Description

The present invention relates to a board case of a gaming machine that is configured in a box shape by combining a first member and a second member, and stores a board inside.

Game machines represented by pachinko machines and slot machines include various control boards for controlling the progress of the game. Since the control board is equipped with a ROM storing a program related to game contents, it is important to prevent the control board from being replaced with an unauthorized control board having a ROM storing an unauthorized program. For this reason, in the gaming machine, the control board is housed in a board case composed of a base member and a cover member (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the board case of Patent Document 1, after the base member and the cover member are assembled via the engaging means, the base member and the side wall portion of the cover member are protruded from the side wall portion and the cover member in the fastening direction. The base member and the cover member are fixed so as not to be separated by a special fastener such as a one-way screw that can only rotate. That is, in the substrate case having such a configuration, since it cannot be opened unless the caulking portion is broken, it is possible to prevent replacement with an unauthorized control board, and since a trace remains at the time of breakage, Can be recognized.

In order to assemble the base member and the cover member, it is necessary to perform a fastening operation of screwing a one-way screw for each caulking portion using the screwdriver tool in order to assemble the base member and the cover member. . Moreover, if a special fastener is used to make it more difficult to remove from the caulking portion, the tool used for the fastening operation will also be special.

That is, the present invention has been proposed in order to suitably solve these problems inherent in the prior art, and can be easily assembled even if it has a configuration to prevent unauthorized opening. An object is to provide a board case for a gaming machine.

As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the cover member 64 has a front end portion (extended end portion) inserted into the slide groove 72 when the upper peripheral wall portion 79 and the lower peripheral wall portion 80 are assembled with the base member 62. A cover assembly portion 84 that is detachably hooked to the base assembly portion 74 of the base member 62 is provided. The front end portions of the upper and lower peripheral wall portions 79 and 80 are formed with cover concave portions 85 as many as the base assembly portions 74 of the base member 62 spaced apart in the left-right direction. The cover assembly portion 84 is formed in a hook shape so as to extend to the left at the front end portion of the edge. The extension dimension of the cover assembly portion 84 to the left is set to be smaller than the lateral width dimension of the cover recess portion 85, and is between the extension end of the cover assembly portion 84 and the left edge of the cover recess portion 85. Is formed so that a gap allowing passage of the base assembly 74 is opened forward. In the cover member 64, the cover concave portion 85 and the cover assembly portion 84 of the upper peripheral wall portion 79 and the cover concave portion 85 and the cover assembly portion 84 of the lower peripheral wall portion 80 are arranged in a vertically symmetrical positional relationship. The shape is also vertically symmetrical. In the substrate case 32 of the embodiment, the upper and lower peripheral wall portions 79, 80 of the cover member 64 with respect to the base member 62, and the gaps of the cover concave portions 85 with respect to the corresponding slide grooves 72, 72 are the base assembly portions 74. Then, by sliding the cover member 64 to the left with respect to the base member 62, the cover assembly portions 84 corresponding to the front sides of the respective base assembly portions 74 are overlapped. Then, the cover member 64 is assembled to the base member 62 (see FIG. 3B).

As shown in FIG. 10A, the base protrusion 75 can be inserted into and removed from the front end portion of the right peripheral wall 82 of the cover member 64 at a position corresponding to the base protrusion 75 of the base member 62. A cover fitting portion 86 is formed. The cover fitting portion 86 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a through hole penetrating in the left-right direction. The cover assembly portion 84 of the cover member 64 is inserted between the adjacent base assembly portions 74 and 74, and the front end portions of the upper and lower peripheral wall portions 79 and 80 of the cover member 64 are accommodated in the slide grooves 72 and 72. In the substrate case 32, when the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are assembled, the upper and lower peripheral wall portions 79 and 80 of the cover member 64 are arranged on the inner and outer wall portions 67, 70, and 68 of the base member 62 in the slide groove 72. The movement is restricted up and down by 71 and positioning in the up and down direction is performed, and the movement is restricted back and forth by the hooking of the base assembling part 74 and the cover assembling part so that the front and rear positioning is performed. Further, when the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are assembled, the board case 32 is also moved up and down and front and rear by fitting between the base projecting piece 75 of the base member 62 and the cover fitting portion 86 of the cover member 64. The movement is restricted and positioning in the vertical direction and the front-back direction is performed. As described above, the substrate case 32 has the main body portion that defines the storage space 32a in the base member 62 and the cover member 64, the base assembly portion and the cover assembly portion being engaged, and the base protrusion 75 and the base fitting. If the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are not slid relative to each other in the left-right direction, the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are assembled. Is configured so that it cannot be separated.

In the substrate case 32 of the embodiment, the right base connecting portion 92 is normally used, and the left base connecting portion 92 is a base member when the caulking means is broken for an appropriate reason such as maintenance of the main control board 31. It is a spare used when caulking 62 and the cover member 64 again. When the caulking means is broken, the base connecting portion 92 can be separated from the base caulking component 90 by breaking the base connecting support piece 110 with a cutting tool such as a nipper. Since the left and right base connecting portions 92 and 92 have the same configuration, the right base connecting portion 92 will be described below as an example.

(Internal structure of base connecting part)
As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 9 (b), on the front end side of the base connecting portion 92, there are an upper cylindrical wall and a lower cylindrical wall that constitute the cylindrical portion of the base connecting portion 92. A pair of installation pieces 112 that are further away from each other and are separated from each other in the vertical direction are formed so as to extend from side to side so as to divide the base insertion portion 93. Between the upper cylindrical wall and the upper erection piece 112, a closing claw insertion opening 113 that opens vertically is defined, and between the lower cylindrical wall and the lower erection piece 112. Is formed with a claw insertion opening 113 that opens up and down (see FIG. 9B). A member fixing piece 114 is installed between the upper and lower installation pieces 112 and 112 so as to extend vertically. The member fixing piece 114 and the left cylinder constituting the cylindrical portion of the base connecting portion 92 are provided. The base insertion part 93 is divided into right and left by the member fixing piece 114 so that the member insertion port 115 is opened between the wall and the right cylindrical wall. A pair of base lock holding pieces 116 and 116 projecting into the base insertion portion 93 from the right and left cylinder walls are formed on the rear side of each installation piece 112 so as to face each other. The holding pieces 116 extend from the rear surface of the installation piece 112 to the rear opening of the base insertion portion 93 in the front-rear direction. One (left side) extending end surface of the pair of base lock holding pieces 116, 116 opposed to the left and right is linearly formed in the front-rear direction, while the other (right side) base lock holding piece 116 is formed. The extended end face is inclined so as to move away from one base lock holding piece 116 from the front side toward the rear side after the front end portion extends linearly in the front-rear direction (FIG. 5B). reference). In the pair of left and right base lock holding pieces 116, 116, the distance between the left and right portions of the parallel portions is set to be substantially the same as the plate thickness of the lock member 100. When the lock member 100 is inserted into the base insertion portion 93 from the rear opening, the pair of left and right base lock holding pieces 116 and 116 are open on the rear opening side, so that the lock member 100 is opened. Is easier to insert. The pair of base lock holding pieces 116 and 116 are configured to restrict left and right movements with the lock member 100 inserted into the base insertion portion 93 sandwiched from the left and right by parallel extending end surfaces extending in the front-rear direction. Has been.

