is viewed from the vicinity of a direct light source (such as a strobe). In this case, a unique effect that only the hidden design 11 can be seen in place of the design design 10 occurs. That is, it is possible to obtain an effect such as a magic effect that the design design 10 and the hidden design 11 are interchanged in the same part of the fashion product 1 depending on the illumination conditions. Further, when the fashion product 1 is viewed with the naked eye, the design design 10 is visible, but when the photo is taken with a digital camera with a strobe or the like, the hidden design 11 is also photographed.

図2(a)は本実施形態を通常の光の下で見たときの意匠図案の見え方を示す平面図、図2(b)は本実施形態を直射光の光源の近傍で見たときの隠し図案の見え方を示す平面図である。   FIG. 2A is a plan view showing how the design design looks when the present embodiment is viewed under normal light, and FIG. 2B is a view when the present embodiment is viewed in the vicinity of a direct light source. It is a top view which shows how to show the hidden design.

ファッション製品1を通常の光で見たとき、その光源はファッション製品1を見る者から離れた場所にあるため、意匠図案10からの乱反射光はその一部が見る者に向かうが、隠し図案11からの再帰反射光は見る者には向かわない。その結果、図2(a)のように隠し図案11は隠されてしまい、意匠図案10だけが普通に見える状態となる。   When the fashion product 1 is viewed with ordinary light, the light source is located away from the viewer of the fashion product 1, so that irregularly reflected light from the design pattern 10 is directed toward the viewer, but the hidden design 11 The retroreflected light from is not suitable for the viewer. As a result, the hidden design 11 is hidden as shown in FIG. 2A, and only the design design 10 is normally visible.

On the other hand, when the fashion product 1 is viewed in the vicinity of a direct light source, for example, when the fashion product 1 is photographed with a stroboscope, the light source is in the vicinity of the person (camera lens) viewing the fashion product 1, so that the design design 10 Both the diffusely reflected light from the light and the retroreflected light from the hidden design will go to the viewer. However, the former has low luminance because of weak light, and the latter has high luminance because of strong light. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2B, the design design 10 becomes a dark background and is almost invisible, and the hidden design 11 becomes bright and stands out.

次いで本実施形態における意匠図案、隠し図案の形成方法を幾例か具体的に説明する。   Next, some examples of a design method and a hidden design forming method in this embodiment will be described.

第一の方法として、下地とされるファッション製品(以下、下地製品と呼ぶ)の当該部位(無地)に、意匠図案と隠し図案とが予め形成された図案シートを定着させることが可能である。   As a first method, it is possible to fix a design sheet in which a design design and a hidden design are formed in advance on a portion (plain) of a fashion product to be used as a base (hereinafter referred to as a base product).

図3(a)は下地製品の一例の平面図であり、図3(b)は同下地製品に定着される図案シートの平面図であり、図3(c)は同図案シートの部分的な縦断面図である。図3(c)は図3(b)の中央部に点線で示した矩形部分rを横方向に切断したときに得られる。   3A is a plan view of an example of the base product, FIG. 3B is a plan view of a design sheet fixed to the base product, and FIG. 3C is a partial view of the design sheet. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view. FIG. 3C is obtained when a rectangular portion r indicated by a dotted line at the center of FIG. 3B is cut in the horizontal direction.

The base product 1A is plain. The design sheet 2 has a two-layer structure made of a transparent resin or the like. That is, the design sheet 2 is composed of a first layer 2a in which the design design 10 is formed by a dye or pigment exhibiting irregular reflection properties, and a second layer 2b in which the hidden design 11 is formed by a large number of fine particles 12 exhibiting retroreflection properties. The adhesive 2c is applied to the back side of the first layer 2a. As the adhesive 2c, an adhesive suitable for the type of the base material may be selected. An adhesive capable of obtaining tackiness by pressing with an iron or the like may be used. By fixing such a design sheet 2 to the base product 1A, a fashion product having the design design 10 and the hidden design 11 is obtained.

第二の方法として、意匠図案が予め形成された下地製品1Aの当該部位に隠し図案が予め形成された図案シート2を定着させることが可能である。   As a second method, it is possible to fix the design sheet 2 on which the hidden design is formed in advance in the portion of the base product 1A on which the design design is formed in advance.

図4(a)はそのような下地製品の他例の平面図であり、図4(b)は同下地製品に定着される図案シートの平面図であり、図4(b)は同図案シートの部分的な縦断面図である。図4(c)は図4(b)の中央部に点線で示した矩形部分rを横方向に切断したときに得られる(図案シートを下地製品に定着させた状態で切断している)。   FIG. 4A is a plan view of another example of such a base product, FIG. 4B is a plan view of a design sheet fixed to the base product, and FIG. 4B is the design sheet. It is a partial longitudinal cross-sectional view. FIG. 4C is obtained when a rectangular portion r indicated by a dotted line at the center of FIG. 4B is cut in the lateral direction (cut with the design sheet fixed to the base product).

下地製品1Aの当該部位には乱反射性を呈する染料又は顔料によって意匠図案10が予め形成されている。この場合は意匠図案10を有する既存の製品をそのまま採用してもよい。図案シート2透明樹脂等からなるシートであって再帰反射性を呈する多数の微粒子12によって隠し図案11が形成されており、その裏面には接着剤2cが塗布されている。下地製品1Aにこのような図案シート2を定着させることで、意匠図案10と隠し図案11とを有するファッション製品が得られる。   A design design 10 is formed in advance on the part of the base product 1A with a dye or pigment exhibiting irregular reflection. In this case, an existing product having the design design 10 may be employed as it is. Design sheet 2 A sheet made of transparent resin or the like, and a hidden design 11 is formed by a large number of fine particles 12 exhibiting retroreflective properties, and an adhesive 2c is applied to the back surface thereof. By fixing such a design sheet 2 to the base product 1A, a fashion product having the design design 10 and the hidden design 11 is obtained.

