Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air conditioning system.
Conventionally, an air conditioning system is composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an air conditioning system in which one outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units are connected by a common refrigerant pipe and a control device corresponding to each of the outdoor unit and each indoor unit is provided. ing.
However, in the above-described air conditioning system, since the control device (processor) is provided for each of the outdoor unit and the indoor unit, the cost of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit increases. In addition, since the indoor unit and the outdoor unit communicate with each other to control the air conditioning system, it is necessary that all control programs used in the control have the same control version. Therefore, it has been difficult to change some of the indoor units and outdoor units constituting the air conditioning system to devices with new control specifications.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides an air conditioning system that can reduce the price of a single outdoor unit and a single indoor unit and can easily upgrade the system. For the purpose.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, an outdoor unit including a communication unit and an outdoor protection control unit, an indoor unit including a communication unit, and the outdoor unit can communicate with the outdoor unit via a communication medium. An outdoor unit control unit that exists independently from the indoor unit, and an indoor unit control unit that is capable of communicating with the indoor unit via a communication medium, and that exists independently from the indoor unit. The unit control unit and the indoor unit control unit can exchange information, and the outdoor unit control unit acquires information on devices mounted on the outdoor unit via the communication medium, and the outdoor unit A control command is output to the device mounted on the indoor unit, and the indoor unit control unit acquires information on the device mounted on the indoor unit via the communication medium, and the device mounted on the indoor unit Control command to the outdoor protection control means , It is determined whether a preset emergency stop condition is satisfied, when the emergency stop condition is satisfied, a air conditioning system to stop the compressor.
According to the air conditioning system, since the indoor unit control unit and the outdoor unit control unit exist independently of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, the configuration of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced. Can be achieved. Furthermore, it is not necessary to install an advanced program in the indoor unit and the outdoor unit (for example, only communication, actuating parts functions, and outdoor protection control functions are installed), the equipment is not obsolete, and the outdoor unit In addition, the indoor unit can be easily replaced.
Furthermore, since the indoor unit control unit and the outdoor unit control unit are provided independently of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, for example, the indoor unit control unit and the outdoor unit control unit are placed under the control of the manufacturer of the air conditioning system. Thus, it is possible to easily perform operations such as updating related to the program.
Furthermore, according to the said air conditioning system, the outdoor protection control means provided with an emergency stop function is provided in the outdoor unit. Therefore, even if communication between the outdoor unit and the outdoor unit control unit is interrupted, if an event requiring an emergency stop occurs, the compressor can be stopped immediately. Become.
In the above control system, the outdoor protection control means, for example, when the low pressure side pressure is equal to or lower than a preset first threshold value, or when the high pressure side pressure is equal to or higher than a preset second threshold value. Then, it is determined that the emergency stop condition is satisfied, and the compressor is stopped.
In the control system, the outdoor protection control unit may be configured such that the low-pressure side pressure is equal to or lower than a third threshold value set to a value larger than the first threshold value, or the high-pressure side pressure is less than the second threshold value. If the value is equal to or greater than the fourth threshold value set to a small value, protection control for reducing the rotational speed of the compressor may be performed.
According to such a control system, since the protection control is performed before the emergency stop occurs, the emergency stop can be prevented as much as possible.
In the control system, the indoor unit may further include an indoor protection control unit that fully closes the expansion valve when the temperature of the heat exchanger is equal to or lower than a preset fifth threshold value.
According to such an air conditioning system, the indoor unit is provided with a function (anti-frost function) that causes the expansion valve to be fully closed when the temperature of the heat exchanger decreases to the fifth threshold value or less. As a result, even if communication between the indoor unit and the indoor unit control unit is interrupted, if an event requiring anti-frost occurs, the expansion valve is immediately fully closed. It becomes possible.
In the air conditioning system, the outdoor unit control unit and the indoor unit control unit may be mounted on a control device as a virtualized control unit.