The base connecting portion 92 is formed with a pair of left and right vertical support pieces 117 and 117 that protrude into the base insertion portion 93 from the right and left cylindrical walls. A pair of left and right vertical support pieces 117, 117 are positioned between the upper and lower base lock holding pieces 116, 116 and are provided in two sets apart from each other in the vertical direction. Is set to be small, and the extending end is aligned with the opening edge of the member insertion opening 115 (see FIG. 9B). The base connecting portion 92 is provided with a claw hook portion 118 formed in a step shape directed rearward on each of the upper cylindrical wall and the lower cylindrical wall on the rear side of the installation piece 112. (See FIG. 5 (a) and FIG. 9 (b)). The claw hook portion 118 is formed by denting the upper or lower cylindrical wall on a line extending to the rear side of the closing claw insertion port 113 that opens back and forth at a position biased upward and downward in the base insertion portion 93. Is formed.

(Fixing member)
As shown in FIG. 11, the fixing member 98 is formed of a metal plate material that is bent in a substantially U shape and is elastically deformable. The fixing member 98 includes a substantially rectangular first fixing piece portion 98a and a pair of second fixing piece portions 98b and 98b which are provided upright on the long sides of the first fixing piece portion 98a and are opposed to the left and right. And a lock fixing portion 99 provided on each second fixing piece portion 98b and extending toward the opposing second fixing piece portion 98b. In the lock fixing portion 99 of the embodiment, the second fixed piece portion 98b is cut into a substantially U shape connecting the open end side of the second fixed piece portion 98b, and the opposite second fixed piece portion 98b side. It is formed by bending it. The lock fixing portion 99 is inclined so as to extend toward the opening center side of the base insertion portion 93 from the rear side (the insertion side of the lock member 100 to the base insertion portion 93) toward the front side (FIG. )), And can be elastically deformed in the left-right direction with the connection portion to the second fixed piece 98b as a fulcrum. Here, the lock fixing portion 99 is elastically deformed along the second fixing piece portion 98b when pushed from the connection site side to the second fixing piece portion 98b. When pushed from the (extension end) side, it is stretched between the second fixed piece 98b and elastic deformation becomes substantially impossible. Note that “substantially impossible (impossible)” means that the member or part cannot be deformed or separated unless it is destroyed (as it is).

(Attaching the fixing member)
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the fixing member 98 has left and right second fixing piece portions 98 b and 98 b extending from the front opening of the base insertion portion 93 in the base connecting portion 92 to the left and right member insertion openings 115 and 115. The left and right second fixed piece portions 98b and 98b extend rearward from the installation piece 112 and are disposed along the vertical support pieces 117 of the left and right cylindrical walls. In other words, the fixing member 98 is restricted from being deformed in the direction in which the left and right second fixing piece portions 98b and 98b are supported by the vertical support piece 117 and separated from each other. Further, the fixing member 98 has the first fixing piece portion 98a in contact with the front surface of the member fixing piece 114, and the rearward movement of the fixing member 98 is restricted by the member fixing piece 114, and between the upper and lower installation pieces 112, 112. The second fixed piece portion 98b is positioned at the upper and lower portions of the second fixed piece portion 98b. The fixing member 98 is inclined so that the left and right lock fixing portions 99, 99 extend inwardly (in the left-right direction center) of the base insertion portion 93 as it goes forward from the rear opening side of the base insertion portion 93. Has been. As described above, the lock fixing portion 99 is provided in the base connecting portion 92 so as to extend into the base insertion portion 93, and the lock member 100 is inserted into the base insertion portion 93 from the cover connecting portion 96 side (rear). While being allowed to move from the rear to the front of the lock member 100, it is hooked on a lock engagement portion (engagement portion) 124 formed on the lock member 100 so that the lock connection portion 96 side of the lock member 100 is engaged. It is configured to restrict the movement to the rear (movement from the front to the rear of the lock member 100).

(Occlusion member)
As shown in FIG. 12, the closing member 102 includes a closing set including a plate-like closing body 120 and two closing claws 121 and 121 erected on upper and lower edges of the closing body 120. A plurality of sets are provided in accordance with the plurality of base connecting portions 92, and in the embodiment, two sets of closed sets in which the closed main bodies 120 are connected by the connection pieces 122 are configured. The closing member 102 is formed so that the outer shape of the closing main body 120 is aligned with the front opening of the base insertion portion 93, and is fitted on the rear surface of the closing main body 120 with the installation piece 112 protruding forward from the member fixing piece 114 of the base connecting portion 92. A receiving recess 120a is formed. The closing claw portion 121 is formed in a bowl shape having a claw that extends rearward from the closing body 120 and protrudes outwardly from the extending end portion (rear end portion). Further, the closing claw portion 121 is configured such that a column portion extending from the closing main body 120 can be elastically deformed in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 6, the closing member 102 passes the upper and lower closing claw portions 121 and 121 from the front opening of the base insertion portion 93 in the base connecting portion 92 to the upper and lower closing claw insertion openings 113 and 113, respectively. The upper and lower closing claw portions 121, 121 are extended rearward from the installation piece 112, and the corresponding closing claw portions 121 are hooked on the rear sides of the claw hook portions 118 formed respectively on the upper and lower cylinder walls. As a result, the closing member 102 is attached to the base connecting portion 92 in a state where the front opening of the base insertion portion 93 is closed by the closing main body 120, and is prevented from being pulled out by being caught by the claw hook portion 118 and the closing claw portion 121. . Further, the closing member 102 receives the front end portion of the installation piece 112 in the receiving recess 120 a of the closing body 120 and sandwiches the first fixing piece portion 98 a of the fixing member 98 between the closing body 120 and the member fixing piece 114. (See FIG. 5A). Here, the closing member 102 is attached to the base connecting portion 92 so that the closing claw portion 121 is accommodated inside the base connecting portion 92 and cannot be accessed from the outside. In other words, the closing member 102 has a so-called fitting-out structure that cannot be substantially removed from the base connecting portion 92. When the closing member 102 is attached after the fixing member 98 is disposed on the base connecting portion 92, the fixing member 98 is also removed. It may be prevented from being removed from the base connecting portion 92. In addition, a notch is formed at the front end of the base connecting portion 92 so as to correspond to the three connecting ribs 122 that are separated from each other in the vertical direction of the closing main body 120. Further, when the caulking means is destroyed, the base connecting portion 92 used can be separated from the spare base connecting portion 92 by breaking the connection 122 pieces with a cutting tool such as a nipper.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 10 (b), the cover connecting part 96 includes upper and lower parts extending from the left and right cylindrical walls constituting the cylindrical part to the center side (inside the opening) of the cover insertion part 97. It consists of a piece part 134a and front and rear piece parts 134b extending from the respective left and right cylindrical walls to the center side (inner side of the opening) of the cover insertion part 97 and extending in the front-rear direction to the front side of the upper and lower piece parts 134a. A cover lock holding piece 134 is provided. In the cover lock holding piece 134, the upper and lower piece portions 134a are disposed at substantially the same position as the receiving piece 132. Further, in the right cover connecting portion 96A, the upper and lower edges of the upper and lower piece portions 134a are separated from the receiving piece 132, and the lid claw portion of the lid member 104 is interposed between the upper and lower piece portions 134a and the receiving piece 132. 139 or a lid insertion port 135 through which the lid leg portion 140 can be inserted is defined (see FIG. 10B). One of the pair of cover lock holding pieces 134 formed on the left and right cylindrical walls has two front and rear piece parts 134b and 134b so as to be continuous with the upper and lower edges of the upper and lower piece parts 134a. The other of the pair of cover lock holding pieces 134 formed on the cylindrical wall has a single front and rear piece part 134b so as to be continuous with the vertical center part of the upper and lower piece part 134a. The pair of cover lock holding pieces 134 formed on the left and right cylinder walls are set to have the same distance in the left-right direction as the plate thickness of the lock member 100.

