Description

The present invention relates to a snowfall prevention device that is installed in a building and prevents the occurrence of snowfall on a roof.

In areas with a lot of snow, snow ridges may form on the roof edge of buildings in winter. If the generated snowfall is left unattended, the snowfall will gradually grow and eventually collapse due to its weight, causing the risk of damaging the underlying equipment and injuring the passing person. For this reason, in recent years, a technique has been proposed in which a net is installed on the roof of a building, and snow that is in contact with the net is cut off by the vibration of the net to prevent the occurrence of a snow leopard (see Patent Document 1).

However, the conventional net generally has a hole in the roof and the support member is fixed with a bolt. For this reason, with the passage of time, there has been a problem that the waterproof sheet of the fixed portion of the roof deteriorates and rain leakage tends to occur. In addition, since the net and the support member are located on the roof, the fallen leaves and dust that have fallen on the roof are caught and accumulated, which is a cause of the occurrence of drought leakage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is intended to enable fixing a snowfall prevention device that is installed in a building and prevents a snowfall from occurring on the roof of the building to the building without causing a leak. Objective.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a snow skein prevention device which is installed in a building and prevents snow scum from being generated on the roof of the building, and a lower part thereof is fixed to a side surface of the building and extends upward. A support member and a string-like snow excision member attached to a portion extending upward of the support member so as to be parallel to the side surface of the building are provided.
The “side surface of the building” here includes a wall and a windbreak plate.

Since the side surface of the building to which the column is fixed has good drainage, according to the present invention, it is difficult to leak rain from the fixing portion of the support member. Moreover, even if rain leaks occur in the fixed part, the infiltrated water flows along the back side of the outer wall, so there is no fear of water drops falling into the room. Further, it can be easily attached to an inclined roof.

In the above invention, the support member is composed of a fixing portion whose base end is fixed to a side surface of the building and extending in a direction away from the building, and a column portion extending upward from the distal end of the fixing portion. The fixing portion may have a length such that the pillar portion is separated from the roof by a predetermined distance.
If it does in this way, since the fallen leaves and garbage which were washed away by the wind will fall under the roof without being caught by a support member or a snow cutting member, they will not accumulate on the roof. Therefore, it is difficult for the roof to leak.

Moreover, in the said invention, the said snow cutting member is a wire mesh, and it is good also as what is being fixed only to the site | part extended above the said supporting member.
If it does in this way, since the site | part located in the middle of a support member and a support member of a wire mesh will vibrate easily with a wind, and it will cut off snow, generation | occurrence | production of a snowfall can be prevented further.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the snowfall prevention apparatus which is installed in a building and prevents a snowfall from generating on the roof of a building can be fixed to a building, without producing rain leak.

(A) is a front view of the snowfall prevention device which concerns on the modification of the embodiment, (b) is bb sectional drawing of (a).

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig.1 (a) is a front view of the building to which the snow scum prevention apparatus of this embodiment was attached, and FIG.1 (b) is bb sectional drawing of Fig.1 (a). As shown in FIG. 1, a snowfall prevention device 10 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of support members 1 extending upward from a side surface 3 a (a surface on which a wall, a windbreak plate, or a snowfall was easily formed) 3 a of the building 3. And a snow excision member 2 supported by the head.

The snow excision member 2 is obtained by cutting a grid-like wire mesh into a rectangle in front view. The snow excision member 2 is fixed to the support member 1 so as to be parallel to the side surface 3a of the building 3 to which the support member 1 is attached and so that the lower end is substantially the height of the roof 31. Specifically, the end of the snow cutting member 2 is sandwiched between the support member 1 and a strip-shaped plate material (not shown), and is fixed by tightening a nut with a bolt through the hole formed in the support member 1 and the plate material. ing. By doing so, the string-like members are arranged so as to extend in parallel with the side surface 3a of the building and in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. Further, the snow excision member 2 of the present embodiment is not provided with a frame at the periphery. For this reason, it is light by that much and the burden on the support member 1 is small. Moreover, since the site | part located in the intermediate part of the supporting member 1 and the supporting member 1 which is not fixed to the supporting member 1 of the snow cutting member 2 vibrates easily in the direction orthogonal to the side surface 3a by wind etc., The effect of cutting off snow is higher than before.

The vertical width of the snow excision member 2 of the present embodiment is set to be 100 to 200 mm longer than the height of the snow fence expected to be formed. For example, when attaching the snowfall prevention device 10 of this embodiment to a building 3 in an area where the height of the snowfall is about 300 to 600 mm on average, the length is set to 400 to 800 mm. If the vertical length of the snow cutting member is too short or too long, that is, if the difference between the height of snow and the height of the snow cutting member becomes large, the snow cutting member may not work to cut off the snow that touches it. . Moreover, if the vertical width of the snow cutting member becomes too short, the snow resistance of the snow cutting member itself is lowered. On the other hand, if the vertical width of the snow excision member becomes too long, the area exposed to the wind and the area in contact with the snow increase, which places a burden on the support member 1. However, according to the present embodiment, snow can be cut off without overloading the support member 1 and without impairing snow resistance.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support member 1 includes a first fixing portion 11 that extends horizontally from the side surface 3 a of the building 3 in a direction away from the building 3, and a rod-like column that extends vertically upward from the tip of the first fixing portion 11. The second fixing portion 13 that extends in parallel with the first fixing portion 11 from the portion 12 and the portion of the side surface 3 a of the building 3 that is above the first fixing portion 11, and whose tip is coupled to the intermediate portion of the column portion 12. It consists of and.

