Description

The present invention relates to a roof tile.

Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose staggered flat roof tiles.

特開2005−83009号公報JP 2005-83909 A 特開2006−188900号公報JP 2006-188900 A

In the techniques described in Patent Literatures 1 and 2, since the flat roof tile has a thickness, a step is formed between the surfaces of the flat roof tiles adjacent to each other in the direction from the eaves side to the ridge side.

Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent a step from being formed between the surfaces of tiles adjacent to each other in the direction from the eaves side to the ridge side.

The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is that, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, etc., in a tile 1 installed on a roof, a tile body 2 and a ridge side of the tile body 2 A bottom overlap 10 provided on the eaves side, a head overlap 20 provided on the eaves side of the roof tile body 2, a side overlap 40 provided on one side of the roof tile body 2 in the lateral direction, On the other side in the horizontal direction of the tile main body 2, the side underlap 30 is provided closer to the back side than the back surface of the side overlap 40, and the side of the side overlap 40 is formed on the surface of the tile main body 2. The exposed surface 3 extending to the edge on one side of the direction and the edge of the eaves side of the head overlap 20 and the surface of the bottom underlap 10 are formed on the ridge side from the ridge side edge of the exposed surface 3 To the exposed surface 3 A first inclined surface 11 inclined so as to form an inner angle of the head, and a second inclined surface 22 formed on the back surface of the head overlap 20 and inclined so as to form an acute inner angle with respect to the exposed surface 3, It is the roof tile 1 characterized by providing.

When the tile 1 is installed on the roof, the bottom underlap 10 of the tile 1 is arranged such that the first inclined surface 11 of the tile 1 is in contact with the second inclined surface 22 of the tile 1 adjacent to the building. The head overlap 20 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side is overlaid on the top. The first inclined surface 11 of the tile 1 is inclined with respect to the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1, and the second inclined surface 22 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side is inclined with respect to the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side. Therefore, the exposed surface 3 of the roof tile 1 and the exposed surface 3 of the roof tile 1 adjacent to the building can be arranged on the same plane. Moreover, the edge on the ridge side of the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 and the edge on the eaves side of the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side can be brought closer. Therefore, the continuity between the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 and the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge is improved, and the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 and the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 adjacent to the ridge are continuous. Looks like a face.
When the first inclined surface 11 of the roof tile 1 and the second inclined surface 22 of the roof tile adjacent to the ridge 1 come into contact with each other, the water is over the bottom portion of the roof 1 of the roof tile 1 and the roof of the roof tile 1 adjacent to the roof. Intrusion into the back side of the wrap 20 can be suppressed.
The side overlap 40 of the tile 1 is overlapped on the side underlap 30 of the tile 1 adjacent to one side in the horizontal direction. Then, since the side part underlap 30 of the tile 1 adjacent to the one side in the horizontal direction is provided closer to the back side than the back surface of the side overlap 40 of the tile 1, the exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 and the one side in the horizontal direction. The exposed surface 3 of the tile 1 adjacent to the side can be arranged on the same plane.

The invention according to claim 2 is the roof tile 1 according to claim 1, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the first inclined surface 11 and the second inclined surface 22 are parallel to each other. However, the embodiments described below are given various technically preferable limitations for carrying out the present invention. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments and illustrated examples.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the front side of the flat roof tile 1. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the back side of the flat roof tile 1. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the flat roof tile 1 when viewed from the front side, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the flat roof tile 1 when viewed from the back side, and FIG. 5 shows the flat roof tile 1 when viewed from the eaves side. FIG. 6 is a rear view of the flat roof tile 1 when viewed from the ridge side, FIG. 7 is a left side view of the flat roof tile 1, and FIG. 8 is a right side view of the flat roof tile 1.

This flat roof tile 1 is a roof tile and a roof tile. When the flat roof tiles are laid on the roof so that a plurality of flat roof tiles provided in the same manner as the flat roof tile 1 are arranged in a lattice pattern, the flat roof tiles adjacent in the vertical direction are horizontal. It means that flat tiles that are not displaced in the direction and that are adjacent in the horizontal direction are not displaced in the vertical direction. Here, the vertical direction is a direction from the roof ridge toward the eaves or vice versa, and the horizontal direction is a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the roof. The horizontal direction is sometimes referred to as the left-right direction. In this case, the left and right are defined as viewed from the eaves toward the building.

