Description

The present invention relates to a tamper-evident packaging container in which a stored product is removed during transfer and display and is not replaced, and if this happens, it can be immediately identified.

In the field of pharmaceuticals and food packaging, there are many cases where products are transported, removed during exhibition, and replaced. In particular, replacement of pharmaceuticals is a big problem overseas. In order to prevent unauthorized opening of the packaging container for pharmaceutical products, a sealing tape is applied so as to cover the opened portion so that the pharmaceutical product cannot be taken out unless the sealing tape is broken, and the sealing tape is broken or A device is devised so that it can be determined that the packaging container has been opened if it is peeled off. However, this method has a problem that the process for applying the sealing tape increases and the cost of the sealing tape material is further increased, which increases the cost. Also, it takes time for the user to peel off the sealing tape, especially in the case of elderly people. There is a problem that said there is. Since the number of elderly people is increasing, the harmful effects of sealing tapes have become a major problem especially in pharmaceutical packaging containers. In addition, there is a problem that it cannot be opened quickly in the event of an emergency and hinders emergency operations. In addition, after the sealing tape is peeled off and opened, the sealing tape can be applied again to disguise the unopened state, so that there is a problem that the trace of opening cannot be clearly left, and unauthorized opening cannot be easily found.
In order to solve these problems, a technique has been proposed in which a zipper is provided and a part of the packaging container is cut off at the time of opening (Patent Document 1). However, the extra action of breaking the zipper at the time of opening is necessary, causing a delay in response in an emergency, and the opening operation of breaking the zipper is greatly different from the opening operation of a normal packaging container, and it takes time to misunderstand In addition to the individual packaging box itself, there is a problem that a large waste generated by the zipper is generated and the disposal is troublesome. In particular, according to a questionnaire survey to pharmacists, there is a problem that zippers are extremely unpopular in that this waste increases and disposal is cumbersome, and there are many requests that they stop using it.

特開2005−96857号  JP 2005-96857 A

There is no need to increase the cost for attaching sealing tape, etc., and there is no need to remove the sealing tape, and it can be opened easily by the elderly. The present invention provides a packaging container that is simple and has no room for misunderstanding, is not troublesome to dispose of waste, and has a clear trace of unsealing so that it cannot be missed.
The packaging container of the present invention is a container that stores a product such as a medicine and has a buffering action to protect the product. A packaging container formed by folding a single blank plate is preferred. The packaging container includes a front plate, left and right side plates, a back plate, a lower plate and an upper plate, and there is a cutting plate connected to any of the front plate, the left and right side plates, or the upper plate, and the first predetermined fracture is at the connected portion. This is a packaging container in which a line is formed, and the first planned break line is broken at the time of opening, and the cutting plate is connected to the front plate, the left and right side plates, or the top plate. A paperboard or the like is punched into a shape of a predetermined developed view, a crease ruled line is formed, each part is folded at the crease portion, and if necessary, bonded with an adhesive. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the shape of a packaging container, The system which covers with a lid | cover after assembling a three-dimensional packaging container and inserting a goods into an inside by pushing and expanding an inner lower surface board from the folded state is preferable.
There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the material of a packaging container, A paperboard and a cardboard can be used, and a paperboard is more preferable. As the paperboard, a non-coated ball, a coated ball, a manila ball, a yellow paperboard, and a colored paperboard can be used, but the non-coated ball and the coated ball are more preferable, and the coated ball has the highest strength and is excellent in printability. preferable. The thickness of the paper is preferably 150 to 750 g / m 2, more preferably 200 to 700 g / m 2, and most preferably 230 to 680 g / m 2 in basis weight. If the thickness of the paper is thin, the strength is insufficient and the stored product cannot be sufficiently protected by a buffering action, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the thickness is too large, it becomes difficult to process the packaging container.

