Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a range cooking package capable of steam cooking by high-frequency heating in a microwave oven while food is placed in a paper box, and a heating method thereof.
Foods such as Chinese buns and shumai can be purchased at stores and taken home in paper boxes. However, if the microwave oven is heated after taking it home, the water will evaporate and become papasa, and the plump taste that is characteristic of Chinese buns and Shumai will be lost.
There is a need for a method of cooking foods with low water content, such as Chinese buns and Shumai, in a microwave oven, rather than foods with high water content.
If you put frozen shumai or meat buns in a microwave oven, the water inside will be evaporated and the skin will become hard, so you can put it in a simple plastic steamer and heat it. However, a separate simple steamer must be prepared.
On the other hand,
However, water-containing paper is difficult to store for a long time. For example, if there is a lot of water, bacteria are likely to propagate. Since the water evaporates even if it is frozen, there is a possibility that it may not occur for long-term storage, the moisture content of the water-containing paper is reduced, and there may be a case where the moisture during cooking is insufficient. In addition, there is a problem that the surface may be melted when moisture partially contacts the food due to temperature change. Furthermore, in such cooking, a large amount of water vapor leaks from the gaps in the box, so that it cannot be uniformly steamed, and there is a risk that the cooking may be a mixture of hard and soft places.
Therefore, it is a packaging body that can be steamed and cooked in a microwave oven as it is, and it can be stored for a long time without breeding bacteria, and it can be uniformly steamed without touching the contents. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging body capable of doing things.
The present invention is a package for steam cooking with a microwave oven,
It has a polygonal column shaped paper box consisting of a top plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates,
When heated above a certain level, the internal pressure rises, and a humidifying pouch capable of discharging water vapor from the attached steam discharge part is stored inside,
Each of the side plates of the paper box has two folding side plates and a bottom plate that are connected to each other without a gap, and has a folded portion that is folded between the side plate and the adjacent side plate. Packaging.
The package for cooking the range of the present invention can be cooked by simply putting it in a microwave oven and heating it in a paper box, and even after long-term storage, the growth of bacteria is suppressed and uniform. Steaming cooking is possible.
Hereinafter, the embodiment example of the packaging body for range cooking of this invention is demonstrated in detail using figures.
FIG. 1 is an example of a range cooking package according to the present invention, and is a perspective view in which a humidifying pouch capable of discharging water vapor is inserted into a rectangular column shaped paper box.

The mount used for the paper box varies depending on the weight of the contents, but usually, oil-resistant paper or paper with a Herville coating varnish is used, and the basis weight, which is the thickness of the paper, is 270 g / m 2 to 350 g / m. 2 can be used. Further, the density of the paper is set in the range of 0.6 to 1.1 g / cm 3 .
Alternatively, a coated cardboard or cardboard having the above-mentioned basis weight and paper density may be used, and a mount on which the inner surface or both the inner surface and the outer surface are coated with polyethylene may be used.

The vapor release part 41 of the humidifying pouch is a fine hole that does not penetrate the base film of the film constituting the humidifying pouch and is opened using a laser beam. When the pressure reaches a certain level, It is the vapor | steam discharge | release part 41 which the weakest micropore opened and discharge | released water vapor | steam. The size and the number of holes for opening the fine holes are adjusted as appropriate according to the time required for humidifying the steamed contents, the amount of water in the humidifying pouch, and the like.
If the size of the

FIG. 5 is an example of the
As another example of the vapor discharge part 41 of the pouch, there is a part in which the seal part as shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 5C protrudes inward from the peripheral fusion part, and this is caused by the internal pressure. As shown in Fig. 5-2, there is a hole that peels off before the surroundings and opens, and the surrounding fusion part peels off first with internal pressure, as shown in Fig. 5-4, A film having a fusion strength lower than that of the outer
However, there are no notches or holes in either the front film or the back film on the outside of the part protruding inward in FIGS. 5-1 and 5-3 and the hole part in FIG. 5-2. It is preferable that water vapor be ejected only on the front film side or only on the back film side.
5-1 and 5-3 are pouches made of a three-way seal, and since the lower side is bent, there is no seal portion. FIGS. 5-2 and 5-4 are four-way seals. This is an example of a pouch made of

As described above, the cooker for microwave oven cooking according to the present invention can be cooked uniformly by simply heating the microwave oven with the bottom plate side up while keeping the paper box.
Further, even after the microwave oven cooking package has been stored for a long time, the propagation of bacteria can be suppressed and uniform steaming can be performed.
Moreover, using a paper box with a wortite mount and side plates connected at the folded part, inserting a humidifying pouch, and heating the microwave oven with the top plate side down, uniform and good steaming Because you can cook, you can cook quickly and effortlessly when you want to eat.
In addition, since the hot humidification pouch and contents immediately after heating are contained in a paper box, there is a great merit that it can be taken out from a microwave oven without being burned.