A tile body 2 of the flat tile 1 is provided in a plate shape. Then, when the roof tile body 2 is projected from the front side of the roof tile body 2, the roof tile body 2 is formed in a shape that approximates a square or a rectangle (see the plan view of FIG. 3).

A bottom underlap 10 is provided on the ridge side (butt side) of the roof tile body 2, a head overlap 20 is provided on the eaves side (head side) of the roof tile body 2, and a left side of the roof tile body 2 is provided. A side underlap 30 is provided, and a side overlap 40 is provided at the right portion of the roof tile body 2. A sandwiched piece 60 is provided on the eaves side and the left corner of the roof tile body 2, and a fitting portion 50 is provided on the bottom side and the right corner of the roof tile body 2. The side underlap 30 and the sandwiched piece 60 are located behind the back surface 41 of the side overlap 40.

The tile main body 2 includes a central portion of the tile main body 2 and a bottom underlap 10, a side underlap 30, a sandwiched piece 60, which are disposed around the central portion so as to surround the central portion of the tile main body 2. The head overlap 20, the side overlap 40, and the fitting portion 50 are included. Accordingly, the center portion of the roof tile body 2 is the bottom underlap 10, the side underwrap 30, the sandwiched piece 60, the head overlap 20, the side overlap 40, and the fitting portion 50 of the roof tile 2. Refers to the part other than.

When a plurality of flat roof tiles 1 are laid on the roof so as to be arranged in a lattice pattern, the bottom underlap 10 overlaps the back side of the head tile overlap of the flat roof adjacent to the building. The head overlap 20 overlaps the front side of the bottom tile underlap of the flat roof adjacent to the eaves side. The side underlap 30 overlaps the back side of the side overlap of the flat tile on the left. The side overlap 40 overlaps the front side of the side underlap of the flat roof adjacent to the right. The fitting part 50 overlaps the back side of the right part of the head tile overlap of the flat tile adjacent to the ridge side. Furthermore, the fitting part 50 overlaps the front side of the left part of the sandwiched piece of the flat roof adjacent to the ridge side right diagonally and the bottom underlap of the right adjacent flat roof. The to-be-clamped piece 60 overlaps the front side of the left part of the bottom part underlap of the flat roof tile adjacent to the eaves side. Further, the sandwiched piece 60 overlaps with the fitting portion of the flat roof tile adjacent to the eaves side on the left side and the back side of the right portion of the head overlap of the left adjacent flat roof tile.

A planar exposed surface 3 is formed on the front side of the tile body 2. The exposed surface 3 is formed in a square or a rectangle when projected from above (see the plan view of FIG. 3). The exposed surface 3 occupies most of the surface on the front side of the roof tile body 2. Specifically, the exposed surface 3 occupies the center side of the roof tile body 2, the front side surface of the side overlap 40 and the head overlap 20. The exposed surface 3 extends from the center portion of the roof tile body 2 to the right edge of the side overlap 40 and also extends from the center portion of the roof tile body 2 to the edge of the head overlap 20 on the eaves side. That is, the side overlap 40 is continuous from the center of the roof tile body 2 to the right side, the head overlap 20 is continuous from the center of the roof tile body 2 to the eaves side, and the side overlap 40 is the head overlap 20. Of the head overlap 20 and the side overlap 40 constitute a part of the exposed surface 3, and the front surface of the central portion of the roof tile body 2 is exposed. Constitutes the remaining part of surface 3;
Since the exposed surface 3 is formed in a square or a rectangle, the right edge of the exposed surface 3 (the right edge 43 of the side overlap 40) is parallel to the left edge 8 of the exposed surface 3, and the ridge side of the exposed surface 3 (The boundary line 9 between the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 described later) is parallel to the edge on the eaves side of the exposed surface 3 (the edge on the eaves side of the head overlap 20).
When the exposed surface 3 is formed in a rectangular shape, the exposed surface 3 may be horizontally long or vertically long.