(Lid stopper)
As shown in FIGS. 5 (b) and 10 (b), the cover connecting portion 96A on the right side has a lid latching portion (hanging portion) formed in a step shape directed forward on the left and right cylindrical walls. A stop portion 136 is provided in front of the lock restricting portion 133. The lid latching portion 136 is formed by denting the left or right cylindrical wall on a line extending to the front side of the lid insertion port 135 that opens back and forth at a position biased upward and downward in the cover insertion portion 97. Has been. Here, in the cover connecting portion 96A of the embodiment, the lid latching portion 136 is not disposed opposite to the left and right cylindrical walls, but is lidded on the left cylindrical wall corresponding to the upper left lid insertion port 135. While the portion 136 is provided, the lid latching portion 136 is not provided on the right cylinder wall corresponding to the upper right lid insertion port 135 (see FIG. 10B). Similarly, the right cover connecting portion 96A is provided with a lid retaining portion 136 on the right cylinder wall corresponding to the lower right lid insertion port 135, while corresponding to the lower left lid insertion port 135. The lid retaining portion 136 is not provided on the left cylinder wall. In this manner, the right cover connecting portion 96A has the two lid hooking portions 136 and 136 arranged alternately in the vertical direction on the left and right cylindrical walls.

(Cover member)
As shown in FIG. 13, the lid member 104 is formed so as to extend from the outer edge of the lid body 138, and a lid body 138 having an outer shape matching the shape of the rear opening of the right cover insertion portion 97. A lid claw portion (claw portion) that restricts the movement of the lid member 104 in the direction (rearward) by being hooked on the lid hooking portion 136 formed on the wall surface that defines the cover insertion portion 97. 139. The lid member 104 includes a lid leg portion 140 that is formed to extend from the outer edge of the lid body 138 and is inserted into the cover insertion portion 97 along a wall surface that defines the cover insertion portion 97. In the lid member 104, a lid body 138 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in accordance with an opening shape extending in the vertical direction, and a lid claw portion 139 is spaced apart from each other on the left and right edges of the lid body 138. And the lid leg part 140 is provided so that it may extend ahead. Here, at the left edge of the lid body 138, the lid claw portion 139 is disposed at the upper portion and the lid leg portion 140 is disposed at the lower portion. The portion 140 is disposed to face the left edge lid claw portion 139 from the left and right, and the lid claw portion 139 is opposed to the left edge lid leg portion 140 from the left and right at the lower right edge of the lid body 138. Is arranged. As described above, the lid member 104 has the two lid claw portions 139 and 139 and the two lid leg portions 140 and 140 arranged alternately on the left and right edges of the lid body 138 in the vertical direction. The lid member 104 is formed in a symmetrical shape that has the same positional relationship when the lid body 138, the lid claw portion 139, and the lid leg portion 140 are turned upside down.

The lid claw portion 139 is formed in a bowl shape having a claw piece 139a extending forward from the lid body 138 and projecting outward (left or right) opposite to each other at the extended end portion (front end portion). (See FIG. 5 (b) and FIG. 13 (b)). Further, the lid claw portion 139 is configured such that a column portion extending from the lid body can be elastically deformed in the left-right direction. On the other hand, the lid leg portion 140 has a columnar shape extending forward from the lid main body 138, and is formed in a linear shape that does not have the claw piece 139a at the extended end portion like the lid claw portion 139. . Then, the lid member 104 passes the lid claw portion 139 and the lid leg portion 140 from the rear opening of the cover insertion portion 97 in the right side cover coupling portion 96A to the lid insertion port 135, respectively, and the lid claw portion 139 and the lid leg portion. 140 is extended to the front side from the lock restricting portion 133, and a corresponding lid claw portion 139 is hooked on the front side of the lid latching portion 136 formed on each of the left and right cylindrical walls. As a result, the lid member 104 is attached to the right cover connecting portion 96 </ b> A with the lid body 138 closing the rear opening of the cover insertion portion 97, and the lid member 104 is prevented from being detached by being caught by the lid latching portion 136 and the lid claw portion 139. Has been. Here, the lid member 104 is attached to the right-side cover coupling portion 96A so that the lid claw portion 139 is accommodated inside the cover coupling portion 96A and cannot be accessed from the outside. That is, the lid member 104 has a so-called fitting structure that cannot be substantially removed from the right-side cover connecting portion 96A, and the lid member 104 is attached after the lock member 100 is disposed in the cover insertion portion 97 and the base insertion portion 93. Then, access to the lock member 100 from the outside can be prevented.

(Difference between the left and right cover joints)
The left and right cover connecting portions 96A and 96B have the same configuration of the lock restricting portion 133 and the cover lock holding piece 134 for supporting the lock member 100. On the other hand, the spare cover connecting portion 96B located on the left side is such that the cylindrical portion defining the cover insertion portion 97 has a smaller left-right width than the cover connecting portion 96A used mainly on the right side. The lid member 104 does not fit into the rear opening. The cover connecting portion 96B on the left side does not have the configuration such as the lid hooking portion 136 and the lid insertion port 135 related to the attachment of the lid member 104 because the lid member 104 is not attached. As described above, when the right and left cover connecting portions 96A and 96B are provided with different portions, when the lock member 100 is inserted from the rear opening of the cover insertion portion to constitute the caulking means, a plurality of sets of connecting portions 92, It can be easily understood which one of 96A, 92, and 96B should be used. Further, when the set of the right connecting portions 92 and 96A is broken due to proper reasons such as maintenance of the main control board 31 and others, the lid member 104 is attached to the set of the left connecting portions 92 and 96B. Since it does not exist, it can make it easy to understand the situation of the caulking means.

