Description

The present invention relates to a papermaking chest provided with a feeding section having a foreign matter removing function for removing foreign matters mixed in raw materials, fillers or paper stock in the paper manufacturing process.

Paper is generally manufactured by a disaggregation process, a selection process, a beating process, a blending process, a papermaking process, and a cutting process. In the disaggregation process, the pulp is unwound and dispersed one by one in the water in the water, and the foreign material is removed from the paper material in order to prevent dust and dirt from being contained in the selection process. Next, in order to improve the entanglement of the fibers in the beating process, the fibers are further crushed, and the raw material of the paper crushed in the blending process and chemicals are mixed to produce a paper stock that is the basis of the paper. Next, the paper stock obtained in the paper making process is poured onto a net to form a thin paper layer, dried and wound up, and the resulting paper is cut into the dimensions determined in the cutting process. Is done.

The papermaking chest is arranged in the process from the stock preparation process to the head box of the paper machine. It is installed in the process of feeding each raw material, and passes through a selection process, a beating process, a concentration adjustment process, and the like while it is fed between chests. The papermaking chest is also used as a temporary storage until the prepared stock is supplied to the paper machine after blending each raw material.

In the selection process, as described above, dust and dirt are removed from the paper. Specifically, it is removed by a machine such as a refractor, a screen or a sentry cleaner. The refura efficiently removes heavy foreign matter such as sand and iron pieces contained in the paper material whose concentration has been adjusted. In addition, the screen has an effect of removing uniformly dispersed fibers, intertwined fiber lumps, and other impurities contained in the paper material and uniformly dispersing them. The principle of filtration is that the vibration of the screen plate with slits in the bronze plate or stainless steel plate alternately applies suction and compression of the plate, and the paper material passes through the slits and sifts large objects on the screen. Is. In addition, the sentry cleaner efficiently removes foreign matters such as paper trash having a certain weight or more by using centrifugal force.

For example, in the machine chest and screen, the raw material prepared in the raw material preparation process is put into the machine chest and supplied to the screening screen with a pump to remove foreign substances, and one of them is led to the stock level box and circulated to the machine chest. There is disclosed an apparatus including a flow path system that includes a reject flow path system that includes a chest and a pump on the other side, has a reject screen, and circulates in a machine chest (Patent Document 1).

On the other hand, valuables such as securities, cards, stamps, product tags, tickets such as tickets and commuter passes, coupon tickets for toll roads, various tickets, gift certificates, etc. are guaranteed and maintained. Anti-counterfeiting and falsification prevention technology is applied. For this reason, it is common practice to improve the anti-counterfeiting and tampering prevention effects and the authenticity discrimination by machine processing by forming a specific magnetic pattern such as a barcode with magnetic ink on such valuables. It has been broken. In the true / false discrimination by the machine processing, the true / false discrimination is performed by reading signals such as the presence / absence of magnetism, magnetic strength, and pattern with a machine.

For example, a design is formed on a base material, and a printed matter including a first print image and a second print image on at least a part of the design, wherein the first print image is printed by the first magnetic ink composition In addition, a magnetic printed matter is disclosed in which the second printed image is printed with a second magnetic ink composition that is different in magnetic properties and optical properties from the first printed image (Patent Document 2).

In the papermaking process, if foreign materials are mixed in the raw material, the base material, or the paper stock, there has been a problem that the rolls or blankets in the paper making process are damaged by the foreign materials, which may adversely affect the product quality.

The machine chest and the screen described in Patent Document 1 describe the removal of foreign matter for the screen, but do not describe the removal of foreign matter for the machine chest. In addition, the above-described reflater, screen, and the like can remove foreign matters such as large dust, dust, and fiber lump, but there is a problem that fine foreign matters having a low specific gravity cannot be removed. Further, since foreign matter removal becomes difficult as the process proceeds, it is required to remove foreign matters in the upstream process of the raw material.

In addition, it is possible to remove foreign substances by installing a strainer etc. when feeding raw materials, fillers, etc. from papermaking chests to papermaking chests, but this method removes foreign substances with large grains. However, there was a problem that foreign matters with fine particles could not be removed. If a mesh such as a strainer is made small in order to remove small foreign matters, pulp fibers and fillers are likely to be clogged, resulting in problems in production.

