Description

The present invention has a configuration in which a protrusion protruding laterally is provided at one side end, and a concave groove is provided at the other side end so that the adjacent flooring and the side end can be unevenly fitted to each other. Concerning flooring.

In the conventional floor material of this type, in order to strengthen the fitting between both floor materials, it is customary to join the grooves and the ridges with an adhesive.

As a flooring material (method) that can apply the adhesive more easily, a belt-like adhesive filler formed by filling the storage membrane material with the adhesive is accommodated in the concave groove, and is projected when the concave and convex are fitted. There has been proposed one in which the storage membrane material is broken by the pressing of the strip and the adhesive in the membrane material exudes (see Patent Document 1).

However, since the thing of the said literature breaks a storage film | membrane material with the protruding item | line which protruded continuously, it is not necessarily broken constant so that it may tear along a longitudinal direction. Rather, it is more likely that one to several places of the storage membrane material will break and the adhesive will flow out from there. Naturally, if the adhesive flows out in such a manner, uniform application of the adhesive is not performed.

In addition, in the above document, it is also proposed to form perforations in the storage film material in advance in order to achieve uniform leaching of the adhesive. There is a risk that unexpected tears may occur before that, and it is never the best means.

The present invention has been proposed in view of such circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a flooring that can be applied uniformly to the joint surface when the flooring is joined using an adhesive. It is to provide.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the flooring of the present invention is provided with a protruding ridge projecting laterally at one side end and a recessed groove at the other side end, In the flooring that is configured so that the concave and convex portions can be fitted between the side end portions, the flooring material further includes a belt-like adhesive filling body formed by filling the storage film material with an adhesive. The pointed portion protruding in the direction is intermittently formed along the longitudinal direction of the ridge, and the adhesive filler can be accommodated in the concave groove along the longitudinal direction, and flooring When fitting the concaves and convexes between each other, a tear is formed in the storage film material of the adhesive-filled body stored in the concave groove by pressing the tip of the convex line of the adjacent floor material. Features.

According to the flooring of the present invention, since it has the above-described configuration, the adhesive is evenly distributed at the side edges of the flooring to which the adhesive is to be applied when the flooring is bonded with the adhesive. Can be made.

(A) is a cross-sectional perspective view in which a part of the flooring material is omitted, (b) is a cross-sectional perspective view in which a part of the side end portion side of the flooring material having the ridges is omitted, and (c) is a flooring material. (A) (b) is the fragmentary longitudinal cross-section which showed the flow of the coupling | bonding of flooring materials.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, one Embodiment of the flooring of this invention is described based on an accompanying drawing. First, the basic configuration of the flooring 1 will be described.

This flooring 1 has a ridge 13 protruding laterally at one side end, and a groove 15 at the other side end, so that the adjacent flooring 1 and the side end are adjacent to each other. It is a flooring material configured to be able to fit with unevenness. The flooring 1 further includes a strip-shaped adhesive filling body 16 formed by filling the storage film material 16b with the adhesive 16a. At the tip of the ridge 13, a pointed portion 14 that protrudes further to the side is formed intermittently along the longitudinal direction of the ridge 13.

The adhesive filler 16 can be accommodated in the concave groove 15 along its longitudinal direction. Then, when the concave and convex fitting between the flooring materials 1 and 1 is performed, the adhesive filling body accommodated in the concave groove 15 of the other flooring material 1 by pressing the pointed portion 14 of the ridge 13 of the one flooring material 1. A tear 17 is formed in the 16 storage film members 16b.

Next, the detailed configuration and shape of the flooring 1 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the flooring 1 is configured to include a flooring main body 10 and an adhesive filler 16.

The flooring main body 10 is made of a rectangular substrate in which a surface decorative material 12 such as a decorative sheet is laminated on the surface of a wooden substrate 11. As a raw material of the wooden substrate 11, various wooden materials such as plywood and fiberboard can be used.

