Description

The present invention relates to a temporary waterproof structure and a temporary waterproof construction method.

Conventionally, in order to prevent the inside of the building from getting wet due to rain or the extension of the construction period in the period from when the building's housing is raised to the completion of waterproofing work on the roof and veranda Various measures have been taken. For example, in a large-scale building, many methods for providing a temporary roof that covers the entire building using a scaffold have been proposed. In a small building such as a house, a method of simply placing a sheet on the roof surface has been proposed.

With this simple method of placing a sheet on the roof surface, there are few problems with rain in the case of a sloped roof. However, in the case of a flat roof or the like having a parapet, a water pool is formed, and it is necessary to separately consider a method for discharging water. In consideration of such a study, as a temporary waterproofing technique that can significantly reduce the cost and labor and can omit almost all of the removal work, there is a technique described in Patent Document 1 or the like. Yes (see Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional temporary waterproof technology, there are cases where it takes time and cost to install the temporary tack. Moreover, the conventional temporary waterproofing technique may be based on the premise that there is a recess for installing the temporary tack along the outer periphery, and in this case, it cannot be handled without the recess. For this reason, it may not be said that versatility is high, such as requiring repair of an outer wall panel.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates the need for installation of a temporary tack, can reduce labor and cost, and can be constructed even if a recess is not formed along the outer periphery, and has a highly versatile temporary waterproof structure. The purpose is to provide a temporary waterproofing method.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a temporary waterproofing method for an external floor having a floor slab and a wall rising portion,
Place a long steel temporary material along the wall rising portion on the floor slab,
Laying the first temporary waterproof sheet over the floor slab surface and the upper surface of the temporary material,
The second temporary waterproof sheet is adhered to the inner surface of the wall rising portion so that the lower end covers the temporary material.

According to this temporary waterproofing construction method, it is possible to cover the floor slab surface of the external floor and the inner surface (part of the wall rising portion) using the first temporary waterproof sheet and the second temporary waterproof sheet. Moreover, according to this temporary waterproofing method, it is not necessary to install temporary fences, and the first temporary waterproof sheet, the second temporary waterproof sheet, etc. are constructed even if no recess is formed along the outer periphery of the external floor. can do.

In this temporary waterproofing method, it is preferable that the edge of the first temporary waterproof sheet and the lower end of the second temporary waterproof sheet are continuously attached to the temporary material using a magnet. If a magnet is used, it can be attached relatively easily and can be removed easily.

Moreover, in this temporary waterproofing method, it is preferable to use a hollow steel material having a rectangular cross section as the temporary material. Such a temporary material is relatively lightweight and is also easy to attach a magnet.

As the temporary material, it is preferable to use a steel material that reaches the four corners of the floor slab.

Moreover, you may fix at least one part of the said temporary material to the said floor slab.

Further, the present invention is a temporary waterproof structure in an external floor having a floor slab and a wall rising portion,
A long steel temporary material installed along the wall rising portion on the floor slab, and
A first temporary waterproof sheet laid over the floor slab surface and the upper surface of the temporary material;
A second temporary waterproof sheet adhered to an inner surface of the wall rising portion so that a lower end thereof covers the temporary material;
Is included.

According to the present invention, there is no need to install a temporary tack, the labor and cost can be suppressed, and a temporary waterproof construction method that can be applied even if a concave portion is not formed along the outer peripheral portion and has high versatility. Can be provided.

It is a figure which shows only the cross section of the veranda which shows an example of embodiment of this invention. It is an enlarged view of the circled part in FIG. It is a top view of a veranda. It is a top view of the veranda after temporary material was installed. It is a top view of the veranda which the temporary waterproofing construction method was completed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings (see FIGS. 1 to 5).

外部床100に適した非防水性素材の好適例としてはALC(Autoclaved Light weight Concrete、軽量気泡コンクリート)などがある。 The target external floor 100 in this embodiment refers to an external floor in a building such as a veranda. The external floor 100 has a floor slab 110 made of a panel 120 made of a non-waterproof material. A preferred example of a non-waterproof material suitable for the outer floor 100 is ALC (Autoclaved Light weight Concrete). The panel 120 which comprises the floor slab 110 is supported by the outer periphery beam 300 which consists of H-section steel (refer FIG. 1).

A veranda waist wall 150 is provided in a portion other than the outer wall 400 of the building (for example, three sides excluding the outer wall 400) in the outer peripheral portion of the external floor 100 (see FIGS. 1 and 3). However, this external floor 100 is not provided with a recess for installing a temporary fence, or even if it is provided, it is not all four sides.

The panel 120 may have a through hole 210 for drainage. For example, in this embodiment, the through-hole 210 is drilled in the panel 120 after completion of the building construction of the building (see FIG. 3). If this through-hole 210 is used, the drain 200 which consists of the barbed tube 220, the vinyl hose 230, etc. can be installed in the case of a temporary waterproofing method or after that (refer FIG. 2 etc.).

Then, the temporary waterproofing method in such an external floor 100 is demonstrated (refer FIGS. 3-5).

