Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a rising operation for a door body and enable deceleration when the rising operation is complete, without increasing a size of a weight.SOLUTION: A land-type floating body-type flap gate 11 has a door body 2 supported at a rear edge side and a tip side that rises and swings. A wire rope 3 has one end fitted to the rear edge part of the door body 2, and a weight 5 fitted on the other end. Stationary pulleys 4a, 4b are installed on the rear edge side of the door body 2 for guiding the wire rope 3, such that the weight 5 reaches the lowermost position midway while the door body 2 is rising or falling, for assisting rising or falling of the door body when rising or falling starts, at the same time functioning as a resistance against rising or falling before completion of rising or falling. For example, the stationary pulley 4a disposed directly above the weight 5 is made to have a radius that increases in size gradually, so that the radius differs between the door body side and the weight side.EFFECT: Assisting of a rising operation of a door body and deceleration before completion of rising become possible without using a large weight, thereby enhancing degree of freedom of design and reducing costs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

The present invention relates to a land-type floating flap gate installed in a wide opening such as a levee body top end face of a seawall, for example, as a countermeasure against storm surges and tsunamis.

For example, it is installed at the opening of a seawall, and when the water is increased, the door is raised by using the buoyancy of the water to flow in so that the increased water does not flow into the living space or underground space, and the opening is blocked. There is a floating flap gate (for example, Patent Document 1).

In the floating flap gate, as shown in FIG. 6, one end of a wire rope 3 is attached to the tip of a door body 2 that swings up and down with a shaft 1 as a fulcrum, and the wire rope 3 is guided through fixed pulleys 4a and 4b. The weight 5 is attached to the other end.

In the fixed pulleys 4a and 4b, when the door 2 is standing or lying down (see FIG. 6B), the weight 5 is at the lowest position, and when the standing starts or when the lodging is completed (FIG. 6A). (See Fig. 6 (c)) while standing up or before the start of lodging (see Fig. 6 (c)). To do.

When such a floating-type flap gate is installed on the top of the levee body of the seawall, the height required only in an emergency can be obtained, and the height of the levee can be lowered except in an emergency. The side view is improved and the landscape is not obstructed.

In the land-type floating flap gate installed on the top of the levee body, as shown in FIG. 7, one end of the wire rope 3 is attached to the rear end of the door body 2 standing and swinging with the shaft 1 as a fulcrum. The wire rope 3 is guided through fixed pulleys 4a and 4b installed at positions where the same action as described above is provided, and a weight 5 is attached to the other end.

However, in the land-type floating flap gate shown in FIG. 7, the distance between the shaft 1 and the rear end of the door body 2 is the tip of the shaft 1 and the door body 2 of the general floating flap gate shown in FIG. 6. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the weight of the weight 5 accordingly.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that, in the land type floating flap gate, the lifting stroke of the weight for assisting the standing motion of the door and decelerating when the standing is completed is shorter than that of a general floating flap gate. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the weight of the weight.

In order to solve the above problem, the present invention can solve the above problem by increasing the weight of the door body without increasing the weight of the weight even if it is a land-type floating flap gate whose weight stroke is shorter than a general floating flap gate. It was made for the purpose of being able to assist standing motion and decelerate when standing up.

The present invention
A land-type floating flap gate having a door body that rises and swings with the rear end side as a fulcrum,
While attaching a weight to the other end of the wire rope having one end attached to the rear end of the door body, the weight is at the lowest position while the door body is standing up or lying down, and standing or lying down at the start of standing or lodging On the other hand, a fixed pulley that guides the wire rope is installed on the rear end side of the door body so as to act as a standing or lodging resistance before completion of standing or lodging,
Of the fixed pulleys, at least the fixed pulley arranged immediately above the weight has a shape having a gradually increasing radius so that the radius is different between the door body side and the weight side.

In the above-mentioned present invention, the door body is in the middle of standing or lying down, and the weight is supported at the start of standing or falling to assist the standing or falling, and the followability to the water level is improved. Can act as a resistance to standing or lodging, and can mitigate the impact of standing or lodging.

In this case, in the present invention, among the fixed pulleys that guide the wire rope, at least the fixed pulley that is disposed immediately above the weight has a shape having a gradually expanding radius so that the radius is different between the door body side and the weight side.

Therefore, the winding length and the feeding length of the wire rope during the rotation of the fixed pulley can be changed to increase the weight lifting stroke, and without increasing the weight weight, Deceleration at the completion of standing up can be performed with the expected performance.

In the present invention, when the contact position between the fixed pulley and the wire rope having a gradually expanding radius slips, the winding length and the feeding length of the wire rope when the fixed pulley rotates may be insufficient. is there.

Therefore, it is desirable to fix the fixed pulley and the wire rope at a place other than the position where the wire rope is drawn out from the fixed pulley.

