Abstract
【解決手段】細長い浮体2にセイル4とラダー14を具備し、浮体上には風力発電設備とバッテリーを有し、これらはGPSと通信設備を搭載し、長期気象情報から風況が良く、かつ安全な場所を判断し自律操作して移動することができ、高い稼働率で風力発電する。浮体は長手方向の両方向に進行でき、かつ風上側にも進めるため、スイッチバックの要領で繰り返すことでほぼ同位置に停滞することが可能で、係留型浮体式風力発電と同様の機能を果たすこともできる。発生した電力はバッテリーなどに蓄えられ、陸上など使用箇所で電力を取り出して使用する。

Claims (8)
- 1軸方向に細長く丸い板状、又は船状の浮体上に立設したセイルに風を受けて進行し、浮体底に取り付けたラダーを操作して風上側、風下側に進行向きを変えられる設備において、浮体の位置を測定するGPSと衛星回線など通信手段を有し、長期気象予測を基に所望の風況の良い位置に移動したり、セイルの両面に交互に風を受けることでスイッチバックの要領で往復し、風下側に流される移動分を風上側に移動することで、ほぼ定位置に居続けられる自律航行可能な浮体設備と、本浮体設備上に設置した風力発電設備とバッテリーを用いて電力を得られる、陸地や海底に係留、固定しない浮体式風力発電設備。
- 請求項1において、洋上の波で浮体とともにセイルが揺れないように、浮体とセイルの間に回転シャフトを介して独立に揺動できることとする浮体式風力発電設備。
- 請求項1において、強風や突風でセイルが倒れないように補助浮体で支持する浮体式洋上風力発電設備。
- 請求項1において、浮体上で風を受けるセイルが自重でバランスをとれるように、浮体上の回転シャフトとレールを用いてセイルの立設位置を変えられる浮体式洋上風力発電設備。
- 請求項1において、浮体水中面側に浮体よりも幅、長さがひと回り小さいサブ底面を有し、進行方向先端が浮き上がった際に進行直線性を高めた浮体式洋上風力発電設備。
- 請求項1において、浮体の風上側に風向風速センサーを具備し、セイルの受ける風の情報を事前に取得し、最適なセイル操作ができる浮体式洋上風力発電設備。
- 請求項1〜6の浮体式設備に太陽光発電設備を搭載した浮体式太陽光発電設備。
- 請求項1〜7の浮体式設備で発生したエネルギーを用いて、水を電気分解して水素として蓄える浮体式発電設備。