The sealing method is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a method of inserting the insertion piece into the guide slit. Since the insertion piece has cutting grooves on the left and right sides and the maximum width of the insertion piece is larger than the maximum width of the guide slit, a structure in which the inserted insertion piece is not easily removed and is surely sealed is preferable. The width of the insertion piece in the cut groove portion is smaller than the maximum width of the insertion piece, the difference is preferably 2 to 10 mm, more preferably 3 to 8 mm, and most preferably 4 to 7 mm. If this difference is small, it is not preferable because the insertion piece easily comes out of the guide slit, and if it is too large, the strength of the insertion piece is insufficient. The insertion piece is connected to the cutting plate and connected to any of the front plate, the top plate, and the left and right side plates via the cutting plate. When the cutting plate connected to the insertion piece is connected to the front plate or the left and right side plates, the guide slit is formed on the upper surface plate, and when the cutting plate connected to the insertion piece is connected to the upper surface plate, A guide slit is formed on either the front plate or the left and right side plates. It is more preferable that the insertion piece is connected to the front plate or the top plate via a cutting plate because there is no unnaturalness in the opening operation from the viewpoint of ergonomics. Further, it is most preferable that the front plate is connected to the front plate through a cutting plate because the same viewpoint and the strength of the sealing are increased. The most preferable form is a packaging container in which the insertion piece is connected to the front plate via a cutting plate, the guide slit is formed on the upper surface plate, and the insertion piece is inserted into the guide slit and sealed. The packaging container in which the insertion piece is connected to the front plate via the cutting plate and the guide slit is provided on the upper surface plate is located parallel to the upper surface plate, so that the upper surface plate is inserted with the insertion piece inserted. It is difficult to lift, and it is preferable because it can prevent an illegal act of lifting the top plate and taking out a product stored in the gap during transportation or display. The cutting plate is cut from a part of any of the front plate, the top plate, and the left and right side plates using a predetermined breaking line or notch, and at least one portion is the planned breaking line at the front plate, the top plate, and the left and right side plates It is preferable to be connected to any of the above.

The planned break line indicates a hole in which penetration or near penetration is formed and non-penetration portions are alternately arranged. There is no limitation on the mechanism for breaking the planned break line, but it is preferable to use a zipper, a perforation for break, and a lead rule. The first planned break line is a portion that is broken from the front plate, the top plate, or the left and right side plates to which the cutting plate is connected by the opening operation. You may provide in all the circumference | surroundings of a cutting plate, and you may provide in a part of cutting plate.

The tamper-evident prevention packaging container refers to a packaging container having a tamper-proof tampering mechanism in which a clear opening trace remains once the packaging container is opened, and it is easily understood that the packaging has been opened. After opening the packaging container by providing a tamper-evident fraud mechanism, to prevent the fraudulent act of returning the inserted piece, cutting plate, etc. changed by the opening operation to the state before opening, as if it were unopened Can do. As a result, the opened packaging container may appear unopened at first glance. When the cutting plate is touched, it can be seen that the cutting plate has been opened because it has been cut from the front plate or the like to which the cutting plate is connected, but it may be indistinguishable from unopening only by looking. The unauthorized opening prevention packaging container of the present invention is a packaging container that can be easily understood without touching the packaging container. As a result, it is possible to prevent the contents from being extracted and replaced.
The tamper-evident prevention mechanism used in the present invention is a second planned break line and a displacement detection image. These unauthorized opening prevention mechanisms may be used in combination, or only one of them may be used.
The second planned break line is a mechanism that is simultaneously broken when the first planned break line is broken by the opening operation. A part of the cut plate is destroyed and removed by simultaneous breakage of the first planned break line and the second planned break line, or the cut plate is returned to the same state as before opening after opening by breaking and deforming. Since it becomes impossible, the trace of opening can be left clearly. The same mechanism as that of the first planned break line can be used for the second planned break line. The second planned break line is provided in the vicinity of the first planned break line. Providing in the vicinity means that the second predetermined break line is at a position where the first predetermined break line is broken at the same time by the operation of breaking the first planned break line.

In order to ensure that the first planned break line and the second planned break line are simultaneously broken at the time of opening, it is preferable that an opening is provided adjacent to the first planned break line so that a finger can enter at the time of opening. By providing an opening, not only the opening operation is facilitated, but also a large force is applied to both planned breaking lines, so that part of the cutting plate is more easily removed and deformed, which is preferable. Although there is no restriction | limiting in the shape of an opening part, the magnitude | size shape which an adult's finger can enter is required. A part of the front plate, the left and right side plates, or the top plate where the cutting plate is connected in contact with the first planned breaking line is punched and removed to form an opening. The height of the opening is preferably 3 to 20 mm, more preferably 5 to 15 mm, and even more preferably 7 to 12 mm. If the height is too small, the fingers do not enter, and if it is too large, the strength of the packaging container is lowered and it is easy to break. The width of the opening is preferably 10 to 40 mm, more preferably 12 to 30 mm, and still more preferably 15 to 25 mm. If the width is too small, the fingers do not enter, and if it is too large, the strength of the packaging container is lowered and it is easy to break. The shape is preferably a part of an arc from the viewpoint of easy finger insertion and strength of the packaging container. Further, when the second planned break line is used, a part of the cut plate is removed by breakage. However, since the area of the break removal part is small, it is preferable because the disposal of the waste is easy.

