Description
Claims (15)
- 尿に晒されると変化した電気特性を呈示するように構成される尿検知回路と、
膀胱充満レベルにより変化する少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するために着用者の前記膀胱の測定を実行するように構成される測定回路と、
前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されているかどうかを判定し、前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されていることを判定することに応じて、前記測定回路により判定された前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを表すデータを記録するように構成される処理回路とを備える失禁を監視するシステム。 - 前記処理回路は、前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて前記膀胱充満レベルを推定するように更に構成される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、前記記録されたデータで表される前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて膀胱充満閾値を判定するように更に構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、前記記録されたデータで表される前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータと以前に判定された膀胱充満閾値とに基づいて膀胱充満閾値を判定するように更に構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- センサを備え、
該センサが、該センサの向き又は動きを判定するように構成され、
前記処理回路が、前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されていることを判定することに応じて、前記センサにより判定された向き及び/又は動きに基づいて前記着用者の推定された動き及び/又は姿勢を表すデータを記録するように更に構成されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記処理回路は前記記録されたデータで表される前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータと前記推定された動き及び/又は姿勢とに基づいて膀胱充満閾値を判定するように更に構成される請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定回路は、前記膀胱充満レベルにより変化する前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを繰り返し判定するように構成され、
前記処理回路は、前記繰り返し判定されたパラメータと1つ以上の膀胱充満閾値を比較するように更に構成され、
各該閾値が前記センサにより判定される向き又は動きに関連付けられている請求項5又は請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記処理回路は、前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに基づいて膀胱充満レベルを示す信号を提供するように構成される請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- マイクロホン、温度センサ、皮膚接触センサ、加速度計又は高度計の少なくとも1つ又はそれらの組み合わせを更に備える請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記測定回路及び前記処理回路が直流的に接続される請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路及び前記尿検知回路が直流的に分離される請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記測定回路が前記膀胱のインピーダンスを測定する及び/又は前記膀胱の寸法の超音波測定を実行するように構成される請求項1から請求項11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記尿検知回路が、前記尿検知回路からの信号の送信に電力を供給するために尿に晒されると電流を生成するように構成される部分を有し、
前記処理回路が、前記尿検知回路からの前記信号を受信することに応じて、前記データを記録するように構成される請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載のシステム。 - 前記処理回路は前記尿検知回路が尿に晒されていることを判定することに応じて、時間データを記録するように更に構成される請求項1から請求項13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記処理回路は、排尿事象を検出することに続いて、前記排尿事象の前記検出に応じて記録された前記データで表される前記少なくとも1つのパラメータと、前記排尿事象の前記検出後の時点に前記測定回路により判定されたパラメータとの間の比較を実行するように更に構成される請求項1から請求項14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