In the present invention, the lifting / lowering stroke of the weight is increased by changing the winding length and feeding length of the wire rope during rotation of the fixed pulley, thereby assisting in the standing motion of the door body and decelerating when the standing motion is completed. It can be done without increasing the weight.

Therefore, even with a land-type floating flap gate that has a short distance from the shaft that serves as the fulcrum of the stand-up swing and the rear end of the door body, it is possible to assist the stand-up operation of the door body without using a large weight and Deceleration can be performed, design flexibility is improved, and cost can be reduced.

It is a figure explaining the structure which assists the standing-up operation of the door body and decelerates when the standing-up is completed in the land-type floating flap gate of the present invention, (a) when the door body is lying down, (b) is the door body. (C) is when the door body has been completely raised. It is a figure explaining the principal part structure of the desirable aspect in the land-type floating body type flap gate of this invention. It is the figure which compared the effect in the land-type floating-type flap gate of this invention with the conventional land-type floating-type flap gate. It is a figure explaining the impact relaxation structure when a weight reaches | attains an upper limit position. It is a figure explaining the principal part structure of the other Example in the land-type floating body type flap gate of this invention. 2 is a view similar to FIG. 1 in a general floating-type flap gate disclosed in Patent Document 1. It is a figure similar to FIG. 1 in the conventional land-type floating-type flap gate installed in the dam body top end surface of a seawall.

According to the present invention, in the conventional land type floating flap gate, the weight lifting / lowering stroke that assists the standing motion of the door and decelerates when the standing is completed is shorter than that of a general floating flap gate. It solves the problem that needs to be increased.

The object is to make the fixed pulley arranged at least immediately above the weight of the fixed pulley that guides the wire rope into a shape having a radius that gradually increases so that the radius is different between the door body side and the weight side. It was realized.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining a configuration for assisting the standing motion of the door body and decelerating when the standing motion is completed in the land type floating flap gate of the present invention.

In FIG. 1, 11 is a land-type floating flap gate of the present invention installed on, for example, the levee body top end surface 12a of the tide embankment 12, and stands by seawater that has pushed over the tide embankment 12 when a storm surge or tsunami occurs. Thus, seawater is prevented from flowing into the land side from the seawall 12. In FIG. 1, the right side of the page is the sea side, and the left side of the page is the land side.

The land-type floating flap gate 11 is formed by connecting a plurality of door bodies 2 arranged in a row so that adjacent door bodies maintain a watertight state, and is provided on the rear end side located on the land side. With the shaft 1 as a fulcrum, the tip side located on the sea side is erected.

One end of a wire rope 3 is attached to, for example, two places on the rear end surface of each of the door bodies 2, and the other end of the wire rope 3 is installed on the land side of the rear end portion of the door body 2, for example, two pieces A weight 5 is attached via fixed pulleys 4a and 4b.

Of the two fixed pulleys 4a and 4b, the fixed pulley 4b is disposed immediately below the rear end surface of the door body 2, and the fixed pulley 4a is disposed immediately above the weight 5 and higher than the fixed pulley 4b. Thus, the weight 5 becomes the lowest point while the door 2 is standing or surrendering, and assists the standing or lodging at the start of standing or lodging, while acting as a resistance to standing or lodging before completion of the standing or lodging. I am doing so.

In the present invention, of the fixed pulleys 4a and 4b, for example, the radius of the fixed pulley 4a arranged immediately above the weight 5 is gradually increased from the door body side to the weight side, so that the weight side radius is larger than that of the door body side. The shape is large.

By adopting the above configuration, for example, when the door body 2 stands up, the feeding length or winding length L1 of the wire rope 3 on the weight side of the pulley 4a is set to the length of the wire rope 3 between the pulley 4b and the door body 2. It can be made larger than the change in L2, and the lifting stroke of the weight 5 can be increased.

For example, when the door body 2 stands up from the lying down state, the length L1 of the wire rope 3 on the weight side of the pulley 4a is set between the pulley 4b and the door body 2 until the weight 5 in the middle of standing up to the lower limit position. It becomes longer than the reduction | decrease of the length L2 of the wire rope 3 (refer Fig.1 (a) (b)).

Further, the winding length L1 of the wire rope 3 on the weight side of the pulley 4a is equal to that of the wire rope 3 between the pulley 4b and the door body 2 until the weight 5 changes from the descending limit position to the rising limit position (standup completion). It becomes longer than the increase in the length L2 (see FIGS. 1B and 1C).

Incidentally, if the radius on the door side of the fixed pulley 4a is r and the radius on the weight side is 3r, the lifting stroke of the weight 5 is three times that of a fixed pulley with a radius r and the land described in FIG. The weight of the weight of the floating type flap gate can be reduced to 1/3.