The caulking means is inserted into the base insertion portion 93 and the cover insertion portion 97 that communicate with each other when the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are combined from the cover connecting portion 96 side, and the lock restricting portion 133 of the cover connecting portion 96 is inserted. The lock member 100, whose movement is restricted at the insertion position by the engagement between the lock engagement portion 125 and the lock engagement portion 125, is retained and prevented from being caught by the lock engagement portion 124 of the lock member 100 and the lock fixation portion 99 of the fixation member 98. (See FIG. 5). In other words, in the caulking means, the lock member 100 disposed across the base insertion portion 93 and the cover insertion portion 97 is replaced by the lock fixing portion 99 and the cover connection portion 96 of the fixing member 98 disposed in the base connection portion 92. The base connecting portion 92 and the cover connecting portion 96 are connected in a non-separable manner in the front-rear direction. Further, the caulking means is connected to both the base member 62 and the cover member 97 so that the lock member 100 disposed across the base insertion portion 93 and the cover insertion portion 97 prevents relative sliding displacement between the base member 62 and the cover member 64 in the left-right direction. As described above, the base member 62 and the cover member 64 cannot be separated from each other unless the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are slid relative to each other in the left-right direction. .

(About the anti-fraud structure of the seal sticker)
As shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 7, the substrate case 32 includes a base sticking portion (first sticking portion) provided on the left edge portion (outer edge portion) of the base member (first member) 62. 142 and a cover adhering portion that is provided on the left edge portion (outer edge portion) of the cover member (second member) 64 and overlaps with the base adhering portion 142 when the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are combined. (Second sticking part) 144 is attached so as to surround base sticking part 142 and cover sticking part 144 so as to cover seal sticker S stuck so as to straddle the base sticking part and the cover sticking part. And a seal cover 146. The substrate case 32 is connected to the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144 so as to be displaceable, and is housed between the sticking portions 142 and 144 so that the cutting edge is retracted from the seal seal S (see FIG. 8 and FIG. 14) and the moving state (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 15) projecting outward from between the sticking portions 142 and 144 so that the cutting edge intersects with the sealing seal S. A displacement seal cutter 148 is provided. The seal cutter 148 is configured to be displaced from the retracted state to the moving state in conjunction with the movement of removing the seal cover 146 from the both sticking portions 142 and 144. The sealing sticker S affixed to the attaching parts 142 and 142 is cut | disconnected.

(Sealed seal)
The seal sticker S is a sheet-like material to which a symbol or a two-dimensional code is assigned, an IC tag in which a management code or the like is stored, or a predetermined information is given, such as an adhesive or an adhesive. Is attached so as to straddle the front face of the base sticking part 142 and the rear face of the cover sticking part 144. In the seal seal S, the main control substrate 31 (main control device 30) enclosed in the substrate case 32 is a genuine product according to the presence (state) of the seal seal S and / or information given to the seal seal S. This is one of the proofs. The substrate case 32 of the embodiment can discriminate fraud by cutting the seal seal S with a seal cutter 148 that operates in conjunction with the removal of the seal cover 146, based on the cut marks remaining on the seal seal S.

(Base sticking part)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 9A, the base attaching portion 142 has a plate-like portion formed to extend leftward from the left outer wall portion 69 of the base member 62. It has a substantially tray shape that is open to the rear and is formed so that a wall rises toward the rear at the upper and lower and left peripheral edges of the shaped portion. The base adhering portion 142 is provided below the base caulking component 90 and is spaced from the lower base wall 107 of the base caulking component 90. The base sticking portion 142 is provided with a cylindrical cutter bearing portion 150 that is disposed below the plate-like portion and protrudes backward (see FIG. 6). Further, the base sticking portion 142 is provided with a boss-like screwing portion 151 that is disposed obliquely to the lower left side of the cutter bearing portion 150 and protrudes rearward. Here, the base adhering portion 142 is formed such that the upper edge portion and the lower edge portion are inclined downward as the left and right edge portions are separated from the left outer wall portion 69 to the left. The gap between the caulking component 90 and the lower base wall 107 becomes wider vertically as it goes to the left.

(Cover sticking part)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 10 (a), the cover adhering portion 144 has a plate-like portion formed to extend leftward from the left peripheral wall portion 81 of the cover member 64, and this plate It is in the shape of a substantially tray that is open forward and is formed so that the wall rises forward at the top and bottom and left peripheral edges of the shaped portion. The cover adhering portion 144 is provided below the cover caulking component 94, and is spaced apart from the lower cover wall 127 of the cover caulking component 94. The cover sticking portion 144 has an outer shape that matches the outer shape of the base sticking portion 142. When the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are assembled, the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144 are formed. Walls that stand up at the periphery of each other are arranged opposite to each other in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 6). That is, the cover adhering portion 144 is formed so that the upper edge portion and the lower edge portion are inclined downward as the left and right edge portions are separated from the left peripheral wall portion 81 to the left, and the upper edge portion of the cover adhering portion 144 and the cover caulking A gap with the lower cover wall 127 of the component portion 94 becomes wider vertically as it goes to the left. The cover sticking portion 144 is provided with a cylindrical cutter pressing portion 154 that is disposed on the lower side of the plate-like portion so as to face the rear side of the cutter bearing portion 150 and protrudes forward (see FIG. 6). Further, a screw through hole 155 is formed through the cover sticking portion 144 at a position facing the rear side of the screw fastening portion 151 of the base sticking portion 142, and the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144 are formed. Are fastened to the screwing portion 151 via the screw through hole 155 in a state where the two are aligned in the front-rear direction. Here, the screw through-hole 155 is provided at a portion where the seal sticker S is stuck on the cover sticking portion 144 and is hidden by the seal sticker S stuck on the cover sticking portion 144 (FIG. 14 ( b)).

(Member holding part)
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 10 (a), in the cover sticking portion 144, the spare lock member 100 is accommodated between the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144. A member holding portion (holding portion) 156 for holding is provided. The member holding part 156 is provided in the upper part of the cover sticking part 144 using a space above the cutter passage port 159 formed in the cover sticking part 144. The member holding portion 156 includes a member holding claw 157 formed in a bowl shape that protrudes forward from the plate-like portion of the cover adhering portion 144 and has a claw protruding outward (upward) at its extended end. The member holding claw 157 is inserted into the lock engaging portion 124 of the lock member 100 so as to hold the lock member 100 between the claw and the plate-like portion (see FIG. 6). As described above, the member holding portion 156 is configured to be held using the lock engagement portion 124 used for engagement with the lock fixing portion 99 in the lock member 100, so that the holding structure of the member holding portion 156 is achieved. Can be easy. The lock member 100 is held in a posture in which the plate surface is aligned with the plate-like portion of the cover sticking portion 144, and is stored between the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144 in the retracted state. The seal cutter 148 is disposed on the rear side.

