Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning device for injecting a cleaning liquid.

Conventionally, a vehicle has been provided with a cleaning device for injecting a cleaning liquid. A cleaning device or the like that cleans an object to be cleaned such as a headlamp is disposed, for example, inside (back side) of the front bumper, and protrudes to the outside only during cleaning to inject cleaning liquid onto the object to be cleaned such as a headlamp. As such a cleaning device, a cylindrical cylinder member and a cylindrical piston member provided so as to be able to protrude and retract with respect to the cylinder member are provided, and the piston member is driven by the pressure of the cleaning liquid fed to the internal passage of the piston member. And a cleaning liquid is ejected from an ejection port provided at the tip thereof (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this cleaning apparatus, a disc-like projecting portion projecting radially inward so as to squeeze the cleaning liquid passage is provided at the tip of the internal passage, and in the opening narrowed (squeezed) by the disc-like projecting portion, A valve body is provided that communicates the internal passage with the injection port when the pressure in the internal passage increases. In this way, the valve body can be made smaller, for example, by narrowing the passage of the cleaning liquid by the disk-shaped protrusion.

However, in the cleaning apparatus as described above, the disk-like protruding portion protruding radially inward serves as a wall with respect to the direction in which the cleaning liquid flows, so that a vortex is generated in the flow of the cleaning liquid and is reduced by the disk-like protruding portion. There is a possibility that the flow of the cleaning liquid to the opened opening is obstructed and the flow loss is increased. That is, there is a possibility that the injection flow rate and the injection pressure from the injection port may decrease.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device capable of suppressing a flow loss.

A cleaning device that solves the above problems includes a cylindrical cylinder member provided with a cleaning liquid introduction portion on a proximal end side, a cylindrical piston portion provided so as to be able to protrude and retract with respect to a distal end of the cylinder member, A nozzle portion having an injection port for injecting the cleaning liquid, which is provided at the tip and fed through the internal passage of the piston portion, to the object to be cleaned, and biased in a direction in which the piston portion is immersed in the cylinder member And a urging member that is provided on the distal end side of the piston portion, and a valve body that communicates the internal passage with the injection port of the nozzle portion when the pressure in the internal passage exceeds a preset value. It is an apparatus, Comprising: The said internal channel | path is provided with the diameter reducing part which diameter-reduces gradually toward the front end side of the said piston part.

According to this configuration, the internal passage is provided with a reduced diameter portion that gradually decreases in diameter toward the distal end side (valve body) of the piston portion, so that the valve body can be made smaller and the flow of cleaning liquid can be reduced. Occurrence of vortices can be suppressed, whereby the flow of the cleaning liquid can be prevented from being hindered, and the flow rate loss can be reduced.

According to the same configuration, the reduced diameter portion is inclined at an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the piston portion. The generation of vortices in the flow can be further suppressed.

In the cleaning device of the present invention, the flow loss can be kept small.

In the present embodiment, the nozzle support member 14, the nozzle body 15, and the nozzle chip 16 constitute a nozzle portion.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, an inner fitting portion 13 a having a reduced outer diameter is formed at the distal end portion (upper end portion in the drawing) of the piston member 13, and is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner fitting portion 13 a. Further, a valve accommodating chamber 13d that is recessed from the distal end of the piston member 13 to the proximal end side is formed at the distal end portion of the piston member 13 and inside the inner fitting portion 13a, and an opening formed at the center of the bottom portion thereof. 13e is connected with the internal channel | path 13f which consists of an internal peripheral surface of the other site | part (site | part upstream from the opening 13e) of the piston member 13. FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the base end portion of the piston member 13 is formed with a pair of outer extending portions 13g having an increased outer diameter, thereby forming an annular recess 13h therebetween. An annular seal member 18 is externally fitted and accommodated in the annular recess 13h. The seal member 18 is slidably contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder member 11 and is in liquid-tight contact.

As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle support member 14 includes an outer fitting cylinder portion 14a fitted on the inner fitting portion 13a, and a support cylinder portion 14b divided into two branches while communicating with the inside of the outer fitting cylinder portion 14a. And have. The outer fitting cylinder portion 14a is formed with a locking hole 14c into which the locking projection 13b is fitted. The locking projection 13b is fitted into 14c so as to be fitted to the piston member 13. Further, in this state, the seal ring 17 is liquid-tightly adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the outer fitting cylinder portion 14a. Further, a spherical concave portion 14d capable of holding the sphere so as to be able to roll is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the support cylinder portion 14b. Further, a support column 14e extending toward the opening 13e (base end side) is formed at a branch portion of the support cylinder portion 14b that is divided into two forks in the nozzle support member 14.