On one side end in the width direction of the flooring main body 10, protruding ridges 13 projecting sideways are formed. This ridge 13 acts as a male part when the flooring 1 is joined to the adjacent flooring 1 on the floor foundation 2. Further, a concave groove 15 having a shape that can be fitted to the convex strip 13 is formed at the other side end. This concave groove 15 acts as a female real part. Such a male / female structure may be formed on the side end portion of the floor material body 10 in the longitudinal direction, but the illustration of the side end portion is omitted.

Further, as will be described later, when the flooring 1 is constructed on the floor base 2, the flooring 1 is fixed to the floor base 2 by nailing on the upper surface of the ridge 13. The flooring 1 to be installed next to the flooring 1 thus fixed is installed so that the female part is fitted to the male part of the existing flooring 1 (FIG. 2). reference).

On the upper and lower sides of the female real part (concave groove 15), an upper projecting strip 15a and a lower projecting strip 15b in which the concave groove 15 is formed are formed. The lower surface of the upper protrusion 15a is cut obliquely so that the thickness decreases toward the outside.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c), a plurality of pointed portions 14 are formed at the tips of the ridges 13 constituting the male part at predetermined intervals. The pointed portion 14 has a sharp ridge portion 14a along the direction in which the ridges 13 are formed. The ridge portion 14a forms a horizontally elongated tear (break 17) in the storage film material 16b of the adhesive filler 16 when the concave and convex portions are fitted.

In the flooring 1 of the present embodiment, the ridge part 14a of the pointed end 14 is a lower end at a position slightly below the center with respect to the thickness 12mm of the flooring main body 10 (reference numeral A in FIG. 1B). It is formed at a position of about 5 mm (reference numeral B in FIG. 1B) (see FIG. 1B). Further, the position of the ridge portion 14a is slightly lower than the center position of the thickness of the tip portion 14.

The pointed portions 14 are provided at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the ridges 13, and the pitch (reference numeral C in FIG. 1C) is about 50 mm in the example of this figure.

Further, an upper recess 13a is formed above the ridge 13 so as to be abutted against the upper protruding rim 15a without any gap when the concavo-convex fitting is performed, and below the ridge 13 is formed with a gap between the lower protruding ridge 15b when the ridge is fitted. A lower recess 13b is formed so as to face each other. In the upper recess 13a, a small groove 13ab that is further recessed inward in the width direction is formed. The space of this small groove 13ab is a meat escape space when nailing for fixing to the floor base 2, and is combined with the lower space of the upper protruding strip 15a cut obliquely on the female part side. Thus, it can also be a storage space S in which surplus adhesive 16a exuded from the adhesive filler 16 is stored when the flooring materials 1 are connected to each other (see FIG. 2B).

Further, a nail groove 13 c that facilitates driving a nail 3 for fixing the floor material body 10 to the floor base 2 is formed on the upper surface of the ridge 13 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the floor material 1.

On the other hand, the adhesive filling body 16 is obtained by filling a band bag-like storage film material 16b (thin film tube material) with the adhesive 16a, and has a cylindrical shape.

This adhesive filling body 16 is accommodated in the concave groove 15, and as a material arranged in the concave groove 15 in the longitudinal direction of the flooring body 10, it is sufficient to use one that matches the dimension of the longitudinal side, As what is arranged in the concave groove 15 in the width direction, what is matched with the width dimension may be used.

Instead of preparing two types matching the length of the concave groove 15, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. You may use the adhesive filler 16 which connected the filler 16c by the string-shaped connection part 16d. What is necessary is just to cut | disconnect and use such an adhesive filler 16 with the connection part 16d according to the length of the ditch | groove 15. FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), when the ridge portion 14a of the pointed portion 14 is along the concave groove 15, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), the storage film material 16b is a fiber material. It is desirable that the fiber direction be along the longitudinal direction of the storage film material 16b.