First, the temporary material 3 is installed on the floor slab 110 along the veranda waist wall 150 and the outer wall 400 (see FIG. 4). The temporary material 3 is a long steel member to which a magnet is magnetically attached. The temporary material 3 used in this embodiment is a hollow steel material having a rectangular cross section. Such a temporary material 3 is relatively lightweight and is easy to install on the floor slab 110 along the veranda waist wall 150. Moreover, since it has a flat surface, it may be easy to stick a magnet.

The temporary material 3 is preferably installed so as to reach the four corners of the floor slab 110. In the present embodiment, the pair of short temporary members 3 matched to the length of the floor slab 11 in the short side direction (the distance between the outer wall 400 and the veranda waist wall 150 facing this), and the length of the floor slab 11 in the long side direction. Using a pair of long temporary members 3 that are shorter than the width of the two temporary members 3 than the interval between the opposing veranda waist walls 150, the temporary members 3 are spread to the four corners of the floor slab 110. (See FIG. 4).

Moreover, the temporary material 3 installed on the floor slab 110 may be fixed to the floor slab 110 or the wall. For example, in the present embodiment, the temporary member 3 along the outer wall 400 that may move as an operator enters or exits from the sweep window 600 is fixed to the panel 120 with screws 9 (see FIG. 4).

When the temporary material 3 is installed, the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 made of a vinyl sheet having a size capable of seamlessly covering the external floor 100 is laid so as to cover the upper surface of the floor slab 110 and the upper surface of the temporary material 3. (See FIG. 2 etc.). At this time, the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 is placed on the temporary material 3 and laid, so that the side edge of the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 is at least on the upper surface of the temporary material 3 or on the outer side. Lay in.

When the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 is laid, the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 made of a relatively narrow long vinyl sheet is attached to the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150. The attachment method is not limited, but a simple and sufficient attachment strength can be obtained. In the present embodiment, the upper end 4a of the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 is adhered to the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150 using the waterproof tape 8 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The 2nd temporary waterproof sheet 4 is attached in the state (state like a skirt) which hung the lower end 4b.

The second temporary waterproof sheet 4 has a length (width) sufficient to cover the temporary material 3 at the lower end 4b, and the lower end 4b has a height that covers the temporary material 3. The upper end 4a is attached to the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150 (see FIG. 2). If the lower end 4b covers the temporary material 3, the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 are overlapped, and the lower end 4b of the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 is stretched. Since it faces diagonally downward along the surface of the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 or at least directly sideways, it becomes difficult for water to enter the gap between the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the second temporary waterproof sheet 4. (See FIG. 2 etc.).

In addition, it cannot be overemphasized that the 2nd temporary waterproof sheet 4 can be attached not only to the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150 but also to the wall surface of the outer wall 400 (refer FIG. 1, FIG. 2). Specifically, the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 can be attached to a portion of the outer wall 400 excluding the sweep window 600.

Subsequently, the edge of the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the lower end 4b of the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 are placed on the temporary material 3, and the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 is overlaid on the first temporary waterproof sheet 2. Then, the magnet plate 5 is placed thereon and is attracted to the upper surface of the temporary material 3 by magnetic force (see FIGS. 2 and 5). The magnet plate 5 preferably includes a plurality of magnets and has a certain length. According to this, the edge of the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the lower end 4b of the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 are It is easy to perform continuous sticking to the temporary material 3. Moreover, if it is the magnet plate 5 provided with a certain amount of flexibility, it is easier to attach and detach the temporary material 3 with respect to the upper surface.

Thereafter, the drain 200 can be attached according to the situation (season, weather, building installation area, direction of the external floor 100, positional relationship with an adjacent building, etc.). In the present embodiment, a hole is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 210 of the first temporary waterproof sheet 2, and the hook of the drain 220 is connected with the waterproof tape after passing through the hooked tube 220 to which the vinyl hose 230 is connected. Adhere to the surface of the temporary waterproof sheet 2. Thereby, it is possible to drain the rainwater collected in the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 through the drain 200. For example, the vinyl hose 230 can be arranged such that it passes through a downstairs room and exits through a window, and then out of a scaffold at a construction site and flows to the ground.

The temporary waterproof structure 1 can be laid on the external floor 100 by the above temporary waterproof method. In the temporary waterproof structure 1, the upper surface of the floor slab 110 of the external floor 100 and a part of the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150 can be covered using the first temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the second temporary waterproof sheet 4. Further, as apparent from the above description, in this temporary waterproofing method, no provision of a temporary fence is required, and even if no recess is formed along the outer peripheral portion of the external floor 100, the first temporary waterproofing is performed. The sheet 2 and the second temporary waterproof sheet 4 can be easily laid. Therefore, according to this temporary waterproofing construction method, it is not necessary to install a temporary tack, it is possible to reduce labor and cost, and it can be applied even if a recess is not formed along the outer peripheral portion, and is highly versatile. .

The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a veranda provided in a building has been described. However, this is only an example, and in addition, a wall rising portion (parapet, In the external floor 100 on which a waist wall handrail or the like is formed, it can be carried out at the time of temporary waterproofing construction after the completion of the housing construction and before the completion of the waterproofing construction.

The present invention is suitable for application to an external floor 100 having a floor slab 110 and a veranda waist wall 150 and having no steel member on the inner surface of the veranda waist wall 150.