As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 14 (b), the base adhering portion 142 and the cover adhering portion 144 are separated from each other from the left edge portion to the upper edge portion, and the retracted state and the moving position are separated. A cutter opening 158 is formed through which a seal cutter 148 that is displaced therebetween can pass. Further, the base adhering portion 142 and the cover adhering portion 144 are configured such that their walls are opposed to each other at the lower edge portion or substantially without a gap. In the cover sticking portion 144, a cutter passage port 159 through which the second cutting portion 165 that protrudes rearwardly in the seal cutter 148 is inserted is formed in the middle portion in the up-down direction. The cutter passage port 159 is formed so as to extend in the left-right direction in accordance with the displacement path of the second cutting portion 165 accompanying the displacement between the retracted state and the moving state of the seal cutter 148. The upper opening edge of the cutter passage opening 159 is formed in an arc shape in accordance with the seal cutter 148 that rotates with the supported lower end as a fulcrum. Here, the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are configured such that the left peripheral wall portion 81 of the cover member 64 overlaps the inner side of the left outer wall portion 69 of the base member 62 when assembled to each other (see FIG. 7). For example, even if an unauthorized tool such as a wire is inserted from the cutter opening 158 or the cutter passage port 159, it is blocked by the left peripheral wall portion 81 so that the storage space 32a cannot be accessed.

Further, the seal cover 146 is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64 in an inseparable manner by fitting the cover attaching portions 168 and 169 to the corresponding attachment receiving portions 172 and 173. That is, when the seal cover 146 is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64, the seal cover 146 is configured so that it cannot be removed unless the second cover attaching portion 169 is destroyed.

(Linkage Department)
As shown in FIG. 8, when the seal cover 146 is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64, the seal cover 146 engages with the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 in the retracted state, A linkage part 170 is provided for displacing the seal cutter 148 from the retracted state to the moved state when the seal cover 146 is removed. The link part 170 is provided on the inner surface of the upper wall of the main body part surrounding the sticking parts 142 and 144 in the seal cover 146, and is formed so as to protrude downward from the upper wall (see FIG. 17). Moreover, the link part 170 is formed in the substantially triangular shape from which the protrusion dimension from an upper wall becomes large as it goes to the left from the right.

(Mounting receiver)
As shown in FIG. 14, the first attachment receiving portion 172 is located below the base attaching portion 142, and is formed in a lower notch portion of the left outer wall portion 69, which is formed in a concave notch opened rearward. 172a, and a cover cutout portion 172b formed in a concave cutout opened forward at the front end portion of the left peripheral wall portion 81 of the cover member 64 that closes the open end of the base cutout portion 172a. An opening that communicates with the slide groove 72 is formed. The second mounting receiving portion 173 includes a base concave portion 173a formed in a step shape opened downward and rearward at the rear left and right central portion of the lower base wall 107 of the base caulking component 90, and the base concave portion 173a. And a front end surface of the lower cover wall 127 of the cover caulking component 94 that closes the rear open end of the cover, and is formed in a concave shape opened downward. As described above, the first attachment receiving portion 172 and the second attachment receiving portion 173 are formed when the base member 62 (base caulking component 90) and the cover member 64 (cover caulking component 94) are combined. The components provided on the side (base notch portion 172a, base recessed portion 173a) and the components provided on the cover member 64 side (cover notch portion 172b, front end surface of the lower cover wall 127) are combined. It has become so. That is, the components provided on the base member 62 side (base notch portion 172a, base recess 173a) or the components provided on the cover member 64 side (front end surface of the cover notch portion 172b, front end surface of the lower cover wall 127) ) The single body cannot hold the first cover mounting portion 168 and the second cover mounting portion 169 that match the components, and the cover mounting portions 168 and 169 can be separated. That is, even if the first cover mounting portion 168 is inserted into the base cutout portion 172a of the base member 62 that forms a part of the first mounting receiving portion 172, if the cover member 64 is not mounted, the base cutout portion 172a is moved backward. Since it is open, the first cover mounting portion 168 can be pulled out rearward from the base cutout portion 172a. Even if the first cover mounting portion 168 is inserted into the cover cutout portion 172b of the cover member 64 that forms part of the first mounting receiving portion 172, the cover cutout portion 172b opens forward unless the base member 72 is mounted. Therefore, the first cover mounting portion 168 can be pulled out from the cover cutout portion 172b to the front side. Similarly, even if the second cover mounting portion 169 is inserted into the base concave portion 173a of the lower base wall 107 that forms part of the second mounting receiving portion 173, if the cover member 64 is not attached, the base concave portion 173a Since it is opened rearward, the second cover mounting portion 169 can be pulled out from the base concave portion 173a to the rear side.

(Linking configuration of seal cover and seal cutter)
As described above, the lower end portion of the seal cutter 148 is rotatably supported by the base sticking portion 142, and the linkage receiving portion 163 provided at the upper end portion is caught by the linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146. (See FIG. 8). When the seal cover 146 is attached so that the cover attaching portions 168 and 169 are fitted to the corresponding attachment receiving portions 172 and 173 so as to cover both the attaching portions 142 and 144, the linkage portion 170 is attached to both the attaching portions 142 and 142. It is inserted between both sticking parts 142 and 144 from the upper cutter opening 158 between 144 and arranged on the right side of the linkage receiving part 163 in the seal cutter 148 (see FIGS. 8 and 15). That is, when the seal cover 146 is removed from both the sticking portions 142 and 144, the linkage receiving portion 163 is arranged on the right side that is the front side in the displacement direction of the linkage portion 170 that is displaced to the left along with the seal cover 146. The linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 is located on the displacement locus of the portion 170. Then, when the second cover mounting portion 169 is broken and the seal cover 146 is rotated and removed with the first cover mounting portion 168 engaged with the first mounting receiving portion 172 as a fulcrum, the link receiving portion 169 receives the link. The part 163 is pulled so that the seal cutter 148 is rotationally displaced from the retracted state toward the moving state.

As shown in FIG. 15, in the seal cover 146, the rotational displacement locus of the linkage part 170 from the attached state of the seal cover 146 to the removed state changes from the retracted state of the linkage receiving part 163 in the seal cutter 148 to the moved state. It is set so as to be gradually separated from the directed rotational displacement locus. Accordingly, the seal cutter 148 rotates from the retracted state to the moved state due to the engagement of the linkage portion 170 and the linkage receiving portion 163 with the rotational displacement from the attached state of the seal cover 146 to the removed state within a predetermined range. In addition to the dynamic displacement, the linkage portion 170 and the linkage receiving portion 163 are disengaged when the predetermined range is exceeded, and the seal cover 146 and the seal cutter 148 are separated. The linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146 in the attached state to the both sticking portions 142 and 144 and the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 in the retracted state are arranged so that the vertical positions are approximately aligned. In the substrate case 32, the rotation fulcrum (first cover attachment portion 168) of the seal cover 146 from the attached state to the removed state is the rotation fulcrum (cutter shaft) of the seal cutter 148 set at the lower end of the seal cutter 148. The distance from the pivot fulcrum of the seal cover 146 to the linkage part 170 is longer than the distance from the pivot fulcrum of the seal cutter 148 to the linkage receiving part 163. Has been. As a result, the rotational displacement locus taken by the linkage part 170 when the seal cover 146 is turned from the attached state to the removed state is taken by the linkage receiving part 163 when the seal cutter 148 is turned from the retracted state to the moved state. It is set so as to gradually shift to the outer side (left side away from the main body portion of the substrate case 32) from the rotational displacement locus. That is, the linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146 and the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 are both rotated within the range of the contact surfaces extending in the radial direction of the arcuate rotation displacement locus. Even if the displacement trajectory is deviated, the mutual engagement is maintained, and both the rotational displacement trajectories are deviated beyond the abutting surfaces, whereby the linking portion 170 is detached from the linking receiving portion 163.