The exposed surface 3 does not reach the side underlap 30, the bottom underlap 10, the fitting portion 50, and the sandwiched piece 60. That is, the portion of the roof tile body 2 from the left edge of the exposed surface 3 to the left edge of the roof tile body 2 is the side underlap 30 and the sandwiched piece 60. The part to the edge on the ridge side is the bottom underlap 10 and the fitting part 50.

The ridge side end of the side underlap 30 is connected to the left portion 19 of the bottom underlap 10, and the side underlap 30 continues from the left portion 19 to the eaves side. The sandwiched piece 60 is continuous from the eaves side end of the side underlap 30 to the eaves side. When the roof tile body 2 is projected from the front side of the roof tile body 2, the bottom underwrap 10, the side underwrap 30, and the sandwiched piece 60 form an L shape.

A first inclined surface 11 and a step surface 12 are formed on the front side of the bottom underlap 10.

The first inclined surface 11 is a surface inclined downward from the edge on the ridge side of the exposed surface 3 toward the ridge side, and an inner angle sandwiched between the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 is an obtuse angle. Here, the interior angle refers to a small angle (subordinate angle) among the conjugate angles formed by the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 in a cross section orthogonal to the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11.
The step surface 12 is a flat surface extending from the ridge side edge of the first inclined surface 11 to the ridge side. The step surface 12 is parallel to the exposed surface 3 and is inclined with respect to the first inclined surface 11. There is a step between the step surface 12 and the exposed surface 3, the step surface 12 is one level lower than the exposed surface 3, and the step surface 12 is located closer to the back side than the exposed surface 3.

The bottom of the recess 14 is located higher than the step surface 12, and there is a step between the bottom of the recess 14 and the step surface 12.

A plurality of convex portions 15 are formed at the corners sandwiched between the step surface 12 and the first inclined surface 11, and the through hole 16 penetrates from the top of the convex portion 15 to the back surface of the bottom underlap 10. When the flat roof tile 1 is installed, a fastener such as a nail, a screw, or a screw is passed through the through hole 16, and the roof tile body 2 is fixed by the fastener.

When the roof tile body 2 is viewed from the back side, a flat contact surface 17 is formed on the back side of the bottom underlap 10. The contact surface 17 is parallel to the step surface 12 and the exposed surface 3. When the flat roof tile 1 is installed, the bottom underlap 10 is placed on the horizontal rail member laid on the roof, and the contact surface 17 contacts the horizontal rail member.

A plurality of stoppers 18 are provided in a protruding state at the edge of the rear side of the bottom underlap 10 on the ridge side. These stoppers 18 are arranged along the ridge side edge of the bottom underlap 10 with a space therebetween. When the flat roof tile 1 is installed, the stopper 18 is hooked on the crosspiece laid on the roof.

When the roof tile body 2 is viewed from the front side, a standing wall 54 is provided at the right end of the step surface 12. The standing wall 54 protrudes from the right end of the step surface 12 and is provided in a state where it stands with respect to the step surface 12. The eaves side end of the standing wall 54 is connected to the first inclined surface 11, and the standing wall 54 extends from the first inclined surface 11 to the ridge side. The end of the standing wall 54 on the ridge side is connected to the right end of the bottom water return 13.

The left end of the fitting portion 50 is connected to the upper end of the standing wall 54, and the fitting portion 50 extends from the upper end of the standing wall 54 to the right side. The surface 51 of the fitting part 50 is located closer to the front side than the step surface 12 of the bottom portion underlap 10, and there is a step between the surface 51 and the step surface 12. Further, the front surface 51 of the fitting part 50 is located closer to the back side than the exposed surface 3, and there is a step between the front surface 51 and the exposed surface 3.

When the roof tile body 2 is viewed from the back side, a counterbore part 53 is formed on the back side of the fitting part 50. The back surface 52 of the fitting portion 50 (the bottom surface of the counterbore portion 53) is positioned closer to the front side than the contact surface 17, and there is a step between the back surface 52 and the contact surface 17.