Thus, by making it exist as a virtualized control part, it becomes possible to produce | generate a control part flexibly according to a connection apparatus. Moreover, since it is sufficient to determine hardware resources of the control device in accordance with the scale of the air conditioning system, waste of CPU resources can be reduced.
Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the price of an outdoor unit alone and an indoor unit alone, and it is possible to easily upgrade a system.
Hereinafter, an air conditioning system and a control method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a refrigerant system of an air conditioning system 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the air conditioning system 1 includes one outdoor unit B and a plurality of indoor units A1 and A2 that are connected to the outdoor unit B through a common refrigerant pipe. Although FIG. 1 illustrates a configuration in which two indoor units A1 and A2 are connected to one outdoor unit B for convenience, the number of installed outdoor units and the number of connected indoor units are not limited. .

Here, in the conventional air conditioning system, as shown in Patent Document 1, a control device is provided in each indoor unit and outdoor unit. On the other hand, in this embodiment, each indoor
That is, the indoor
In the
The indoor unit A1 is provided with various devices such as various devices (including some sensors) 51 in the indoor unit A1, an
The indoor
As will be described later, the indoor
Although illustration is abbreviate | omitted also about indoor unit A2, it is set as the structure similar to indoor unit A1.
The outdoor unit B includes various devices 61 (including some sensors) 61 such as the
The outdoor
As will be described later, the outdoor
The
Further, sensors 20 (for example, a pressure sensor for measuring the refrigerant pressure, a temperature sensor for measuring the refrigerant temperature, etc.) provided in the outdoor unit B and the indoor units A1 and A2 are respectively connected to the
In such an air conditioning system, for example, the
Similarly, the outdoor
In FIG. 3, an example of the hierarchical structure of communication of the air conditioning system 1 is shown. As shown in FIG. 3, the air conditioning system 1 includes a hardware layer (hereinafter referred to as “HW layer”), a driver layer, an operation system layer (hereinafter referred to as “OS layer”), a framework layer, and an application layer. have.
The HW layer is a common bus, a fan motor, a louver motor, and sensors. The driver layer includes a communication driver for communication via the
The framework layer includes a communication framework, a device operation control framework, and setting parameters. For example, the framework layer converts physical units and control units of actual devices. For example, the physical unit of opening the valve opening by 1% corresponds to 12 pulses of the stepping motor.
For example, the application layer has a function of operating the equipment of the indoor unit A1 according to a command from the
The indoor units A1 and A2 and the outdoor unit B may be autonomously distributed controlled by the
For example, by setting the first allowable range wider than the second allowable range, the outdoor
Next, an example of processing executed in the
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure executed by the
As a result, the
The
Here, the control module is a control program provided corresponding to each of a plurality of devices (for example, a fan, an expansion valve, a compressor, etc.) provided in the indoor units A1 and A2 and the outdoor unit B, for example. Thus, by creating a control program in units of control modules, the custom control program can be customized according to the devices installed in each of the indoor units A1 and A2 and the outdoor unit B. As a result, the custom control program can be created with the minimum necessary control modules, and the memory capacity can be reduced.
As described above, instead of creating a custom control program for each control module, a general-purpose control program for indoor units and a general-purpose control program for outdoor units are prepared, and the general-purpose control program is used as it is. Also good.
The said control module memory | storage part may be provided in the
When the
Thereby, control of indoor unit A1, A2 by each indoor
Further, in parallel with the control of the indoor units A1 and A2 and the outdoor unit B by the indoor
For example, the indoor
In the outdoor unit B, it is determined whether the low-pressure side pressure is equal to or lower than the third threshold value or the high-pressure side pressure is equal to or higher than the fourth threshold value at a predetermined time interval. Then, protection control for reducing the rotational speed of the
When such protection control or emergency stop control is performed, information to that effect is notified to the outdoor
As described above, according to the air conditioning system 1 and the control method thereof according to the present embodiment, the indoor
Since the indoor units A1 and A2 are provided with the indoor
In this embodiment, the indoor