Here, the linkage part 170 and the linkage receiving part 163 are configured to maintain the engagement until the second cutting part 165 of the seal cutter 148 comes out (to the left) from both the sticking parts 142 and 144. Therefore, most of the seal seal S can be cut by the first cutting portion 164 and the seal seal S attached to the cover sticking portion 144 can be cut in the left-right direction. In addition, the linkage part 170 and the linkage receiving part 163 are preferably configured so as to be disengaged before or at the same time as reaching the rotation limit of the seal cutter 148 from the retracted state to the moving state. By comprising, damage to the seal cutter 148 can be prevented.

(Board case mounting structure)
A structure for attaching the substrate case 32 to the installation member 22 will be briefly described. The substrate case 32 is provided at the center of the front edge of the left outer wall portion 69 of the base member 62 so as to be positioned on the front side of the base adhering portion 142, and a receiving portion (not shown) provided on the front surface of the installation member 22. A hooking portion 176 (see FIG. 7) to be hooked and a positioning hole provided in the upper portion of the right peripheral wall portion 82 of the cover member 64 and through which a positioning pin (not shown) provided on the front surface of the installation member 22 is inserted. A positioning portion 177 (see FIG. 3) and a case fixing portion 178 (see FIG. 3) provided on the upper portion of the right peripheral wall portion 82 are provided. Note that an attachment 179 is attached to the case fixing portion 178. The substrate case 32 is attached to the case fixing portion 178 while the hook portion 176 is hooked on the receiving portion of the installation member 22 and the positioning pin of the installation member 22 is inserted into the positioning hole of the positioning portion 177. The attachment member 179 is detachably assembled to the installation member 22 by engaging with a holding hole (not shown) provided in the installation member 22.

(Operation of Example)
Next, the operation of the pachinko machine 10 according to the embodiment will be described.

(Assembly of caulking means)
The fixing member 98 is inserted from the front opening of the base insertion portion 93 in the base connecting portion 92, and the left and right second fixing piece portions 98 b and 98 b in the fixing member 98 are passed through the left and right member insertion openings 115 and 115. The first fixing piece 98a of the fixing member 98 is pushed in by the fixing piece 114 until the backward movement is restricted. At this time, the lock fixing portion 99 of the fixing member 98 is inclined so as to extend to the inner side of the opening of the base insertion portion 93 from the front side in the insertion direction of the fixing member 98 to the rear side. 114 is elastically deformed toward the outer side of the opening by contact with 114, and insertion into the member insertion opening 115 is allowed. Then, when the lock fixing portion 99 is positioned on the rear side of the member fixing piece 114 through the member insertion opening 115, the fixing member 98 moves to the inner side of the opening of the base insertion portion 93 as it moves forward from the rear. Return to the original tilted posture. That is, when the fixing member 98 is disposed in the base insertion portion 93, the lock fixing portion 99 is hooked on the member fixing piece 114 to restrict the forward movement, and the first fixing piece portion 98 a is attached to the member fixing piece 114. Since the rearward movement is restricted by being caught, the base insertion portion 93 that opens in the front-rear direction is prevented from coming off. Further, the fixed member 98 is supported by the vertical support piece 117 while the second fixed piece portion 98b is sandwiched between the upper and lower installation pieces 112 and 112 and the base lock holding pieces 116 and 116, and the vertical movement is restricted. Thus, the displacement of the second fixed piece 98b toward the outside of the opening of the base insertion portion 93 is restricted. Thus, when the fixing member 98 is inserted into the base insertion portion 93, it is held at an appropriate position.

Next, the closing member 102 is inserted from the front opening of the base insertion portion 93 in the base connecting portion 92, and the upper and lower closing claw portions 121, 121 in the closing member 102 are passed through the upper and lower closing insertion holes 113, 113, respectively. The member fixing piece 114 is pushed in until the closing main body 120 of the closing member 102 is restricted from moving backward. At this time, the claw pieces at the extending end of the closing claw portion 121 in the closing member 102 are respectively hooked on the claw hook portions 118 provided on the upper and lower cylinder walls of the base connecting portion 92, and the base connecting portion 92 is closed by the closing main body 120. It is prevented from coming off while the front opening is closed. In this way, the closing member 102 is fitted and killed in the front opening of the base connecting portion 92, so that the fixing member 98 accommodated in the base insertion portion 93 by the closing member 102 is externally connected to the fixing member 98 through the front opening. Access can be prevented, and unauthorized actions such as removing the fixing member 98 can be prevented. The fixing member 98 and the closing member 102 can be assembled even after the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are assembled.

By assembling the base member 62 and the cover member 64, the caulking protrusion 129 and the caulking opening 109 are fitted to each other, and the upper and left base walls 106 and 108 are overlapped with the cover walls 126 and 128. The base connecting portion 92 and the cover connecting portion 96 are aligned in a state where they overlap in the front-rear direction so that the insertion portions 93 and 97 communicate with each other. The lock member 100 is inserted from the rear opening of the cover insertion portion 97 in the cover connecting portion 96 until the lock engaging portion 125 of the lock member 100 is restricted in movement by the lock restricting portion 133 of the cover connecting portion 96. Move forward. At this time, the lock fixing portion 99 of the fixing member 98 is inclined so as to extend toward the inside of the opening of the base insertion portion from the rear side to the front side with respect to the lock member 100 inserted from the rear to the front. Therefore, the elastic member is elastically deformed toward the outside of the opening by contact with the lock member 100, and the lock member 100 is allowed to be inserted into the base insertion portion 93. When the lock member 100 arrives at the insertion position, the lock fixing portion 99 of the fixing member 98 is positioned at the opening-shaped lock engaging portion 124 of the lock member 100, and the lock fixing portion 99 is opened to the base insertion portion 93. Return to the original tilted posture that extends inward. That is, when the lock member 100 is disposed so as to straddle the base insertion portion 93 from the cover insertion portion 97, the lock engaging portion 125 of the lock member 100 is caught by the lock restricting portion 133 of the cover connecting portion 96 and exceeds the insertion position. Further, the forward movement is restricted, and the lock fixing portion 99 is hooked on the lock engaging portion 124 and the backward movement is restricted, so that the cover insertion portion 97 that opens rearward cannot be removed. Yes.

