Description

The present invention relates to a dust removal facility installed in a drainage station and a manufacturing method thereof, a drainage station, and a method of removing dust trapped in the dust removal facility.

FIG. 1 is a top view schematically showing a drainage station 100 provided adjacent to the inland water river 1 and the outside water river 2 in order to prevent disasters such as floods. Urban rainwater drainage pipes are concentrated in the inland river 1. Usually, rainwater that has flowed into the inland water river 1 is discharged to the outside water river 2 through the natural flow gate 3 by natural flow.

However, if rainwater increases rapidly, drainage through the natural flow gate 3 may stagnate under normal natural flow. Therefore, in such a case, the natural flow gate 3 is closed and the increased rainwater is guided from the inland river 1 to the drainage station 100. The drainage station 100 forcibly drains rainwater into the outside water river 2 more efficiently than natural flow. This can prevent disasters such as floods.

In the drainage station 100, a suction water channel 10, a dust removal facility 11, a drain pump 12, a discharge water channel 13, and a discharge gate 14 are provided in order from the upstream side. The water from the inland river 2 flows into the drainage pump 12 through the suction channel 10. When the drain pump 12 is driven, the water flowing into the suction channel 10 is drained into the external water river 2 through the discharge channel 13 and the discharge gate 14.

When rainwater increases rapidly, many objects are washed away by water, and larger objects such as plastics such as vinyl, clothing, driftwood, and in some cases desks, chairs, tatami mats, sofas, tables, etc. Sometimes. If these flow into the drainage pump 12, it may lead to the failure. Therefore, a dust removal facility 11 that captures and removes dust in flowing water toward the drain pump 12 is provided upstream of the drain pump 12.

Generally, the dust removal equipment 11 is classified according to a dust removal (recovery) method and an installation method. There are two types of dust removal (recovery) methods: a hand scraping method and a mechanical method, and two installation methods are a fixed (stationary) method and a traveling (moving) method. Since the mechanical dust removal equipment 11 requires a wide scaffold, when a wide scaffold cannot be secured, a fixed / hand-raised hand scraping screen is employed in the dust removal equipment.

FIG. 2 is a side view schematically showing the dust removal equipment 11 including the hand scraping screen 20. The hand scraping screen 20 is leaned against the scaffold 41 and captures the dust 40 at the lower part thereof. The trapped dust 40 is removed from the hand scraping screen 20 by the worker 43 on the scaffold 41 scooping up using a rake-type removal tool 44.

The length of the handle of the removal tool 44 is determined by the water depth of the suction channel 10. When the water depth is shallow, the handle may be short and the removal tool 44 is relatively light. However, when the water depth is deep, for example, 4 to 5 m, the length of the handle needs to be about 4 to 5 m. If it does so, the removal tool 44 will become heavy, and it will require a lot of labor to scrape the dust 40 to the scaffold 41 using the removal tool 44. For this reason, the worker 43 often hurts his / her waist. Further, since the removal tool 44 is heavy, there is a risk that the worker 43 falls from the scaffold 41.

Further, when scraping up the dust 40, it is necessary to press the tip (rake portion) 43 a of the removing tool 44 against the slope of the hand scraping screen 20. The longer the handle of the removal tool 44, the greater the pressing force, and the stamina of the worker 43 is consumed violently. A considerable amount of force is also required to attract the dust 40 attached to the screen 20 by the water flow pressure. In some cases, it is necessary to work with a plurality of workers 43, but it is difficult and dangerous for a plurality of workers 43 to work on the narrow scaffold 41.

Furthermore, in a situation where a large amount of spilled material has flowed in due to heavy rain and they are intertwined in a complicated manner, it is very difficult to lift one dust 40. Due to such difficult and unstable work, the worker 43 may be depleted in physical strength and misjudged, and may even fall from the scaffold 41 by mistake.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dust removal equipment that allows an operator to safely remove dust in a drainage station, a method of manufacturing such a dust removal equipment, and the like. The present invention is to provide a drainage station including a dust removal facility and a method for removing dust trapped by the dust removal facility.