9 to 13, “A” is added to the reference numerals of a certain flat roof tile 1 and its constituent elements among the plurality of flat roof tiles 1 arranged in a lattice pattern, and the flat roof on the left side of the flat roof tile 1A is added. “B” is added to the signs of the tile 1 and its constituent elements, “C” is added to the signs of the flat tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side of the flat tile 1A and its constituent elements, and the ridge side of the flat tile 1A and “D” is added to the reference signs of the flat roof tile 1 and its constituent elements on the left side. In FIG. 11, illustration of the flat roof tile 1A and the flat roof tile 1D is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 12, a plurality of horizontal crosspieces 85 are laid on the base plate 80 so as to extend in the horizontal direction, and these horizontal crosspieces 85 are provided in parallel to each other with an interval therebetween. A plurality of flat roof tiles 1 are arranged in a row along the horizontal rail member 85 per one horizontal rail member 85, and a plurality of flat roof tiles 1 are arranged in a lattice shape as a whole (FIGS. 9, 10 and 10). (See FIG. 12).

The direction and arrangement of each flat roof tile 1 will be described. The back surface of the tile body 2 is directed to the base plate 80, the front surface of the tile body 2 is directed upward, the bottom underlap 10 is directed toward the ridge side, and the head overlap 20 is directed toward the eaves side (FIG. 9). And FIG. 10). Then, the bottom underlap 10 is placed on the horizontal crosspiece 85, the contact surface 17 of the bottom underlap 10 abuts against the horizontal crosspiece 85, and the stopper 18 is caught on the horizontal crosspiece 85 from the ridge side (FIG. 12). reference). A fastener such as a nail, a screw, or a screw is passed through the through-hole 16, and the roof tile body 2 is fixed to the crosspiece 85 by the fastener.

As shown in FIG. 12, the exposed surface 3 is provided in parallel to the field plate 80. The contact surface 17 is provided in parallel to the horizontal plane, or is inclined downward toward the eaves side with respect to the horizontal plane. The internal angle between the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 is designed according to the gradient of the field plate 80. That is, if the internal angle between the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 is α [°] and the slope of the field plate 80 with respect to the horizontal plane is β [°], α [°] ≧ 180 [° ] −β [°].

The water surface 31 is inclined downward toward the eaves side. The gradient of the flowing water surface 31 with respect to the horizontal plane is gentler than the gradient of the exposed surface 3 and the base plate 80 with respect to the horizontal plane.

The overlap of the flat roof tiles 1A and 1C adjacent in the vertical direction will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C overlaps the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A, and the second inclined surface 22C of the flat roof tile 1C and the first of the flat roof tile 1A. The inclined surfaces 11A are in contact with each other. Therefore, the flat roof tile 1A and the flat roof tile 1C overlap in a stable state, and rain water can be prevented from entering between the second inclined surface 22C of the flat roof tile 1C and the first inclined surface 11A of the flat roof tile 1A. it can. Furthermore, the space | interval between the edge by the side of the eaves of the exposed surface 3C of the flat tile 1C and the edge by the side of the ridge of the exposed surface 3A can be narrowed.

The second inclined surface 22A and the first inclined surface 11A of the flat tile 1A are provided in parallel to each other, the second inclined surface 22C and the first inclined surface 11C of the flat tile 1C are provided in parallel to each other, and the flat tile 1A and the flat tile are provided. Since 1C has the same configuration, the exposed surface 3A and the exposed surface 3C are on the same plane. Therefore, the continuity between the exposed surface 3A and the exposed surface 3C is improved, and the exposed surface 3A and the exposed surface 3C look like a continuous plane.

The step surface 12A of the flat roof tile 1A is separated from the contact surface 17C of the flat roof tile 1C, and a gap is formed between the step surface 12A and the contact surface 17C. This gap becomes a flow path of rainwater that has entered between the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A and the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C. Moreover, the rainwater that has entered the gap is blocked by the bottom water return 13C of the flat roof tile 1C, and the rainwater can be prevented from leaking to the back of the flat roof tile 1C.

The convex portion 15A and the through hole 16A of the flat roof tile 1A are hidden under the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C. The fastener inserted in the through hole 16A is also hidden under the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C.