Next, the lid member 104 is inserted from the rear opening of the cover insertion portion 97, and the lid claw portion 139 and the lid leg portion 140 of the lid member 104 are respectively passed through the corresponding lid insertion openings 135 to lock the lid body 138. Push in until the rear end surface of the member 100 abuts the forward movement. At this time, the claw pieces 139a at the extending end of the lid claw portion 139 in the lid member 104 are respectively hooked on the lid retaining portions 136 provided on the left and right cylindrical walls of the cover connecting portion 96A, and the cover body 138 inserts the cover. It is prevented from coming off while the rear opening of the portion 97 is closed. Thus, the lid member 104 is fitted into the rear opening of the cover insertion portion 97 and killed, so that the lid member 104 opens the rear opening with respect to the lock member 100 accommodated in the cover insertion portion 97 and the base insertion portion 93. It is possible to prevent access from the outside via the cable and to prevent an illegal act such as removing the lock member 100. In the embodiment, after the lid member 104 is attached to the cover connecting portion 96A, an adhesive is poured into the insertion portions 93 and 97 from a slight gap between the lid member 104 and the cover connecting portion 96A, and the inside is covered by the adhesive. It is stuck.

The caulking means configured as described above cannot be removed from the connecting portions 92 and 96 without destroying the lock member 100, the fixing member 98, the closing member 102, and the lid member 104. Further, even if the caulking means tries to slide and displace the base member 62 and the cover member 64 relative to each other in the left-right direction, the lock member 100 made of metal and having a rigidity is caught by both the connecting portions 92 and 96, so that the base member The relative slide displacement between 62 and the cover member 64 can be prevented. Further, even if the caulking means applies a force so as to separate the base member 62 and the cover member 64 in the front-rear direction, the lock member 100 is engaged with the base member 62 and the cover connecting portion. The front and rear separation displacement with respect to the cover member 64 can be prevented. Thus, in the state in which the caulking means is configured, the substrate case 32 cannot be opened without destroying the caulking means, and the main control board 31 can be appropriately protected from unauthorized access. Moreover, even if the substrate case 32 is opened, the broken caulking means remains as a trace, so that the presence or absence of the opening can be easily grasped.

According to the caulking means of the embodiment, only by inserting the lock member 100 into the both insertion portions 93 and 97 from the cover connecting portion 96 side, the lock fixing portion 99 disposed in the base connecting portion 92 is locked to the lock member 100. The lock connecting portion 96 of the cover connecting portion 96 is hooked on the lock engaging portion 125 of the lock member 100 and the base connecting portion 92 and the cover connecting portion 96 are held by the lock member so as not to be separated. As described above, the connecting operation of the connecting portions 92 and 96 by the lock member 100 can be performed very simply by inserting the connecting portions 93 and 97 into the both inserting portions 93 and 97 without using a tool. . Further, the caulking means is configured so that the closing member 102 and the lid member 104 can be attached by claw fitting only by being pushed into the corresponding insertion portions 93 and 97. Can be carried out very easily without the need for a squeezing means, and the time and labor required for assembling the caulking means can be further reduced. That is, the assembly operation of the substrate case 32 can be simplified even if there is a caulking means for preventing the substrate case 32 from being illegally opened by the lock member 100 that holds the connecting portions 92 and 96 inseparably.

In the caulking means, both insertion portions 93 and 94 in which the lock member 100 is accommodated are closed by a closing member 102 fitted to the base connecting portion 92 and a lid member 104 fitted to the cover connecting portion 96A. Therefore, the blocking member 102 and the lid member 104 can prevent the lock member 100 from being accessed from the outside, and prevent unauthorized opening of the substrate case 32 more reliably. In addition, the fixing means 98, the lock member 100, the closing member 102, and the lid member 104 are connected to the connecting portions 92, 96 by using a hook between members or clamping between members without using a fastener such as a screw. Therefore, a boss or a hole for fastening the fastener is not required, and the whole can be made compact.

(About the seal cover mounting structure)
When the seal cover 146 is attached, the first cover attaching portion 168 is inserted into the first attachment receiving portion 172 and the first cover attaching portion 168 is hooked on the opening edge of the first attachment receiving portion 172. The seal cover 146 is rotated upward with the first cover mounting portion 168 as a fulcrum. The seal cover 146 rotates with the first cover mounting portion 168 hooked on the first mounting receiving portion 172 as a fulcrum, so that the second cover mounting portion 169 is aligned with the second mounting receiving portion 173 without deviation, and the first The seal cover 146 is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64 in a state of covering the base attaching part 142 and the cover attaching part 144 by pushing the two cover attaching part 169 into the second attachment receiving part 173. Here, since the right surface of the second cover mounting portion 169 that contacts the lower base wall 107 when it is pushed into the second mounting receiving portion 173 is inclined, the second mounting receiving portion 173 of the second cover mounting portion 169 is inclined. Smooth fitting is allowed. Since the upper and lower surfaces and the left surface of the second cover attachment portion 169 extend in the front-rear direction, the second cover attachment portion 169 is caught by a wall that defines the second attachment receiving portion 173 and is prevented from coming off. As described above, when the seal cover 146 is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64, the cover attaching portions 168 and 169 are caught on the walls defining the attachment receiving portions 172 and 173, and the cover attaching portions 168, The seal cover cannot be removed without destroying 169 or the like. That is, it is possible to prevent an illegal act such as removing the seal cover 146 to gain access to the seal seal S or the main control board 31. In addition, since the seal cover 146 cannot be removed without destroying the cover attaching portions 168, 169, etc., it is possible to prevent an illegal act such as reusing the removed seal cover 146.

When the seal cover 146 is attached, when the first cover attachment portion 168 hooked on the first attachment receiving portion 172 is rotated as a fulcrum, the seal in the retracted state is placed on the rotational displacement locus of the linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146. The linkage receiving portions 163 of the cutter 148 are in an intersecting relationship. When the seal cover 146 is attached, the right side surface, which is the front side in the advancing direction of the linking portion, is inclined, and elastically deformed so that the connection receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 branches from the cutter body and comes close to the cutter body. Therefore, when the seal cover 146 is attached, the linking part 170 easily climbs over the linking receiving part 163 and is disposed on the right side of the linking receiving part 163. That is, according to this configuration, when the seal cover 146 is attached, the linkage part 170 of the seal cover 146 and the linkage receiving part 163 of the seal cutter 148 can be prevented from being damaged.