According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dust removal facility installed in a drainage station, a scaffold provided above a water channel, and a dust supported by the scaffold, and having a lower part in the water channel and flowing through the water channel. There is provided a dust removal facility comprising a scuffing screen that captures and extends to a position above the scaffold. Since the upper part of the scraping screen extends to a position higher than the scaffold, the upper part of the screen functions as a safety fence that prevents the worker from dropping, and the safety of the worker working on the scaffold is improved.

Desirably, the dust removal equipment includes a dust collecting unit that is provided on the scaffold and collects dust captured by the hand scraping screen, and an upper portion of the hand scraping screen extends to a position higher than the dust collecting unit, and Suitable for the dust collector. The dust collection unit is, for example, a dust transporter placed on the scaffold or a dust guide path provided on the scaffold. With such a hand scraping screen, the dust collected can be collected as it is in the dust collecting section.

More preferably, the dust collecting part is a dust guide path provided in the scaffold, and a part of the bottom of the dust guide path is open toward the water channel. By this opening, dust can be dehydrated in the dust guide path.

The hand scraping screen has a first member supported by the scaffold, and a second member that is movable and rotatable with respect to the first member, and at least a part of which extends to a position higher than the scaffold. You may do it. Since the second member is movable and rotatable, the shape of the hand scraping screen can be optimized.

Preferably, the hand scraping screen may be stepped, and the hand scraping screen is supported by a bottom of the water channel and is inclined in a direction approaching the scaffold, and the first inclined surface. And a second inclined surface inclined in a direction approaching the scaffold from the horizontal plane. Work on a horizontal plane is possible, reducing the work burden on workers.
More preferably, a protrusion is provided on the first inclined surface side of the horizontal plane. The protrusion can prevent the dust placed on the horizontal surface from returning to the first inclined surface.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dust removal facility installed in a drainage station, a scaffold provided above a water channel, and supported by the scaffold, and a lower part in the water channel and the water channel There is provided a dust removal equipment that includes a hand scraping screen that captures the dust flowing through the floor, the hand scraping screen having one or more horizontal planes between a lower end thereof and a portion supported by the scaffold. The work surface can be prevented from being submerged on the horizontal surface, and the work load can be reduced by being able to work on the horizontal surface.

The hand scraping screen may include a plurality of the horizontal surfaces and an interstage surface connecting the horizontal planes, and the interstage surface may be inclined in a direction in which an upper portion approaches the scaffold. Since the interplanar surface is inclined, the work of scraping up dust can be reduced.

The hand scraping screen has an outer frame, a plurality of bars arranged in the vertical direction and fixed to the outer frame, and a bar connecting bar arranged in the horizontal direction and connecting a part of the plurality of bars. And the horizontal surface attached to the bar connecting rod.

Moreover, according to another aspect of the present invention, the dust removal equipment is installed in a drainage station, and is supported by the first scaffold provided above the water channel and the first scaffold, and the lower part is in the water channel. A hand scraping screen that captures the dust flowing through the water channel, a second scaffold provided above the water channel at a position different from the first scaffold, and supported by the second scaffold, There is provided a dust removal facility comprising a third scaffold having adjacent horizontal surfaces. The dust can be removed from the horizontal surface of the third scaffold different from the first scaffold supporting the screen, and the safety of the worker is improved.

Preferably, the dust removal equipment includes a safety fence provided on the horizontal surface. Safety fences further improve worker safety.
The safety fence is preferably open at the bottom. The dust can be efficiently removed from the opening using a removing tool.
Furthermore, it is desirable that a part of the horizontal plane is open toward the water channel. With this opening, the dust placed on the horizontal plane can be dehydrated. With this opening, the dust placed on the horizontal plane can be dehydrated, the water receiving area can be widened, and the filtration area ratio in the hand scraping screen can be increased. Thereby, even when a large dust is entangled with the inclined surface, the drainage pump located downstream can be operated without increasing the loss of running water.

Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, a suction water channel into which water from an inland river flows, a dust removal facility provided downstream of the suction water channel, and a drain provided downstream of the dust removal facility. There is provided a drainage station including a pump and a discharge channel for discharging water from the drainage pump to an external water river through a discharge gate.

Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for removing dust trapped by a hand screen in a dust removal facility of a drainage field, wherein the hand screen is supported by a scaffold provided above a water channel. The lower part is in the water channel and captures the dust flowing through the water channel, and has at least one horizontal plane between a lower end of the scraping screen and a portion supported by the scaffold, on the horizontal plane A worker scooping up the captured dust on the horizontal plane, and a worker on the scaffold scraping up the dust scraped up on the horizontal plane onto the scaffold. There is provided a method of removing First, the dust is scraped up on a horizontal surface and then on the scaffold, so that the safety of workers is improved and the work load can be reduced.

It is desirable that a part of the horizontal plane is opened toward the water channel, and the dust scraped up on the horizontal plane is dehydrated from the opening of the horizontal plane.

The horizontal plane is provided with a safety fence that can move up and down with respect to the horizontal plane. The safety fence is raised from the horizontal plane, and an operator on the horizontal plane puts the captured dust on the horizontal plane. It is desirable that the safety fence is lowered from the horizontal plane after the scraping. Thereby, the safety of the worker is further improved.

Further, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a dust removal equipment installed in a drainage station, wherein a step of forming a scaffold above a water channel, and a hand screen are supported by the scaffold, And a step of capturing the dust flowing in the water channel and arranging the upper portion to extend to a position higher than the scaffold. Thereby, a highly safe dust removal equipment can be manufactured.

Worker safety can be improved.

The discharge water channel 13 is formed so as to join the outside water river 2, and the water in the discharge water channel 13 is discharged to the outside water river 2 by opening the discharge gate 14.

FIG. 3 is a side view schematically showing the dust removal equipment 30 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The dust removal equipment 30 includes a scaffold 41 installed above the suction channel 10, a scraping screen 21, and a dust transporter 42 as a dust collection unit. Such a dust removal equipment 30 is manufactured by first forming a scaffold 41 and then disposing a hand scraping screen 21 and a dust carrier 42 as shown in FIG.

FIG. 4 is a front view schematically showing the hand scraping screen 21 in the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the hand scraping screen 21 includes a rectangular outer frame 51 and a plurality of metal vertical bars 52 that are arranged at substantially equal intervals (for example, 20 to 150 mm) in the vertical direction and fixed to the outer frame 51. Is done. As shown in FIG. 3, the hand scraping screen 21 is leaned against the scaffold 41, and the lower part thereof is in the suction channel 10 to capture the dust 40 flowing through the suction channel 10.

The trapped dust 40 is removed by a worker 43 on the scaffold 41 by using the rake-type remover 44 to scoop up along the hand scraping screen 21 and collected by the dust transporter 42. The garbage transporter 42 is a wheelbarrow or bucket for transporting the removed dust 40 and is placed on the scaffold 41. The dust transporter 42 is of a size that can be moved by human power, and considering the work efficiency, the height is preferably 30 to 100 cm.

The hand scraping screen 21 will be described in more detail. The height dimension H1 of the hand scraping screen 21 is set according to the depth and the amount of water of the suction channel 10 to be installed, and may reach 4 to 5 m, for example. The upper part of the hand scraping screen 21 extends to a position higher than the scaffold 41 and further higher than the dust transporting device 42, and its tip is above the scaffold 41. The height H2 from the scaffold 41 at the top of the hand scraping screen 21 is preferably about 40 to 110 cm, which is about 10 cm higher than the garbage transporting device 42.