The base ends of the first fixing portion 11 and the second fixing portion 13 are fixed to the side surface 3a of the building 3 with screws or bolts.
The column portion 12 is supported by the first and second fixing portions 11 and 13 at a position spaced apart from the building 3 by about 50 to 70 mm laterally. If the distance between the building 3 and the column portion 12 is too short, snow accumulates and hardens between the building 3 and the column portion, thereby impairing the function of preventing the occurrence of snow leopards. On the other hand, if the distance between the building 3 and the pillar portion 12 is too large, a snow jar will be formed in front of the snow cutting member 2. However, by making it like this embodiment, generation | occurrence | production of a snowfall can be prevented reliably.

A plurality of support members 1 are arranged with respect to one building 3 with a spacing of about 1200 mm along the edge of the roof 31. If the distance between the support members is too narrow, the movement of the snow excision member 2 is restricted and it becomes difficult to cut off the snow. On the other hand, if the spacing between the support members is too wide, the vibration of the mesh is roughly shaken and the snow resistance of the mesh itself is lowered. However, in the present embodiment, since the length (400 to 800 mm) in the vertical direction of the snow cutting member 2 is also taken into consideration, the snow can be cut off without impairing the snow resistance.

In the building 3 to which the snow skein prevention device 10 of the present embodiment configured as described above is attached, even if snow accumulates on the roof 31 in winter, the snow cutting member 2 vibrates with wind or the like. The snow that comes into contact with the snow is cut off by the snow cutting member 2 so that the snow does not protrude beyond the snow cutting member 2. Further, even when the snow melts or when it rains, the roof 31 is not perforated, so that the snow melting water and rain water do not enter the building 3. In addition, snowmelt and rainwater may be transmitted from the roof 31 to the side surface 3a of the building 3. However, in this case, the water flows down without staying on the spot, so that the fixed part is not easily deteriorated, It is difficult for water to enter. Even if there is a slight approach, it will flow down along the back of the outer wall material, so there will be no water drops falling from the ceiling of the room.

In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated what formed the snow excision member 2 with the wire mesh, it is good also as what used the wire 2A. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of holes 12a penetrating in the direction along the edge of the roof 31 are formed in each column portion 12A at intervals of about 30 mm along the vertical direction. The wires 2A are straightly passed through the holes 12a opened at the same height, and are fixed using, for example, a metal fitting (not shown) such as a turnbuckle so that the ends of the wires 2A are not pulled out of the holes. By carrying out like this, the string-shaped member will be arrange | positioned so that it may extend in parallel with the side surface 3a of a building, and the snowfall prevention effect similar to the said embodiment can be acquired.

As mentioned above, although this invention was concretely demonstrated based on embodiment, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can change in the range which does not deviate from the summary.
For example, in the above embodiment, the fixing portion of the support member is fixed to the side of the building with screws or bolts, but it is bonded, welded, or a hole is drilled in the building and the fixing portion is inserted and fixed. Also good.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the metal wire mesh was used, you may use resin-made net guards.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is a snow-cutter prevention device that is installed in a building and prevents a snow crust from being generated on the roof of the building, and a base end portion is fixed to a side surface of the building and is separated from the side surface. A plurality of supports arranged in a horizontal direction with a predetermined interval on a side surface of the building, the fixing portion extending in a direction, and a pillar portion extending upward from a tip portion of the fixing portion. and member, between said column portion of the support member adjacent the pillar portion, characterized in that it and a string-like snow cutting member Zhang was in parallel with the side surface of the building.
The “side surface of the building” here includes a wall and a windbreak plate.

Since the side surface of the building to which the fixing portion is fixed has good drainage, according to the present invention, it is difficult to leak from the fixing portion of the support member. Moreover, even if rain leaks occur in the fixed part, the infiltrated water flows along the back side of the outer wall, so there is no fear of water drops falling into the room. Further, it can be easily attached to an inclined roof.
In addition, since the pillar part is separated from the side surface of the building by the fixing part, the fallen leaves and dust that have been washed away by the wind do not fall under the roof without being caught by the support member or the snow cutting member, and do not accumulate on the roof. . Therefore, it is difficult for the roof to leak.

In the above invention, before Symbol fixing part may be that the pillar portion has a length such that the 50~70mm away from the roof.
If the distance between the roof and the column is too short, snow accumulates between the roof and the column and solidifies, thereby impairing the function of preventing the occurrence of snow leopards. On the other hand, if the distance between the roof and the column part is too far, a snowfall will be formed in front of the snow excision member. However, if this is done, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of a snow leopard .

Further, in the above invention, a plurality of the snow excision members are stretched on the pillar portion so as to be arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. It is good also as what is located 100-200 mm above the height of the snowfall expected to be formed in the area where the said building was built .
If the distance between the uppermost snow excision member and the snow ridge becomes too short, the snow resistance of the snow excision member itself will be reduced. On the other hand, if the distance between the uppermost snow excision member and the snow ridge becomes too long, the area exposed to the wind and the area in contact with the snow increases, which places a burden on the support member. However, in this way, it is possible to cut off snow without overloading the support member and without impairing snow resistance .