The spherical concave portion 14d holds the spherical portion 15a of the nozzle body 15 so that it can roll. The nozzle body 15 includes the spherical surface portion 15a having a spherical outer shape and a tip holding portion 15b protruding from a part of the spherical surface portion 15a. The tip holding portion 15b is formed with a tip accommodating portion 15c that opens on one side (the front side in FIG. 2 in FIG. 2), and the nozzle tip 16 is accommodated and held in the tip accommodating portion 15c. The nozzle tip 16 has a groove portion 16a that forms an injection port 19 together with the inner surface of the chip storage portion 15c, and the injection port 19 is connected to the valve storage chamber 13d through a passage 15d formed in the spherical surface portion 15a. Communicating with The nozzle body 15 is provided so that the angle of the injection port 19, that is, the angle of the cleaning liquid to be injected can be changed by rolling the spherical portion 15 a in the spherical concave portion 14 d, and the two nozzle bodies 15 are, for example, The angle is set so that the cleaning liquid is ejected to a high beam light source of the headlamp (not shown) and a position corresponding to the periphery thereof, and a low beam light source and a position corresponding to the periphery thereof.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, the cleaning device 1 has one end supported around the opening at the front end of the cylinder member 11 and the other end biasing the outwardly extending portion 13g of the piston member 13, thereby A compression coil spring 20 is provided as an urging member that urges the member 13 in a direction to immerse the member 13 in the cylinder member 11.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, in the valve accommodating chamber 13d on the tip end side of the piston member 13, the pressure in the internal passage 13f exceeds a preset value (in order to extend the piston member 13 from the cylinder member 11). A valve body 21 is provided for communicating the internal passage 13f with the injection port 19 when the pressure is higher than the required pressure in the internal passage 13f. Specifically, the valve body 21 is urged toward the opening 13e by the other end of the compression coil spring 22 that is externally fitted to the support column 14e and supported at one end by the nozzle support member 14, and the pressure in the internal passage 13f. Is less than a preset value, the opening 13e is closed. When the pressure in the internal passage 13f becomes equal to or higher than a preset value, the valve body 21 is moved against the urging force of the compression coil spring 22 (see FIGS. 3B and 4), and the opening 13e. Is opened, and the internal passage 13 f communicates with the injection port 19.

Here, the inner passage 13f of the present embodiment is provided with a reduced diameter portion 13j that gradually decreases in diameter toward the distal end side (valve element 21 side) of the piston member 13. The reduced diameter portion 13j is inclined at an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the piston member 13 (in FIG. 2, an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis). In addition, angle (theta) in which the diameter reduction part 13j of this embodiment inclines with respect to the longitudinal direction axis line of piston member 13 is about 8 degrees.

Next, the operation of the cleaning device 1 configured as described above will be described.
For example, when an operation for cleaning the headlamp is performed, such as when a washer switch provided in the driver's seat is operated, the electric pump is driven, and the cleaning liquid is supplied to the piston member 13 via the hose and the cleaning liquid introduction part 12a. It is fed to the internal passage 13f.

Then, first, as shown in FIG. 3A, since the valve element 21 closes the opening 13e, the piston member 13 resists the urging force of the compression coil spring 20 from the tip of the cylinder member 11 due to the pressure of the cleaning liquid. The ejection port 19 projects from the front bumper and faces the headlamp.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 4, when the pressure in the internal passage 13 f increases (below a preset value), the valve body 21 resists the urging force of the compression coil spring 22. The opening 13e is opened, the cleaning liquid is fed from the internal passage 13f to the ejection port 19, and the cleaning liquid is ejected from the ejection port 19 to the headlamp. As a result, the headlamp is cleaned.

Next, the characteristic effects of the above embodiment will be described below.
(1) Since the inner passage 13f is provided with a reduced diameter portion 13j that gradually decreases in diameter toward the distal end side (valve element 21 side) of the piston member 13, the valve element 21 can be made smaller and the cleaning liquid It is possible to suppress the occurrence of vortices in the flow of the liquid, thereby making it difficult for the flow of the cleaning liquid to be hindered, and to reduce the flow loss.

(2) Since the reduced diameter portion 13j is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the piston member at an angle of less than 45 ° (about 8 ° in the present embodiment), the reduced diameter portion 13j has a rapid flow caused by the wall. There is no damming portion, and the occurrence of vortices in the flow of the cleaning liquid can be further suppressed.

The above embodiment may be modified as follows.
In the above embodiment, the angle θ at which the reduced diameter portion 13j is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the piston member 13 is about 8 °, but is not limited to this. For example, the angle θ is less than 45 ° You may change into another angle. Even if it changes in this way, the effect similar to the effect (2) of the said embodiment can be acquired. The angle θ may be changed to 45 ° or more.

In the above embodiment, the nozzle support member 14, the nozzle body 15, and the two nozzle tips 16 constitute the nozzle portion, but the configuration of the nozzle portion may be changed, for example, an injection port (nozzle tip) May be changed to one nozzle part.

In the above-described embodiment, the cleaning device 1 for cleaning the headlamp is embodied.