The side surface of the hand scraping screen 21 has a shape in which a straight surface 53 and a curved surface 54 are integrally connected. The lower end of the straight surface 53 is supported in contact with the bottom of the suction water channel 10. The hand scraping screen 21 is disposed so as to be inclined toward the scaffold 41 and is supported by the scaffold 41 at a point 53 a where the straight surface 53 exists.

The curved surface 54 extends from the upper end of the straight surface 53 and is curved. The tip of the curved surface 54 is disposed so that the dust 40 scraped up along the hand scraping screen 21 is naturally guided to the dust transport device 42. Heading to In FIG. 3, the tip of the curved surface 54 has an arc shape that is inclined downward toward the dust transporter 42, but the tip of the curved surface 54 may extend in the horizontal direction.

By using such a hand scraping screen 21, even if the scaffold 41 is narrow, the dust 40 is scraped up along the hand scraping screen to a position higher than the dust transporting tool 42 using the removing tool 44, and remains as it is. The garbage 40 can be collected in the garbage carrier 42. Therefore, the labor of the worker 43 can be reduced. Further, since the upper end of the hand scraping screen 21 is positioned higher than the dust transporting device 42 and above the scaffold 41, the upper portion of the hand scraping screen 21 serves as a fall protection fence for the worker 43, and safety is improved.

(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment, a dust guide path is provided instead of the dust transport tool 42. Hereinafter, a description will be given focusing on differences from the first embodiment.
5 and 6 are a side view and a top view, respectively, schematically showing the dust removal equipment 31 according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

In the present embodiment, the dust removal equipment 31 has a dust guide path 45 as a dust collection unit. The dust guide path 45 leads to a dust dump (not shown), and is inclined downward toward the dust dump. The dust guide path 45 may be a groove dug in the scaffold 41 or may be a bowl-shaped member provided on the scaffold 41. In addition, a drain hole 45 a that opens toward the lower suction channel 10 is formed in a part of the bottom of the dust guide channel 45.

The upper part of the hand scraping screen 22 in the present embodiment extends to a position higher than the scaffold 41, and the tip thereof is above the scaffold 41. The tip of the curved surface 54 faces the dust guide path 45 so that the dust 40 scraped up along the hand scraping screen 22 is naturally guided to the dust guide path 45.

The dust 40 captured by the hand scraping screen 22 is removed by the worker 43 on the scaffold 41 using the rake-type removal tool 44 to scrape along the hand scraping screen 22 and collected in the dust guide path 45. The The dust 40 collected in the dust guide path 45 flows toward the dust collection place. In the process, the moisture of the dust 40 falls from the drain hole 45a, and when the dust reaches the dust collection place, the moisture is removed to some extent. It is lighter. Then, the dust 40 accumulated in the dust collection place is carried out by a truck or the like.

By using such a hand scraping screen 22, as in the first embodiment, even when the scaffold 41 is narrow, the dust 40 is manually moved to a position higher than the dust guide path 45 using the removal tool 44. The dust 40 that has been scraped up and scraped up along the scraping screen 22 can be collected in the dust guide path 45. Therefore, the labor of the worker 43 can be reduced. Further, since the upper end of the hand scraping screen 22 is positioned higher than the scaffold 41 and above the scaffold 41, the upper portion of the hand scraping screen 22 serves as a fall protection fence for the worker 43, and safety is improved.

(Third embodiment)
In the third to sixth embodiments, variations of the hand scraping screen will be described. Hereinafter, the difference from the first and second embodiments will be mainly described.

FIG. 7 is a side view schematically showing the dust removal equipment 32 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Only the upper periphery of the hand scraping screen 23, which is a feature of this embodiment, is depicted. FIG. 8 is a front view schematically showing the hand scraping screen 23 in the present embodiment. The hand scraping screen 23 according to the present embodiment includes a lower member 60 and an upper member 61. The lower member 60 is constituted by an outer frame 60a and a plurality of metal vertical bars 60b, and the upper member 61 is also constituted by an outer frame 61a and a plurality of metal vertical bars 61b.