The right portion 29C of the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C overlaps the fitting portion 50A. The fitting portion 50A is fitted into the fitting recess 23C from below the fitting recess 23C. Thereby, the flat roof tile 1A and the flat roof tile 1C adjacent to each other in the vertical direction overlap each other in a stable state. Further, when installing the flat roof tile 1C after the flat roof tile 1A is installed, the fitting recess 50C is put on the fitting recess 50C from above the fitting section 50A, and the fitting section 50A is fitted into the fitting recess 23C. The horizontal position of the flat roof tile 1C is determined.

The sandwiched piece 60C of the flat roof tile 1C overlaps the left portion 19A of the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A. The back surface 62C of the sandwiched piece 60C is separated from the surface of the left portion 19A (step surface 12A) of the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A, and the back surface 62C of the sandwiched piece 60C and the surface of the left portion 19A of the bottom underlap 10A A gap is formed between (step surface 12A). This gap also becomes a flow path of rainwater that has entered between the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A and the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C.

Projected in a direction perpendicular to the exposed surfaces 3A and 3C of the tile main bodies 2A and 2C, the rib 4C intersects the drainer 13A, and the low portion of the rib 4C (the portion where the step surface 6C is formed) Overlaps the recess 14A from above the recess 14A of the drainer 13A. And the low part (part in which the step surface 6C was formed) of the rib 4C crosses the drainer 13A in the vertical direction through the recess 14A. Further, when installing the flat roof tile 1C after the flat roof tile 1A has been installed, the flat roof tile 1C is inserted by inserting the lower portion of the rib 4C (the portion on which the step surface 6C is formed) into the recess 14A from the top of the recess 14A of the drainer 13A. The horizontal position of 1C is determined.

The overlap of the flat roof tiles 1A and 1C as described above is also applied to the overlap of the other two flat roof tiles 1 adjacent in the vertical direction.

The overlap of the flat roof tiles 1A and 1B adjacent in the horizontal direction will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the side overlap 40B of the flat roof tile 1B overlaps the side underlap 30A of the flat roof tile 1A. The back surface 41B of the side overlap 40B is separated from the surface (flow surface 31A) of the side under wrap 30A, and a gap is formed between the back surface 41B of the side overlap 40B and the surface of the side under wrap 30A (flow surface 31A). Is formed. This gap becomes a flow path of rainwater that has entered between the side underlap 30A of the flat roof tile 1A and the side overlap 40B of the flat roof tile 1B. Further, rainwater that has entered the gap is blocked by the side water return 33A of the flat tile 1A, and the rainwater can be prevented from leaking to the back of the flat tile 1A.

The right portion 29B of the head overlap 20B of the flat roof tile 1B overlaps the sandwiched piece 60A of the flat roof tile 1A. The fitting portion 50B of the flat roof tile 1B overlaps the left portion 19A of the bottom underwrap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A, and the left portion 19A of the bottom underwrap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A is a counterbore portion on the back side of the fitting portion 50B. 53B.

The overlap of the flat roof tiles 1A and 1B as described above is also applied to the overlap of the other two flat roof tiles 1 adjacent in the horizontal direction.

A portion where all of the flat roof tiles 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D overlap (see an enlarged view of FIG. 11) will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the sandwiched piece 60 </ b> C of the flat roof tile 1 </ b> C overlaps the left portion 19 </ b> A of the bottom underlap 10 </ b> A of the flat roof tile 1 </ b> A, and the fitting portion 50 </ b> B of the flat roof tile 1 </ b> B is flat. It overlaps on the sandwiched piece 60C of the tile 1C. In addition, the right portion 29D of the head overlap 20D of the flat roof tile 1D overlaps with the fitting portion 50B of the flat roof tile 1B, and the fitting portion 50B is fitted under the fitting recess 23D of the flat roof tile 1D. It is fitted in 23D.

The overlap of the flat roof tiles 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D as described above is also applied to the overlap of the other four flat roof tiles 1 that are adjacent vertically and horizontally.

