Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a principle and apparatus for efficiently removing chestnut skin.

Technical background

  To remove the chestnut demon skin, a kitchen knife, a special scissor, and an automatic peeler that rotates a disk with a blade are used. However, the kitchen knife is dangerous and the special scissors are labor intensive. Although it is large and expensive, the effect is low.