The lower end of the lower member 60 is supported on the bottom of the suction channel 10, and a point 60 c with the lower member 60 is supported by the scaffold 41. Further, an elongated hole 61d is formed in the upper part of the side surface of the outer frame 60a of the lower member 60 along the side surface. The outer frame 61a of the upper member 61 is narrower than the outer frame 60a of the lower member 60, and a convex portion 61c such as a columnar shape or a hexagonal column shape that fits into the elongated hole 61d is formed on the lower side surface of the outer frame 61a. .

The convex portion 61c can freely move along the long hole 61d, and can fix the lower member 60 and the upper member 61 at arbitrary positions. Thereby, the hand scraping screen 23 can be expanded and contracted. Further, the convex portion 61c can freely rotate within the long hole 61d, and can fix the lower member 60 and the upper member 61 at an arbitrary angle. Thereby, the upper member 61 of the hand scraping screen 23 can rotate around the convex portion 61c, and the angle between the upper member 61 and the lower member 60, in other words, the angle between the upper member 61 and the scaffold 41 can be adjusted. .

Since the hand scraping screen 23 can be expanded and contracted and its upper member 61 can be rotated, even if the installation conditions of the hand scraping screen 23 are different for each dust removing equipment 32, flexible adjustment is possible. For example, in the dust removal equipment 32 provided with the dust transporter 42, the tip of the upper member 61 can be arranged at a higher position than the dust transporter 42 by extending the scraping screen 23 according to the height of the dust transporter 42. . On the other hand, in the dust removal equipment 32 in which the dust guide path 45 is provided in the scaffold 41, the upper member 61 is slightly higher than the scaffold 41 by shrinking the scraping screen 23 and rotating the upper member 61 to the scaffold 41 side. Therefore, the work load on the worker 43 can be reduced.

7 shows an example in which the long hole 61d is provided in the outer frame 60a of the lower member 60 and the convex portion 61c is provided in the outer frame 61a of the upper member 61. Conversely, the convex portion is provided in the outer frame 60a of the lower member 60. And an elongated hole may be provided in the outer frame 61a of the upper member 61.

Thus, in this embodiment, since the hand scraping screen 23 can be expanded and contracted and the upper member 61 can be rotated, the shape of the hand scraping screen 23 can be optimized according to the dust removal equipment 32.

(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 9 is a side view schematically showing the dust removal equipment 33 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The hand scraping screen 24 in the present embodiment has a lower end supported by the bottom of the suction channel 10 and inclined in a direction approaching the scaffold 41, and in a direction approaching the scaffold 41 from the upper end of the first inclined surface 62. It is comprised from the horizontal surface 63 extended horizontally, the 2nd inclined surface 64 inclined and extended in the direction which approaches the scaffold 41 from the edge of the horizontal surface 63, and the curved surface 65 extended from the edge of the 2nd inclined surface 64. The scraping screen 24 is arranged so that the horizontal plane 63 is substantially horizontal at a position higher than the water surface of the suction channel 10 and the point 64 a with the second inclined surface 64 is supported by the scaffold 41.

The worker 43 can scrape up the dust 40 captured by the first inclined surface 62 using the removing tool 44 on the horizontal surface 63. Compared to scooping up from the scaffold 41, the length of the handle of the removal tool 44 may be shorter.

The horizontal surface 63 is also composed of a plurality of metal bars arranged at approximately equal intervals, and there is a gap between the metal bars. In other words, a part of the horizontal surface 63 opens toward the suction water channel 10. Therefore, the horizontal surface 63 also functions as a temporary placement unit for dehydration. That is, the worker 43 on the horizontal surface 63 temporarily places the dust 40 thus scraped up on the horizontal surface 63. In the horizontal surface 63, the moisture contained in the dust 40 falls into the suction channel 10 through the gap and is dehydrated naturally.