The flow of rainwater that has entered will be described.
As indicated by an arrow 91 shown in FIG. 10, rainwater that has entered the step surface 12C of the flat roof tile 1C flows from the step surface 12C to the flowing water surface 31C. As indicated by an arrow 92 shown in FIG. 10, rainwater that has entered the flow surface 31C of the flat roof tile 1C flows toward the eaves side due to the gradient of the flow surface 31C. Then, as indicated by an arrow 93 shown in FIG. 11, the rainwater flows from the flowing surface 31C to the flowing surface 61C of the sandwiched piece 60C, and further from the flowing surface 61C to the left of the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A. It flows down on 19A. As shown by the arrow 94 shown in FIG. 10, the rainwater that has flowed down flows toward the eaves side due to the gradient of the flow surface 31A of the flat roof tile 1A.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the following operational effects are recognized.
(1) If the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C is placed on the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A, the first inclined surface 11A of the flat roof tile 1A contacts the second inclined surface 22C of the flat roof tile 1C. To do. Since the first inclined surface 11A is inclined with respect to the exposed surface 3A and the second inclined surface 22C is inclined with respect to the exposed surface 3C, the edge on the ridge side of the exposed surface 3A and the edge on the eaves side of the exposed surface 3C And the exposed surface 3A and the exposed surface 3C look like a continuous surface. In particular, the exposed surface 3A and the exposed surface 3C can be arranged on the same plane.

(2) If the side overlap 40B of the flat roof tile 1B is overlapped on the side underlap 30A of the flat roof tile 1A, the right edge of the exposed surface 3B of the flat roof tile 1B and the left edge of the exposed surface 3A of the flat roof tile 1A Are arranged close to each other, and the exposed surface 3B of the flat roof tile 1B and the exposed surface 3A of the flat roof tile 1A can be disposed on the same plane.

(3) As a whole, it appears that the plurality of exposed surfaces 3 are arranged in a lattice pattern without gaps. Thus, the roof design is innovative.

(4) Since the first inclined surface 11A of the flat roof tile 1A and the second inclined surface 22C of the flat roof tile 1C are in contact with each other, the water on the surface of the flat roof tiles 1A and 1C is in contact with the first inclined surface 11A and the second inclined surface. Intrusion into the back side of the head overlap 20C of the flat roof tile 1C through the space 22C can be suppressed.

(5) Since the inner angle α [°] sandwiched between the exposed surface 3 and the first inclined surface 11 is set according to the gradient β [°] of the field plate 80, When installed on the upper side, the first inclined surface 11 is inclined downward toward the eaves side. Therefore, it can suppress that the water on a roof penetrate | invades into the back side of the head overlap 20 of the flat tile 1 adjacent to the ridge side.

(6) The fitting portion 50B of the flat roof tile 1B is fitted into the fitting recess 23D of the flat roof tile 1D, and the assembly of the flat roof tile 1B and the flat roof tile 1D is stabilized. Further, the left portion 19A of the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A is accommodated in the counterbore portion 53B of the flat roof tile 1B, the sandwiched piece 60C of the flat roof tile 1C is also accommodated in the counterbore portion 53B of the flat roof tile 1B, and the sandwiched piece 60C is It is sandwiched between the fitting portion 50B and the left portion 19A of the bottom underlap 10A of the flat roof tile 1A. Therefore, the assembly of these four flat roof tiles 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D is stabilized. As a whole, the assembly of the plurality of roof tiles 1 arranged in a lattice shape is stable and excellent in earthquake resistance.

(7) The water is blocked by the bottom water return 13 and the side water return 33, and the water on the step surface 12 or the flowing water surface 31 leaks to the back side of the bottom underlap 10 and the side underlap 30. Can be prevented.

(8) Since the sandwiched piece 60 overlaps the left part 19 of the bottom underlap 10 of the flat roof tile 1 on the eaves side, a continuous flow path can be formed (see FIG. 10 or FIG. 11). (See arrows 91, 92, 93, 94 shown).

Embodiments to which the present invention can be applied are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, the structure of the flat roof tile 1 described above is reversed left and right. That is, the flat roof which has a mirror image relationship with the flat roof tile 1 described above is also disclosed in this specification as an embodiment of the present invention.
