Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power supply device including a base plate to which an electronic component is fixed and a cover that covers the electronic component.
As a power supply device such as a DC-DC converter, an apparatus including an electronic component such as a transformer or a diode and a wiring portion connected to the electronic component and forming a current path between the electronic component and an external device is known. (See
When the power supply device is operated, radiation noise may be generated from the electronic component and transmitted to the external device. For this reason, in the power supply device, a metal cover is provided on the base plate, and electronic components are arranged inside the cover. Thereby, the radiation noise which generate | occur | produced from the electronic component is shielded with a cover, and the malfunction that radiation noise is transmitted to an external apparatus is suppressed.
A part of the wiring part is drawn out from the inside of the cover. A portion of the wiring portion that is pulled out of the cover is used as a connection terminal for electrically connecting to the external device.
However, in the power supply device, since the radiation noise generated from the electronic components is linked to a portion of the wiring portion that exists inside the cover, a conduction noise current may be generated from this portion. Therefore, the generated conduction noise current may be transmitted to the external device. In order to solve this problem, a method of providing a filter circuit that removes the conduction noise current can be considered. However, if the amount of the conduction noise current generated is large, it cannot be completely removed by the filter circuit, and the conduction noise current is transmitted to an external device. There is a case.
The present invention has been made in view of such a background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a power supply device that can further reduce the amount of conduction noise current transmitted to an external device.
One aspect of the present invention is a metal base plate connected to the ground;
A plurality of electronic components fixed to the base plate and electrically connected to each other;
A wiring layer disposed on the base plate in an insulated state with respect to the base plate, connected to the electronic component, and forming a current path between the electronic component and an external device;
A shielding layer that covers the wiring layer from the side opposite to the side on which the base plate is disposed and shields radiation noise generated from the electronic component;
A metal cover fixed to the base plate and containing a part of the wiring layer and the plurality of electronic components inside;
A plurality of connecting portions for electrically connecting the shielding layer and the base plate;
The shielding layer covers at least a portion of the wiring layer located inside the cover,
A first insulating layer is interposed between the wiring layer and the base plate, a second insulating layer is interposed between the shielding layer and the wiring layer, and the first insulating layer, the wiring layer, and the second The insulating layer and the shielding layer are stacked in the thickness direction of the base plate,
In the power supply device, a loop through which a current flows is formed by the plurality of connection portions, the shielding layer, and the base plate, and the wiring layer passes through the loop.
In the power supply device, a portion of the wiring layer located inside the cover is covered with the shielding layer. For this reason, it is possible to suppress a problem that the radiation noise generated from the electronic component is linked to the above-described part and a conduction noise current is generated. Therefore, the amount of conduction noise current transmitted from the wiring layer to the external device can be reduced.
In the power supply device, since the cover is provided, radiation noise generated from the electronic component can be shielded by the cover. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a problem that radiation noise is transmitted to an external device.
In the power supply apparatus, since the loop is formed, the amount of radiation noise generated from the electronic component and leaking outside through the periphery of the wiring layer can be reduced. That is, even if an alternating magnetic field, which is a type of radiation noise, passes around the wiring layer, if a loop is formed as described above, an eddy current can be generated in the loop, The AC magnetic field can be canceled out by the magnetic field generated in. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of AC magnetic field that leaks to the outside through the periphery of the wiring layer, that is, radiation noise.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a power supply device that can further reduce the amount of conduction noise current transmitted to an external device.
The power supply device can be an in-vehicle power supply device to be mounted on a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle.
Example 1
Examples of the power supply apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The

A
As shown in FIG. 2, a loop L through which a current flows is formed by the plurality of connecting
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
A plurality of
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the
As described above, the
In this example, as shown in FIG. 2, intermediate ground layers 42 (42a, 42b) are formed at positions sandwiching the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As described above, the bolts 81 a and 81 b have both a function of fixing the
As shown in FIG. 2, a gap S is formed between the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the
The second
Next, the manufacturing method of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the second insulating
Thus, after laminating | stacking the 1st insulating
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, bolt insertion holes 89 are formed in the
The effect of this example will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, in this example, the
In this example, since the
Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 2, since the loop L is formed, the amount of radiation noise H generated from the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this example, the first insulating
In this example, the first insulating
As described above, according to this example, it is possible to provide a power supply device that can further reduce the amount of conduction noise current transmitted to an external device.
In the present example, the
Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 4, the

In this example, the structure of the connecting
In this example, a bolt 81 (corresponding to the second bolt 81b of the first embodiment) is provided outside the contact via 80 in the Y direction. The

In this example, as shown in FIG. 12, the

In this example, as shown in FIG. 13, an