The image for detecting misalignment, which is one of the tamper-evident prevention mechanisms of the present invention, continuously straddles the boundary between the cutting plate and the front plate, the top plate, or the left and right side plates connected to the cutting plate. It is an image to be formed. Before punching and folding the paperboard or the like into the shape of the developed view, it is preferable to print the misalignment detection image on the paperboard or the like, but it can also be printed after the packaging container is formed. As the printing method, any of ordinary image forming methods such as offset printing, gravure printing, letterpress printing, screen printing, ink jet printing, laser printing, electrophotographic method, stamping method, and transfer method can be preferably used.
The misalignment detection image is used when a fraudulent act is performed in which the cut plate that has been broken when the packaging container is opened is pushed into the front plate, etc. that was connected prior to opening, returned to the state before opening, and pretending to be unopened. It is a tamper-evident prevention mechanism for easily seeing off the fraud. When the cutting plate cut by opening is pushed into the connected front plate, etc., the fracture surface is rough and the original state is not restored. Shifts in the positional relationship. When the relative positional deviation is small, it is not easy to notice that there is this deviation just by looking. By using the image for detecting displacement, it is possible to easily determine the presence or absence of this minute displacement, so that products such as medicines stored in packaging containers can be replaced during transportation, storage, or display, or It can be prevented from being taken out.

The image for detecting misalignment has a detailed structure, and a part of the image is shifted in the horizontal and vertical directions, or when part of the image is lost, the change of the image can be easily discriminated. It is an image. When a line is used for the deviation detection image, a straight line, an arc, an elliptical arc, a parabola, a curve, or the like can be used, and various types such as a continuous line, a broken line, a chain line, or a dotted line can be used. The size of the image is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1.5 to 0.5 times the size of the cutting plate. If it is too small, it is difficult to identify with the naked eye, and if it is too large, the description area of the display content of the packaging container becomes small, which is not preferable. The detailed structure indicates that there are 5 to 20 image changes within 10 mm. The image change is more preferably 7-18, and most preferably 8-15. If the image change is too small, it is difficult to distinguish the relative position change. If the image change is too large, the image becomes fine and it is difficult to identify the structure with the naked eye. The image change refers to color, brightness, shape change, pattern enlargement / reduction, deformation, and the like. An image having a periodic pattern in which the same image is repeated is more preferable. The periodicity indicates that the image change is a repetition of the same image change.
As the displacement detection image, an image having a barcode (JAN, CODE39, CODE128, NW-7, ITF), QR code, tally, and periodic pattern is preferable. Bar codes (JAN, CODE39, CODE128, NW-7, ITF) and QR codes are more preferable. If these bar codes and QR codes are used, it is possible not only to visually check but also to determine the presence or absence of opening using a code reader. If a code reader is used, it is preferable because it is possible to easily check whether or not many packaging containers have been opened.