The substrate case 32 is provided with a linkage portion 170 inside the seal cover 146, and the linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146 in the attached state and the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 in the retracted state are connected to the base attaching portion 142. And the cover adhering part 144, the access to the engaging part between the linking part 170 and the linking receiving part 163 can be prevented by both the adhering parts 142, 144 and the seal cover 146. it can. That is, before removing the seal cover 146, an operation of releasing the engagement between the connecting portion of the seal cover 146 and the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 is performed from the outside of the seal cover 146, and the sealing seal S is performed by the seal cutter 148. Unauthorized actions such as removing the seal cover 146 so as not to be cut can be prevented.

(Linking structure of seal cover and seal cutter)
When removing the seal cover 146, the second cover mounting portion 169 is broken with a cutting tool, and the seal cover 146 is moved to the left with the first cover mounting portion 168 hooked on the first mounting receiving portion 172 as a fulcrum. Rotate. When the linkage receiving portion 163 is pushed by the linkage portion 170 that is displaced to the left along with the rotational displacement of the seal cover 146, the seal cutter 148 is rotationally displaced leftward with the lower cutter shaft portion 162 as a rotational fulcrum. Then, the first cutting portion 164 of the seal cutter 148 that is displaced from the retracted state to the moving state protrudes outward from the cutter opening 158, thereby cutting the sealing seal S covering the cutter opening 158 up and down. Moreover, also about the 2nd cutting part 165 of the seal cutter 148, the site | part affixed on the rear surface of the cover sticking part 144 in the seal sticker S is cut | disconnected from right to left. As described above, the engagement between the linkage portion 170 of the seal cover 146 and the linkage receiving portion 163 of the seal cutter 148 causes the seal cutter 148 to be accommodated between the two sticking portions 142 and 144 in conjunction with the removal of the seal cover 146. Since the seal seal S is cut by moving from the retracted state to a moving state protruding from both the sticking portions 142 and 144, an illegal act of reusing the seal seal S can be prevented.

In this way, the lower end portion of the seal cutter 148 is pivotally connected to the base sticking portion 142 so that the seal cutter 148 has a retracted state and a moving state with respect to the base sticking portion 142 and the cover sticking portion 144. Even if the seal cutter 148 is displaced from the retracted state to the moved state in conjunction with the removal of the seal cover 146, the lower end portion remains connected to the base sticking portion 142. That is, the seal cutter 148 is displaced so as to cut the seal seal S in conjunction with the removal of the seal cover 146, but the lower end portion is connected to the base sticking portion 142 and is not separated from the base sticking portion 142. When the seal cover 146 is removed, it can be avoided that the seal cutter 148 falls or is lost. In addition, since the seal cutter 148 is displaced with the cutter bearing portion 150, which is a connection portion with the base attaching portion 142, as a reference (fulcrum), the seal cutter 148 is hardly affected by fluctuations such as the removal of the seal cover 146. 148 can be stably displaced along a predetermined displacement locus. That is, the seal cutter 148 interferes with the opening edge of the cutter opening 158 and the cutter passage opening 159, and thus it is possible to prevent interlocking troubles such as the disengagement state between the linkage portion 170 and the linkage receiving portion 163. The seal seal S can be more reliably cut during removal. When the seal cutter 148 is reused, the seal cutter 148 is appropriately disposed between the sticking portions 142 and 144 in the retracted state only by returning from the moving state to the retracted state with the lower end of the seal cutter 148 as a fulcrum. Can do. That is, since the seal cutter 148 is configured to be displaced with reference to the cutter bearing portion 150 that is a connection portion with the base sticking portion 142 as a reference (fulcrum), it does not require time and effort for alignment in the retracted state. The configuration for aligning with can also be omitted. Further, it is not necessary to open the substrate case 32 in order to return the seal cutter 148 to the retracted state accommodated between the base sticking part 142 and the cover sticking part 144. Thus, according to the substrate case 32 of the embodiment, the seal cutter 148 can be easily reused.

The seal cover 146 has a rotational displacement trajectory of the linkage part 170 from the attached state of the seal cover 146 to the removed state, and a rotational displacement of the linkage cutter 148 from the retracted state to the moved state. It is set to gradually move away from the trajectory. That is, in the rotational displacement from the attached state to the detached state in the seal cover 146, the seal cutter 148 is retracted in conjunction with the seal cover 146 over a predetermined range in which the linkage part 170 and the linkage receiving part 163 are engaged. Can be turned and displaced toward the moving state. When the rotational displacement from the attached state to the removed state in the seal cover 146 exceeds the predetermined range in which the linking part 170 and the linking receiving part 163 are engaged, the linking part 170 has a radius larger than that of the linking receiving part 163. By detaching outward in the direction, the linkage portion 170 and the linkage receiving portion 163 are naturally disengaged. Therefore, when the seal cover 146 is largely rotated and displaced, it is not necessary to manually remove the seal cutter 148 that protrudes from the sticking portions 142 and 144 and cuts the seal seal S from the inside of the seal cover 146. It can be separated from the seal cover 146 in conjunction with the removal operation. As described above, the seal cutter 148 that cuts the seal seal S when the seal cover 146 is removed is separated from the seal cover 146 by the difference in the rotational displacement locus between the seal cover 146 and the seal cutter 148. There is no need to remove it from the seal cover 146 when reusing.

The first attachment receiving portion 172 and the second attachment receiving portion 173 into which the cover attaching portions 168 and 169 of the seal cover 146 are fitted are the base member 62 (base caulking component 90) and the cover member 64 (cover caulking component 94). Are combined with the components provided on the base member 62 side (base notch portion 172a, base recess portion 173a) and the components provided on the cover member 64 side (cover notch portion 172b, lower cover wall 127). Front end surface). That is, if the base member 62 and the cover member 64 are not combined, the mounting receiving portions 172 and 173 are not completed. Therefore, the seal cover 162 is mistakenly attached to the component parts of the mounting receiving portions 172 and 173 in the base member 62 and the cover member 64 by mistake. Even when it is attached, the seal cover 162 can be removed.

The caulking means includes two caulking sets including a base connecting portion 92 and a cover connecting portion 96, and the caulking set in the caulking state is broken by the connecting support pieces 110 and 130 and the connecting piece 122 to be removed. After the substrate case 32 is opened for an appropriate reason such as maintenance of the main control board 31, the base member 62 and the cover member 64 may be connected inseparably using the remaining caulking set. For this purpose, the substrate case 32 is provided with a spare lock member 100, and this spare lock member 100 is held by a member holding part 156 provided in the cover sticking part 144, and the base sticking part 142 and It is accommodated between the cover sticking parts 144. Thus, the spare lock member 100 is accommodated between the base sticking portion 142 of the base member 62 and the cover sticking portion 144 of the cover member 64, which are configured so as not to be separated by the caulking means, Since it is enclosed inside the seal cover 146 that covers the adhering portions 142 and 144 and is attached to the base member 62 and the cover member 64 in an inseparable manner, the spare lock member 100 is removed and used for unauthorized modification. Such as fraud can be prevented. Even if the seal cover 146 is removed, since the spare lock member 100 cannot be accessed unless the substrate case 32 is opened, fraud can be hesitant.