Subsequently, an operator (not shown) on the scaffold 41 scoops up the dewatered dust 40 on the horizontal surface 63 and collects it in a dust collecting unit (not shown) such as the dust transporter 42 and the dust guide path 45. In order to facilitate the work of scraping the dewatered garbage 40 on the horizontal plane 63, the lower part of the second inclined surface 64 is supported by the scaffold 41, and the scraping screen so that the horizontal plane 63 and the scaffold 41 are substantially on the same plane. It is desirable to install 24.

By providing the horizontal surface 63, even if an operator on the scaffold 41 falls down, it can be received by the horizontal surface 63 before the operator is submerged, and the safety of the worker working on the scaffold 41 is further improved. To do.

In consideration of the safety of the worker 43 working on the horizontal surface 63, the dust removal equipment 33 preferably has a safety fence 46 provided at the end of the horizontal surface 63 on the suction water channel 10 side or in the vicinity thereof.

FIG. 10 is a front view schematically showing the safety fence 46. The safety fence 46 includes a vertical column 46a and a horizontal bar 46b. The height of the vertical column 46a is higher than the center of gravity of the worker 43, and is about 100 to 120 cm, for example. The horizontal bar 46 b is provided only on the upper portion of the safety fence 46 and prevents the worker 43 from falling. On the other hand, a horizontal bar is not provided in the lower part of the safety fence 46, and is open. The dust 40 can be scraped up through the removal tool 44 from the opening 46c.

The safety fence 46 may be fixedly installed on the horizontal surface 63. Alternatively, the safety fence 46 may be switched between a state in which the safety function is exhibited and a state in which the safety fence 46 is not exhibited as necessary. For example, the safety fence 46 may be configured to be movable up and down with respect to the horizontal plane 63, and the safety function may be exhibited by raising it from the horizontal plane 63, and may not be exhibited by lowering it from the horizontal plane 63.

FIG. 11 is a side view schematically showing a dust removal equipment 33 which is a modified example in which FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 are combined. In the hand scraping screen 25 shown in FIG. 11, the upper member 66 including the second inclined surface 64 and the curved surface 65 and the horizontal surface 63 are separate members. A horizontal plane 63 is connected to the scaffold 41. The elongated member 66a is provided in the upper member 66, and the protrusion 63a (or vice versa) is provided in the horizontal surface 63, whereby the hand scraping screen 25 can be expanded and contracted and the upper member 66 can be rotated. Thereby, even when installation conditions differ for every dust removal equipment 33, flexible adjustment is attained.

FIG. 12 is a side view schematically showing a dust removal equipment 34 which is a modified example of FIG. 9. The hand scraping screen 26 shown in FIG. 12 is provided with a protrusion 63a on the edge of the horizontal surface 63 on the first inclined surface 62 side (the suction water channel 10 side) or in the vicinity thereof. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the scraped dust 40 from returning from the first inclined surface 62 to the suction water channel 10. In this case, the safety fence 46 may be provided on the protrusion 63a.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the hand scraping screens 24 to 26 have the horizontal surface 63. Since the horizontal surface 63 is below the scaffold 41, the worker 43 can scrape up the dust 40 using a light removal tool 44 with a short handle, and the labor of the worker 43 can be reduced. Moreover, the safety of the worker 43 is improved by providing the safety fence 46 on the horizontal surface 63.

(Fifth embodiment)
FIG. 13 is a side view schematically showing the dust removal equipment 35 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The hand scraping screen 27 of the present embodiment has a stepped shape, and one or more horizontal planes 67 are provided between the lower end of the hand scraping screen 27 and a portion supported by the scaffold 41. That is, the hand scraping screen 27 includes two or more horizontal planes 67 and an interstage surface 68 that connects the horizontal planes 67. The scaffold 41 may be connected to the horizontal surface 67 or may be connected to the interstage surface 68.

