前記錠本体の第1のシャックル受け穴に受け入れ可能な長脚部及び第2のシャックル受け穴に受け入れ可能な短脚部を有し、後退位置と伸張位置との間で軸方向に移動可能で伸張位置に付勢され、長脚部はシャックル受け穴内においてノッチを具備し、短脚部は、伸張位置で錠本体から引き出されるシャックルと、
鍵により解錠位置と施錠位置との間を回転されるロータと、当該ロータを収容するシリンダケースとを有し、ロータの一端側の鍵孔を前記錠本体の他端面に露出させて当該錠本体内に設けられるシリンダ錠と、

外周に周方向に所定角度毎に等間隔に表示された連続数字を有し、前記ロータの解錠方向の回転に連動して所定角度ずつ回転するように前記錠本体内に設けられ、回転毎にロータの積算回転数に対応する数字を錠本体の前記表示窓から順次外部に表示するカウンタダイヤルと、
前記ロータの解錠方向の回転を前記カウンタダイヤルに伝えるように前記錠本体内に設けられる伝動機構と、を具備し、
前記シリンダ錠は、前記ロータの回転軸線を前記シャックルの長脚部の軸線と平行に配置し、ロータの他端側を前記シリンダケースから突出させて前記錠本体内に固定され、
前記ラッチ部材は、本体と軸部とを有し、本体は、前記シャックルのノッチに係脱自在のラッチ部を有し、前記ロータの他端側にロータと一体回転するように結合され、軸部は、本体からロータの回転軸線に沿って前記錠本体の一端側へ延出して錠本体に枢支され、