As the adhesive 16a filled in the storage film material 16b, a woodwork bond in which the main agent is vinyl acetate emulsion is preferably used, but a rubber adhesive or other various adhesives may be used.

Such an adhesive filling body 16 is used by being accommodated in the concave groove 15 of the flooring main body 10 when the flooring 1 is applied. The construction procedure will be described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. The floor material 1 on the right side in FIG. 2 is an existing one, and is fixed to the floor base 2 with nails at the male part.

For the flooring 1 to be installed next to the existing flooring 1 (the flooring 1 on the left side in FIG. 2), a flooring main body 10 and an adhesive filler 16 to be accommodated in the groove 15 are prepared and bonded. The agent filling body 16 is accommodated in the concave groove 15 (see FIG. 1A).

Next, the newly installed flooring 1 is moved on the floor base 2 so that the groove 15 of the flooring 1 is fitted with the ridges 13 of the existing flooring 1. When the flooring 1 is moved so as to be fitted, the pointed portion 14 (the ridge portion 14a) of the ridge 13 of the existing flooring 1 is pierced into the adhesive filler 16, and a tear ( A tear line 17) is formed (see FIG. 2 (a)).

The adhesive 16a oozes out from the tear. Since the pointed portion 14 is intermittently formed in the adhesive 16 a, the adhesive 16 a wraps around the space on both sides of the pointed portion 14 (see FIGS. 1B and 1C), and the pointed end portion 14 in the groove 15. 14 is filled. While the adhesive 16a fills the concave groove 15, the convex material 13 and the concave groove 15 are concavo-convexly fitted by pushing the flooring 1 further. At this time, since the ridge portion 14a of the tip portion 14 is provided slightly below, the ridge portion 14a operates to lift the adhesive filling body 16. Therefore, the adhesive 16 a that has come out from the tear reaches the pool space S formed by the combination of the floor materials 1 and 1.

As described above, the floor materials 1 and 1 that are adjacent to each other are joined on the floor base 2.

According to this floor material 1, since the storage film material 16b of the adhesive filler 16 is broken at the pointed end portion 14 by pressing when the floor materials 1 and 1 are joined to each other, it is timely at the time of joining. The adhesive 16a can be spread over the joint surfaces of both flooring materials 1. In particular, since the tip portions 14 are provided at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the ridges 13, the adhesive 16a is uniformly filled in the grooves 15. Therefore, the adhesive 16a is uniformly applied to the joining surfaces of the side end portions of the both flooring materials 1 and 1, and the flooring materials 1 and 1 are joined with a uniform adhesive force.

Moreover, since the fiber direction of the fiber forming the storage film material 16b matches the longitudinal direction of the storage film material 16, the storage film material 16b can be easily torn by the pointed portion 14 as in this example, The internal adhesive 16a can be almost surely exuded to the outside. Since the break line 17 is easily formed, a difference in formation time of the break line 17 does not easily occur for each pointed portion 14, and the uneven application can be eliminated.

Note that the storage film material 16b may not be formed of such a fiber material, and a tear 17 such as a round hole is formed by a tip 14 such as a nail or a needle provided at the tip of the ridge 13. It may be something like this. Further, it may be formed of a material that bursts by pressing after such a break 17 is formed.

Moreover, the ridge part 14a of the pointed part 14 may not be sharp. For example, if fine protrusions are intermittently formed on the ridge portion 14a, the perforations 17 such as perforations can be formed on the storage film material 16b.

In the above-described embodiment, the female real part (concave groove 15) of the flooring 1 to be installed next to the male real part (projection 13) of the existing flooring 1 fixed to the floor base 2 is fitted. Although the construction procedure to perform was shown, it is not limited to such a procedure. That is, the adhesive filling body 16 is accommodated in the concave groove 15 of the floor material 1 fixed to the floor base 2, and the convex strip 13 of the newly installed floor material 1 is fitted into the concave groove 15. It may be a procedure.