第一、第二の方法で用いるシート材として熱転写シートを用いてもよい。   A thermal transfer sheet may be used as the sheet material used in the first and second methods.

As a third method, a hidden design may be printed with a paint exhibiting retroreflectivity on the portion of the base product on which the design design is formed in advance. Specifically, a concealed design is printed with an adhesive on the portion of the base product on which the design design has been formed in advance, and after spraying fine particles exhibiting retroreflective properties, the adhesive is dried. In this way, a fashion product having a design design and a hidden design can be obtained. Or you may use the coating material with which the microparticles | fine-particles which show retroreflective properties were mixed beforehand. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in a printing method, Various printing methods, such as letterpress printing, intaglio printing, flat plate printing, inkjet printing, can be used.

図5(a)、(b)はいずれも再帰反射性を呈する微粒子の作用原理を説明する断面図である。これらの図面では同一の微粒子に対して異なる方向から光が入射している状態を示している。   5 (a) and 5 (b) are cross-sectional views illustrating the principle of action of fine particles exhibiting retroreflectivity. In these drawings, light is incident on the same fine particle from different directions.

The fine particles 12 are minute transparent spheres (beads) made of glass, acrylic resin, or the like, and a reflective film 12a is formed on the hemisphere thereof by metal deposition or the like. The metal vapor deposition film is originally opaque, but becomes transparent when made extremely thin. If the fine particle 12 is viewed as a convex lens, the focal point is outside the fine particle 12, but the distance between the surface of the fine particle 12 and the focal point becomes closer as the diameter of the fine particle 12 becomes smaller. Therefore, if the reflection film 12a is formed with the fine particle 12 having a minimum diameter, the parallel light incident on the surface of the fine particle 12 from each direction is reflected on the reflection film 12a by refraction as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). The light is converged, reflected and diffused in the opposite direction, and recursed by a process of refraction and convergence again on the incident surface to return to parallel light.

隠し図案11は図案シート2(又は下地製品)に微粒子12を分散させるときの微粒子12の局所面密度によって表現される。すなわち図案シート2において微粒子12が高密度に固着されている領域が隠し図案11の明部11aとなり、微粒子12が低密度(密度0を含む)に固着されている領域が隠し図案11の暗部11bとなる。   The hidden design 11 is expressed by the local surface density of the fine particles 12 when the fine particles 12 are dispersed in the design sheet 2 (or the base product). That is, a region where the fine particles 12 are fixed at a high density in the design sheet 2 is a hidden portion 11a of the hidden design 11, and a region where the fine particles 12 are fixed at a low density (including a density of 0) is a hidden portion 11b of the hidden design 11. It becomes.

図5(c)は微粒子が固着された図案シートの一例の断面図である。この例では微粒子12が高密度に固着されている左側部分が隠し図案11の明部11bとなり、微粒子12が低密度に固着されている右側部分が暗部11bとなる。またこの例では微粒子12の全てが反射膜12aのない半球を露出させた状態で図案シート2に固着(半埋設)されている。このようにすれば多数の微粒子12で再帰性反射が生じるので隠し図案11がくっきりと見えるようになる。   FIG. 5C is a cross-sectional view of an example of a design sheet to which fine particles are fixed. In this example, the left portion where the fine particles 12 are fixed at high density is the hidden portion 11b of the hidden pattern 11, and the right portion where the fine particles 12 are fixed at low density is the dark portion 11b. In this example, all of the fine particles 12 are fixed (semi-embedded) to the design sheet 2 with the hemisphere without the reflection film 12a exposed. In this way, since the retroreflection occurs in the large number of fine particles 12, the hidden design 11 can be clearly seen.

図5(d)は微粒子が固着された図案シートの他例の断面図である。この例でも微粒子12が高密度に固着されている左側部分が隠し図案11の明部11aとなり、微粒子12が低密度に固着されている右側部分が暗部11bとなる。またこの例では微粒子12がそれぞれランダムな方向の状態で図案シート2に固着されている。しかしこのようにしても微粒子12の数が膨大であるから一定の割合で再帰性反射が生じ、そのため隠し図案11の視認性に問題は生じない。   FIG. 5D is a cross-sectional view of another example of a design sheet to which fine particles are fixed. Also in this example, the left side portion where the fine particles 12 are fixed at high density is the hidden portion 11a of the hidden pattern 11, and the right portion where the fine particles 12 are fixed at low density is the dark portion 11b. In this example, the fine particles 12 are fixed to the design sheet 2 in a random direction. However, even if it does in this way, since the number of the fine particles 12 is enormous, retroreflection occurs at a certain rate, so that there is no problem in the visibility of the hidden design 11.

なお隠し図案11の明部11aであっても微粒子12によって完全に覆われず隙間があるのでその裏側にある意匠図案10は通常の光の下では自然に見ることができる。また微粒子12の反射膜は全ての光を反射せずに一部は透過させるのでその裏側にある意匠図案10は通常の光の下では微粒子12を透かして見ることもできる。このような理由で隠し図案11は通常の光に対する透明性を呈する。   Note that even the bright portion 11a of the hidden design 11 is not completely covered by the fine particles 12, and there is a gap, so that the design design 10 on the back side can be seen naturally under normal light. Further, since the reflection film of the fine particles 12 does not reflect all light but partially transmits it, the design pattern 10 on the back side can be seen through the fine particles 12 under normal light. For this reason, the hidden design 11 exhibits transparency to normal light.