9 can be considered as a shape in which a plurality of horizontal planes 63 are provided in the hand scraping screen 25, and the horizontal plane 67 also functions as a temporary storage section and can prevent the operator 43 from being submerged.

The interstage surface 68 may be vertical (FIG. 13 (a)), or the upper part may be inclined in a direction approaching the scaffold 41 so as to reduce the burden of the work of scraping up the dust 40 (FIG. 13 ( b)). Moreover, the height of the interstage surface 68 can be made low, so that many horizontal surfaces 67 are provided. Thereby, the length of the handle of the removal tool 44 can be shortened. In consideration of the distance between the suction channel 10 and the scaffold 41, the dimensions of the horizontal plane 67, the dimension and inclination angle of the interstage surface 68, the number of steps, etc. are appropriately designed so that the length of the handle of the removal tool 44 is optimized. Is good.

In consideration of the safety of the worker 43 working on the horizontal plane 67, the dust removal equipment 35 preferably has a safety fence 46 (FIG. 10) provided at the end of the horizontal plane 67 on the suction water channel 10 side or in the vicinity thereof. Alternatively, when the interstage surface 68 is inclined, the safety fence 46 may be provided on the interstage surface 68.

The safety fence 46 may be fixedly installed on the horizontal surface 67. In this case, as shown in FIG. 14, once the water level becomes higher than that of the safety fence 46 due to heavy rain or the like, when the water level becomes lower again, floating large trash such as driftwood or plastic on the horizontal surface 67 where the safety fence 46 is located. 40 can be captured. The water contained in the dust 40 falls from the gap between the horizontal surfaces 67 and is dehydrated. Thereby, it can collect | recover in the state which dries and reduced in weight, without the effort which lifts up the large-sized garbage 40 with buoyancy from water.

Further, the safety fence 46 may have a structure that can move up and down with respect to a horizontal plane 67. Compared with the case where the safety fence 46 is fixedly installed, when the water level of the suction channel 10 becomes high and the safety fence 46 is submerged, the possibility that the garbage 40 may damage the safety fence 46 is reduced, and it adheres to the safety fence 46. It is possible to reduce the trouble of removing the dust 40. In order to ensure the safety of the worker 43, normally, only the uppermost safety fence 46 is raised, and during the dust removal work, the safety fence 46 of the horizontal surface 67 on which the work is performed is raised to exhibit the safety function. Alternatively, the safety fence 46 may be lowered after the work.
Thus, you may provide a multistage horizontal surface in a hand scraping screen like this embodiment.

The dust removal equipment 37 further includes a management bridge 47 serving as a walkway and a simple scaffold 48. The management bridge 47 is a scaffold provided separately from the scaffold 41, and is disposed above the suction water channel 10 and above the planned maximum water level HWL. The management bridge 47 may be provided by existing, or may be provided temporarily and simply. The simple scaffold 48 includes a horizontal plane 48 a that is close to the hand scraping screen 49, and an inclined surface 48 b that is fixed to the horizontal plane 48 a and supported by the management bridge 47. Further, a safety fence 46 (FIG. 10) may be provided on the horizontal surface 48a on the hand scraping screen 49 side.

The worker 43 moves from the management bridge 47 to the simple scaffold 48 and removes the garbage 40 on the simple scaffold 48. The removed garbage 40 is sent out of the drainage station through the management bridge 47.

In this way, instead of providing a horizontal surface on the hand scraping screen 49, a simple scaffold 48 connected to a management bridge 47 different from the scaffold 41 may be provided to remove the dust 40.

In the fourth to seventh embodiments, the upper part of the hand scraping screen may extend to a position higher than the scaffold 41, and the upper part of the hand scraping screen is used as a scaffolding because safety is ensured by the horizontal surface or the safety fence 46.