On the other hand, as one of the measures to prevent forgery of valuables, a printed part is formed on the valuables with magnetic ink, and the authenticity is determined by measuring the presence or absence of magnetism, magnetic strength, pattern, etc. in the printed part. However, if foreign matter that retains magnetism such as metal is mixed in the paper manufacturing stage described above, signals such as the presence / absence of magnetism, magnetic strength, pattern, etc. are affected by the magnetism of the foreign matter, resulting in an output result including noise. In the authenticity determination stage, there is a risk that the genuine article may be misidentified as a fake.

In view of the above, the present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and removes foreign matters mixed in raw materials, fillers or paper stock in the paper manufacturing process. In addition, the foreign matter removing unit of the present invention is an in-line type magnet.

The papermaking chest provided with the feeding part having the foreign matter removing function of the present invention makes it possible to remove fine foreign matters that react with magnetism from the raw material, the filler or the paper stock. In addition, paper quality abnormalities (the number of quality defects and the number of rolls exchanged) decreased, and the loss rate could be reduced.

Signals such as the presence / absence of magnetism, magnetic strength, pattern, etc. of the printed part printed with magnetic ink on the obtained paper are not affected by foreign matter magnetism. In 11, paper is obtained by dehydrating in the wire part or pressing part and drying in the dryer part.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of the papermaking chest 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the papermaking chest 1 capable of removing foreign matter according to the present invention has at least a storage tank portion 2, a stirring portion 3, a flow feeding portion 4, and a foreign matter removing portion 5. The feeding section 4 has a first feeding section 4a for supplying the raw material, filler or paper stock to the papermaking chest 1, and a second flow for discharging the raw material, filler or paper stock to the next process. It has a feeding section 4b and a third feeding section 4c for circulating the raw material, filler or paper stock in the papermaking chest.

The storage tank unit 2 stores the raw material, the base material, or the paper material in the process of sending it to the paper making process. Although the shape of the storage tank part 2 is not specifically limited, In order to make uniform the density | concentration of the raw material which is easy to settle in the stirring part mentioned later, a filler, or a paper material, a cylindrical shape is preferable. The storage tank section 2 has a first flow section 4a to which raw material, filler or paper is sent from the previous process, a second flow section 4b which supplies raw material, filler or paper to the next process, A third inflow section 4c for circulating the raw material, the filler or the paper is connected. In addition, when the raw material, the filler, or the paper is fed, the agitation part is connected in order to make the concentration constant.

The stirring unit 3 makes the concentration of the raw material, the filler or the paper stock stored in the storage tank unit 2 uniform. The stirring portion is not particularly limited, such as a paddle type, a propeller type, and a circulating type.

The 3rd flow part 4c circulates the raw material, the raw material, or the paper stock stored in the storage tank part 2. FIG. The 3rd flow part 4c circulates a raw material, a filler, or a paper material by general piping. The 3rd inflow part 4c is piping connected to storage tank part 2, and the exit of piping is piping connected to the same chest as an entrance. By carrying out the flow, the raw material, the filler or the paper can be stirred. In addition, by operating the third feeding part 4c and the stirring part 3 at the same time, it is possible to efficiently obtain a sufficient stirring effect for the raw material, the filler or the paper material that is likely to settle.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a detailed configuration of the foreign matter removing unit 5. The foreign matter removing unit 5 includes at least a case 6 and a magnet 8, and the magnet 8 is disposed in the case 6. Further, the case 6 is hollow and penetrates through both ends so that the raw material, the filler or the paper can be fed, and can be connected to the pipe. Further, the magnet can be removed from the case 6 in order to remove the adhered foreign matter. The magnet is not particularly limited, such as an electromagnetic type, a permanent magnet type, and a permanent electromagnetic type. That is, the foreign matter removing unit 5 is preferably an inline magnet. By making the foreign substance removal part 5 into an in-line type magnet, it can be attached to a part of piping and can be installed even in a narrow space.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of an installation location of the foreign matter removing section 5 of the papermaking chest of the present invention. The foreign substance removing unit 5 is installed in the flow feeding unit 4. As shown in FIG. 2, it can be attached to the first flow part 4a, the second flow part 4b, or the third flow part 4c. The installation place of the foreign substance removing unit 5 can be attached to a pipe that feeds or circulates the raw material, the filler, or the paper material from the paper manufacturing chest to the paper manufacturing chest.

A magnetic force (about 10,000 G) is required to prevent foreign matter adhering to the magnet from flowing out during the feeding of the stock, the filler or the stock.

The flow of the foreign material removal at the time of passing through the papermaking chest 1 provided with the feeding part having the foreign material removal function of the present invention is shown.