The structure of each part of the packaging container 1 which is one embodiment of the tamper-evident prevention packaging container of the present invention will be described with reference to the development view of FIG. FIG. 3 shows the front side of the packaging container 1, that is, the surface that becomes the outside when the packaging container 1 is assembled. The cutting plate 8 is connected to the front plate 2, and zippers 32 a and 32 b are provided as a first planned break line at a part of the connecting portion. The insertion piece 7 is connected to the cutting plate 8 via the fold line f. The lower surface flaps 11a and 11b and the lower surface plates 12a and 12b are folded through the creases c, d, i and m, and then the right side plate 3, the front plate 2 and the left side plate 5 through the folds a, g, j and n. The back plate 4 and the glue margin side piece 14 are folded, and glue is applied to the glue margin side piece 14 and bonded to the back side of the right end of the right side plate 3. At the same time, the paste is applied to the surfaces of the adhesive margin bottom pieces 13a and 13b and bonded to the surfaces of the lower surface flaps 11a and 11b, respectively. The bottom plate 12a, 12b is pushed down to form a three-dimensional box, and after storing the product, the top flaps 10a, 10b are folded through the folds b, h. The upper surface plate 6 is folded through the fold k, the upper surface plate insertion plate 9 is further folded through the folds p and q, and the upper surface plate insertion plate 9 is inserted inside the front plate 2. The insertion piece 7 is folded through the fold line f, and the insertion piece 7 is inserted into the guide slit 21. The plug-in piece 7 is positioned parallel to the upper surface plate 6 after sealing. The opening 31 is a place where a finger is caught when opening.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the packaging container 1 created in this way after sealing and before opening. When opening the packaging container 1 of the present invention, the upper surface plate 6 can be lifted and opened by pushing a finger into the opening 31 and pushing up the upper surface plate insertion plate 9. Alternatively, the opening 31 can be opened by placing a finger on the opening 31 and pulling up the cutting plate 8 and pulling the cutting plate 8 upward. In any opening method, the first predetermined breaking lines 32a and 32b are broken at the time of opening, and the cut plate 8 is separated from the front plate 2. A breaking perforation is provided on the cutting plate 8 as a second planned breaking line 41 which is an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism of the present invention. Since the second planned break line 41 breaks simultaneously with the first planned break lines 32a and 32b at the time of opening and a part of the cutting plate is removed or deformed, the trace of opening becomes clear and unauthorized opening can be prevented. The perspective view after opening of the packaging container 1 of this invention was shown in FIG.

FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 show misalignment detection images 42a and 42b which are the tampering prevention mechanism of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the image for detecting misalignment spans the front plate 2 and the cutting plate 8 before opening, and there is a series or the same image. Since the face plate 2 is separated, the image is also separated. After opening, the cutting plate 8 is returned to the state before opening, that is, it is pushed into the front plate 2 so that it looks like the state before opening, but since the cut surface is rough and rough, The relative position of the face plate 2 is shifted. If this relative position shift is small, it is difficult to find the shift by appearance alone, but if there is a misalignment detection image, it can be recognized as an image shift or distortion and easily find the relative position shift at a glance. You can see that it has been opened. In addition, it is also preferable that the image for detecting displacement is formed so as to straddle the first planned break lines 32a and 32b.

In one form of the packaging container of the present invention, the insertion piece 7 is sealed by being inserted into the guide slit 21. The maximum lateral width L3 of the insertion piece 7 is larger than the maximum lateral width L4 of the guide slit 21, and there are cut grooves 33a and 33b at the joint portion of the insertion side 7 with the cutting plate 8, and the edges of the cut grooves 33a and 33b are formed. Since it is caught at the end of the guide slit 21, the insertion piece 7 cannot be pulled out from the guide slit 21 after insertion, and if it is forcibly removed, the first predetermined break lines 32a and 32b break, and the tampering is not achieved. Traces remain clearly.
When the cutting plate 8 is connected to the front plate 2, when inserting and sealing the product into the packaging container 1, the top plate 6 is lowered and the lid is closed, and then the insertion piece 7 is inserted. Further, since it is easy to adjust the magnitude of the force applied to the insertion piece 7 at the time of insertion, it is possible to prevent the generation of defective products during production. In addition, even if the product stored in the packaging container 1 is pulled out and replaced from the gap formed by pushing up the top plate 6, the insertion piece 7 is positioned parallel to the top plate 6, so that the product cannot be pushed up. Unauthorized replacement and removal can be prevented. For this reason, it is more preferable that the cutting plate 8 is connected to the front plate 2 than the case where the cutting plate 8 is connected to the upper surface plate 6 because the effect of preventing unauthorized removal and replacement of the stored contents is preferable. .

