Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 第1の時刻における被検体の複数の解剖学的特徴を含む所定領域を表す第1の画像データと、前記第1の時刻とは異なる第2の時刻における前記所定領域を表す第2の画像データとを用いてレジストレーションを実行し、レジストレーションデータを取得するレジストレーションユニットと、
前記レジストレーションデータを用いて、前記所定領域の複数の位置における組織の変動方向を示す変動方向データを算出し、前記変動方向データに基づいて、前記複数の解剖学的特徴間の境界を識別する境界識別処理を実行する境界識別ユニットと、
を具備することを特徴とする医用画像処理装置。 - 前記複数の解剖学的特徴は、肺葉の少なくとも一部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記複数の解剖学的特徴は、肺の少なくとも一部と胸壁の少なくとも一部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記複数の解剖学的特徴は、腱、筋肉、軟骨、及び骨のうちの少なくともいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の画像データは、前記被検体の吸息状態及び呼息状態のうち一方において取得され、前記第2の画像データは、前記被検体の吸息状態及び呼息状態のうち他方において取得されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記境界識別ユニットは、前記レジストレーションデータに基づいて前記複数の解剖学的特徴の変動が不連続になる位置を判定し、前記不連続と判定された位置に基づいて、前記境界識別処理を実行することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記境界識別ユニットは、前記レジストレーションデータに基づいて前記複数の解剖学的特徴が摺動する位置を判定し、前記摺動すると判定した位置を前記複数の解剖学的特徴の変動が不連続になる位置として判定することを特徴とする請求項6記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記境界識別ユニットは、ベクトル演算を用いてレジストレーションデータを取得することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記境界識別処理の結果に基づいて、前記複数の解剖学的特徴の少なくとも一つをセグメンテーションするセグメンテーションユニットをさらに具備する請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処置装置。
- 第1の時刻における被検体の複数の解剖学的特徴を含む所定領域を表す第1の画像データと、前記第1の時刻とは異なる第2の時刻における前記所定領域を表す第2の画像データとを用いてレジストレーションを実行し、レジストレーションデータを取得するレジストレーションユニットと、
前記レジストレーションデータを用いて、前記所定領域の複数の位置における組織の変動方向を示す変動方向データを算出し、前記変動方向データに基づいて、前記複数の解剖学的特徴間の境界を識別する境界識別処理を実行する境界識別ユニットと、
を具備することを特徴とする医用画像診断装置。 - コンピュータに、
第1の時刻における被検体の複数の解剖学的特徴を含む所定領域を表す第1の画像データと、前記第1の時刻とは異なる第2の時刻における前記所定領域を表す第2の画像データとを用いてレジストレーションを実行させレジストレーションデータを取得させるレジストレーション機能と、
前記レジストレーションデータを用いて、前記所定領域の複数の位置における組織の変動方向を示す変動方向データを算出させ、前記変動方向データに基づいて、前記複数の解剖学的特徴間の境界を識別する境界識別処理を実行させる境界識別機能と、
を実現させることを特徴とする医用画像処理プログラム。