Therefore, in the present invention, it becomes possible to assist the standing motion of the door body 2 and to decelerate the standing motion without increasing the weight 5.

However, in the present invention, when the contact position between the fixed pulley 4a and the wire rope 3 slips during the raising / lowering operation of the door body 2, the winding length and the feeding length of the wire rope 3 when the fixed pulley 4a rotates are insufficient. Thus, there may occur a case where the auxiliary performance of the standing motion of the door body 2 and the deceleration performance at the completion of the standing up cannot exhibit the expected performance.

Therefore, it is desirable to fix the fixed pulley 4a and the wire rope 3 at a place other than the position where the wire rope 3 is fed out from the fixed pulley 4a as shown in FIG. As means for fixing the wire rope 3 and the fixed pulley 4a, for example, a wire clip or a pressing plate may be employed. Note that reference numeral 13 in FIG. 2 denotes a fixing bracket for fixing the wire rope 3 to the fixed pulley 4a.

In this manner, when the door body 2 shown in FIG. 1 (a) stands up from the lying down state, the fixed pulley 4a rotates counterclockwise until the weight 5 reaches the lower limit position during the standing up. The state shown in FIG. Further, until the weight 5 changes from the descending limit position to the ascending limit position (standup completion), the fixed pulley 4a rotates clockwise and returns to the original state (normal state) shown in FIG. .

When the door body 2 is in a lying state, the land-type floating flap gate 11 of the present invention having the above configuration does not include the components of the land-type floating flap gate 11 above the door body 2. There is no hindrance.

On the other hand, when the storm surge or tsunami occurs and the seawater that has rushed is about to flow over the seawall 12 to the land side, the rushing seawater acts on the door body 2 so that the door body 2 has buoyancy. Occurs. At that time, the weight 5 gives the auxiliary force in the standing direction to the door body 2, so that the door body 2 starts to stand up without power and without human operation.

As the water level increases, the door body 2 rises. However, after the weight 5 reaches the lowest position while the door body 2 is standing, the weight 5 rises. The rising speed of the body 2 is decelerated, and the impact when the standing is completed is reduced.

If the water level is lowered due to storm surges or tsunamis, the weight 5 descends and the door 2 is pulled down in the falling direction to fall down following the lowering of the water level, but the weight 5 is at the lowest point position. After that, the weight 5 rises and becomes resistance, decelerates the yield speed of the door body 2, and alleviates the impact when the yield is completed.

When the distance between the shaft 1 described in FIG. 7 and the rear end of the door body 2 is short when the door body 2 is raised and lowered, the lifting stroke of the weight 5 is small. Therefore, as shown in FIG. It was necessary to set the weight to 5.

On the other hand, when the weight 5 having the same weight as that of the general floating flap gate described in FIG. 6 is employed, the distance between the shaft 1 and the rear end of the door body 2 as shown in FIG. Is longer than the land-type floating flap gate described in FIG.

In contrast, the land-type floating flap gate 11 of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is described with reference to FIG. 6 even when the distance between the shaft 1 and the rear end of the door 2 described with reference to FIG. 7 is short. The weight 5 having the same weight as the general floating-type flap gate can be employed (see FIG. 3C).

Moreover, in the land type floating flap gate 11 of the present invention having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper limit of the movable range of the weight 5 is set in order to reduce the impact load when the weight 5 reaches the upper limit position. For example, an elastic member such as a spring 14 may be disposed.

In this case, when the lifting stroke of the weight 5 is short, the design of the elastic member such as a spring is restricted and the design becomes difficult. However, in the present invention, the lifting stroke of the weight 5 becomes long, so The degree of freedom is improved.

The present invention is not limited to the above examples, and it goes without saying that the embodiments may be changed as appropriate within the scope of the technical idea described in each claim.

For example, in the above embodiment, the radius of the fixed pulley 4a disposed immediately above the weight 5 is gradually enlarged from the door body side to the weight side so that the weight side radius becomes larger than the door body side. However, the fixed pulley 4b on the rear end side of the door body 2 may have the same shape. Moreover, it is good also considering the both fixed pulleys 4a and 4b as the same shape.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, instead of gradually increasing the radius of the fixed pulley 4a from the door body side to the weight side so that the weight side radius becomes larger than the door body side. Alternatively, two fixed pulleys 4aa and 4ab having different radii may be arranged coaxially. In this case, the end of the wire rope 3a on the door body side is fixed to the small-diameter fixed pulley 4ab, and the end of the wire rope 3b is fixed to the end of the large-diameter fixed pulley 4aa. 5, reference numeral 15 denotes a fixing bracket for fixing the end portion of the wire rope 3a on the door body side to the small-diameter fixed pulley 4ab, and reference numeral 16 denotes an end portion of the weight-side wire rope 3b to the large-diameter fixed pulley 4aa. The fixing bracket is shown.