The maximum lateral width of the insertion piece 7 indicates the longest width value among the lengths of the insertion piece 7 in the direction parallel to the crease f. The maximum horizontal width of the guide slit 21 is the length in the direction parallel to the folds p and q and indicates the value of the maximum length portion inside the guide slit 21. The difference L3-L4 between the maximum lateral width L3 of the insertion piece and the maximum lateral width L4 of the guide slit is preferably 0.5 mm to 5 mm, more preferably 1 to 4 mm, and most preferably 1.5 to 3 mm. When the value of L3-L4 is small, the insertion piece 7 is easily removed from the guide slit 21 and cannot be sealed, or the sealing strength is insufficient, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the value of L3-L4 is too large, the insertion piece 7 cannot be inserted into the guide slit 21, or the guide slit 21 or the insertion piece 7 is damaged at the time of insertion.
The vertical width L1 of the insertion piece 7 is preferably 3 to 20 mm, more preferably 4 to 15 mm, and most preferably 6 to 11 mm. The vertical width L1 of the insertion piece 7 is the length of a side perpendicular to the side of the length of L3 in a rectangle whose one side is L3 and whose area is the same as the area of the insertion piece 7. Let L1. If the vertical width L1 of the insertion piece 7 is too short, the rigidity of the insertion piece 7 when the insertion piece 7 is inserted into the guide slit 21 is reduced, and the strength of the coupling with the upper surface plate 6 is reduced. Since the insert piece 7 falls off from the guide slit 21 and opens, it is not preferable. On the other hand, when the vertical width L1 of the insertion piece 7 is too long, the rigidity of the insertion piece 7 becomes too strong, and the insertion piece 7 becomes difficult to bend when the insertion piece 7 is inserted into the guide slit 21, so that the guide slit 21 or the difference. Since the insert 7 is damaged, it is not preferable.
The vertical width L2 of the cutting plate 8 is the vertical direction on the development view of FIG. 3, and the length of the longest portion of the cutting plate 8 is the vertical width L2 of the cutting plate 8. L2-L1 is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm, more preferably 1.5 mm to 3 mm, and most preferably 1 to 2 mm. If this difference is smaller than this, it will be difficult to insert the insertion piece 7 into the guide slit 21, and if it is larger, structural play will occur and the insertion piece 7 will move easily so that it will come out of the guide slit 21. It is not preferable because tampering is easy.

The product accommodated in the packaging container of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and foods. The packaging container of the present invention is particularly suitable for a pharmaceutical packaging container in which the actual damage of tampering is serious.

There is no need to increase the cost for attaching sealing tape, etc., and there is no need to remove the sealing tape, and it can be opened easily by the elderly. It was possible to provide a packaging container that has a simple method, has no room for misunderstanding, is not troublesome to dispose of waste, and has a clear trace of unsealing so that it cannot be missed. Providing a packaging container with a tamper-evident prevention mechanism that prevents goods contained in a packaging container from being pulled out or replaced during transportation or display, and that can be immediately identified when it is tampered with. We were able to.

Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described in detail.

<Creation of packaging container sample A-1 of the present invention>
The production of the packaging container sample A-1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the development view of FIG. Misalignment detection images 42a and 42b, which are tamper-evident prevention mechanisms, were printed by offset printing on the white side of a paperboard coated ball having a basis weight of 300 g / m2. The misalignment detection image was provided with a periodic straight line image having a total length of 65 mm with the center line of the cutting plate 8 across the boundary between the cutting plate 8 and the front plate 2 parallel to the fold line f in FIG. Further, a periodic straight line image was provided continuously from the end of the cut plate to the left and right 10 mm front plates. A periodic straight line image is an image in which five lines of 1 mm in red and green having a complementary color relationship are alternately arranged. This printed board was punched out according to the development of FIG. The surface displayed in FIG. 3 was the front side (outside of the packaging container). The front plate 2 is 129 mm wide and 59 mm long, the top plate 6 is 129 mm wide and 54.5 mm long, the back plate 4 is 129 mm wide and 59.5 mm long, the left side plate 5 is 55 mm wide and 59 mm long, right side plate 3 Was 54 mm wide and 59 mm long, and the cutting plate 8 was 45 mm wide and 15 mm long. The maximum lateral width L3 of the insertion piece 7 was 45 mm, the maximum lateral width L4 of the guide slit 21 was 43 mm, and L3-L4 was 2 mm. The vertical width L1 of the insertion piece 7 was 13 mm, and the vertical width L2 of the cutting plate 8 was 15 mm. In addition, when the packaging container was assembled, it arrange | positioned so that the center of the maximum width of the insertion piece 7 and the center of the maximum width of the guide slit 21 might correspond. Further, the second planned break line 41, which is an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism, was formed on the cutting plate 8 by using a perforation for breaking a part of the arc.

The lower surface flaps 11a and 11b and the lower surface plates 12a and 12b are folded through the creases c, d, i and m, and then the right side plate 3, the front plate 2 and the left side plate 5 through the folds a, g, j and n. The back plate 4 and the glue margin side piece 14 were folded, glue was applied to the surface of the glue margin side piece 14 and adhered to the back surface of the right end of the right side plate 3. At the same time, paste was applied to the back surfaces of the adhesive margin bottom pieces 13a and 13b and adhered to the surfaces of the lower surface flaps 11a and 11b, respectively. The bottom plate 12a, 12b was pushed down from the inside of the packaging container to form a three-dimensional box, and after storing the product, the top flaps 10a, 10b were folded through the folds b, h. The top plate 6 was folded through the fold k, and the top plate insertion plate 9 was folded through the folds p and q. The top plate insertion plate 9 was inserted inside the front plate 2, the insertion piece 7 was folded through the fold line f, and the insertion piece 7 was inserted into the guide slit 21. In this way, a sealed packaging container sample A-1 as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1 was prepared.

<Creation of packaging container sample A-2 of the present invention>
A packaging container sample A-2 of the present invention was prepared in the same manner as the sample A-1 of the present invention of Example 1 except that the displacement detection images 42a and 42b were not provided.

<Creation of packaging container sample A-3 of the present invention>
A packaging container sample A-3 of the present invention was prepared in the same manner as the sample A-1 of the present invention of Example 1 except that the second planned break line 41 was not provided.

<Creation of packaging container sample A-4 of the present invention>
The displacement detection images 42a and 42b represent 12 digits, and a bar code of 32 mm wide and 10 mm long is placed on the center line of the cutting plate 8 and the left end of the bar code is placed on the crease line f at a position 2 mm below the crease line f. The packaging container sample A- of Example 1 except that the upper end of the barcode is placed in parallel, the barcode image is provided continuously across the boundary between the cutting plate 8 and the front plate 2, and the second predetermined break line 41 is not provided. In the same manner as in Example 1, a packaging container sample A-4 of the present invention was prepared.

比較例1Comparative Example 1

<Creation of packaging container sample C of comparative example>
A packaging container sample C of a comparative example was prepared in the same manner as the sample A-1 of the present invention of Example 1 except that the second scheduled break line 41 and the deviation detection images 42a and 42b were not provided.

20 cutting container samples A-1, A-2, A-3, and A-4 of the present invention and 20 packaging container samples C of comparative examples, each of which is opened and then cut and separated. Was pushed into the front plate so that it was the same as before opening. A total of 20 samples for each of these 10 unopened packaging container samples and 10 unopened packaging container samples were randomly displayed and opened by 5 people from 5m away. An experiment was conducted to determine whether or not the test was completed. The correct answer rate for determining whether or not the package has been opened is 100% for the packaging container sample A-1 of the present invention, 100% for A-2, 96% for A-3, 100% for A-4, and the packaging container of the comparative example In sample C, it was 50%. The samples A-1, 2, 3, and 4 of the present invention were preferable because the correct answer rate for determining whether or not they were opened was higher than that of the comparative sample C, and the traces that were opened were clear.
In addition, the bar code reader was used to read the barcode of each of the 10 samples that were disguised to push the cutting plate into the front plate after opening the sample A-4 of the present invention and each of the 10 samples before opening. Before opening, the barcode could be read normally, but the barcode of the sample disguised as unopened after opening could not be read due to abnormal reading. The correct answer rate for determining whether or not the package was opened was 100%.
Sample A-4 using the barcode as an image for detecting the deviation was very preferable because the correct answer rate was 100% along with Samples A-1 and A3 using the second scheduled break line. The packaging container samples A-3 and A-4 using only the image for detecting misalignment as the tamper-evident prevention mechanism of the present invention are completely waste compared to the packaging container samples A-1 and A-2 using the second planned break line. Only one was produced and was more preferable in this respect.

It can be used for a packaging container that can be easily and reliably sealed, easily opened, and prevented from being tampered with.
