Description

The present invention relates to a temporary waterproof structure and a temporary waterproof construction method.

Conventionally, in order to prevent the inside of the building from getting wet due to rain or the extension of the construction period in the period from when the building's housing is raised to the completion of waterproofing work on the roof and veranda Various measures have been taken. For example, in a large-scale building, many methods for providing a temporary roof that covers the entire building using a scaffold have been proposed. In a small building such as a house, a method of simply placing a sheet on the roof surface has been proposed.

With this simple method of placing a sheet on the roof surface, there are few problems with rain in the case of a sloped roof. However, in the case of a flat roof or the like having a parapet, a water pool is formed, and it is necessary to separately consider a method for discharging water. In consideration of such a study, as a temporary waterproofing technique that can significantly reduce the cost and labor and can omit almost all of the removal work, there is a technique described in Patent Document 1 or the like. Yes (see Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional temporary waterproof technology, there are cases where it takes time and cost to install the temporary tack. Moreover, the conventional temporary waterproofing technique may be based on the premise that there is a recess for installing the temporary tack along the outer periphery, and in this case, it cannot be handled without the recess. In addition, it is necessary to make a through-hole for inserting the drain for temporary drainage at an accurate position, and this is also troublesome. Furthermore, when the projecting dimension of the parapet is small, a through hole for inserting the drain may not be formed. In addition, since the through-hole is drilled in the outer wall panel, it is necessary to pay close attention to the finish when repairing (the work of closing the through-hole). There was a problem in terms.

Therefore, the present invention can solve the problems of the conventional temporary waterproofing technology, can eliminate the need for installation of temporary tacks, can reduce labor and cost, and has a recess formed along the outer periphery. It is an object of the present invention to provide a temporary waterproof structure and a temporary waterproof construction method that can be constructed even if they are not, and have high versatility.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a temporary waterproofing method for an external floor having a floor slab and a wall rising portion,
Drill a through hole for a temporary drain pipe at a predetermined position of the floor slab,
A drain with a hook with one end of a drain hose connected to a pipe is inserted into the through hole, the hook is hooked to the floor slab around the through hole, and the other end of the drain hose is a window. To the outside of the building through the opening, etc.
A temporary waterproof sheet is laid in a pool form from the surface of the floor slab to the upper end surface of the wall rising part,
Adhering the temporary waterproof sheet to the upper surface of the drain collar with an adhesive member,
A hole is made in the temporary waterproof sheet in accordance with the position of the drain outlet of the drain.

According to this temporary waterproofing method, it is not necessary to install a temporary fence, and the temporary waterproof sheet can be applied even if no recess is formed along the outer periphery of the external floor. Also, according to this temporary waterproofing method, after the temporary waterproof sheet is laid, a hole is made in the temporary waterproof sheet in accordance with the drain outlet position of the drain, so a through hole for inserting the drain is drilled at an accurate position. There is no need to set up. For this reason, even when the projecting dimension of the parapet is small, there is no case where a through hole for inserting the drain cannot be formed. Since the outer wall panel is not touched, repair work can be reduced.

In this temporary waterproofing method, the temporary waterproof sheet can be adhered to the upper surface of the drain flange by the adhesive member without causing an adhesive leakage portion in the circumferential direction around the drain port. preferable. According to this, it is possible to more reliably prevent water from entering between the temporary waterproof sheet and the collar.

Further, a radial cut may be provided in the temporary waterproof sheet in accordance with the position of the drain outlet of the drain, and the hole may be provided by inserting a part thereof into the drain outlet of the drain. According to this, work is comparatively easy and an extra piece is not produced.

Further, the present invention is a temporary waterproof structure in an external floor having a floor slab and a wall rising portion,
A through hole for a temporary drain pipe formed in a predetermined position of the floor slab;
A drain with a flange in which one end of a drainage hose is connected to a pipe part, inserted into the through-hole, and the collar part is hooked on the floor slab around the through-hole. A drain whose other end is drawn out of the building through an opening such as a window;
A temporary waterproof sheet laid in a pool shape from the surface of the floor slab to the upper end surface of the wall rising part,
An adhesive member for adhering the temporary waterproof sheet to the upper surface of the buttock of the drain; and
A hole opened in the temporary waterproof sheet in accordance with the position of the drain outlet of the drain;
Is included.

According to the present invention, the problems of conventional temporary waterproofing techniques can be solved, installation of a temporary tack is unnecessary, labor and cost can be suppressed, and a recess is formed along the outer periphery. The temporary waterproof structure and the temporary waterproofing method can be provided, which can be installed even if they are not, is highly versatile, and does not require repair of the outer wall panel.

It is sectional drawing which shows an example of the external floor by which the temporary waterproof structure was laid. It is an enlarged view near the upper end surface of the parapet in FIG. It is a figure which shows an example of an adhesion member. It is a perspective view which shows an example of a temporary draining. It is sectional drawing around the through-hole which shows the structural example of a drain.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings (see FIGS. 1 to 5).

外部床100に適した非防水性素材の好適例としてはALC(Autoclaved Light weight Concrete、軽量気泡コンクリート)などがある。   The target external floor 100 in the present embodiment refers to an outdoor floor portion formed on, for example, a flat roof or rooftop of a building. The external floor 100 has a floor slab 110 made of a panel 120 made of a non-waterproof material. A preferred example of a non-waterproof material suitable for the outer floor 100 is ALC (Autoclaved Light weight Concrete).

A wall rising portion such as a parapet 200 is provided around the outer floor 100 so as to surround the outer floor 100 (see FIG. 1). The parapet 200 is formed with an inner wall surface 202 which is a surface facing the center side (the side where the outer floor 100 is located) of the building or the like, and an outer wall surface 204 which is a surface facing the outside. The material of the parapet 200 of the present embodiment is ALC, but is not particularly limited to this.

In addition, the outermost panel (the panel adjacent to the parapet 200) among the panels 120 constituting the floor slab 110 is supported by the outer roof beam 300 made of H-shaped steel. Between the outermost panel 120 of these floor slabs 110 and the parapet 200, a space that is filled with joint mortar in the subsequent process and becomes the outer joint part 150 is formed (see FIG. 1).

On the inner wall surface 202 side of the parapet 200, a hardware 400 serving as a base when the waterproof sheet is attached is attached (see FIG. 1). The hardware 400 has a crank shape including an upper horizontal portion 400a, a vertical portion 400b, and a lower horizontal portion 400c. The upper horizontal portion 400a is on the upper end surface 206 of the parapet 200, and the vertical portion 400b is on the inner wall surface 202 of the parapet 200. The lower horizontal portion 400c is disposed and fixed so as to be respectively applied to the H steel 300. In this fixed state, the vertical portion 400b of the hardware 400 becomes a rising surface, and the upper horizontal portion 400a of the hardware 400 becomes an upper end surface (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

The temporary waterproof structure 1 is used for temporary waterproofing in the external floor 100 in which the parapet 200 is formed in this way, and includes the temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the sticking member 3. The temporary waterproof structure 1 may further include a temporary drainer 4 as a rainwater intrusion prevention member.

The temporary waterproof sheet 2 is a sheet laid in a pool shape from the surface of the floor slab 110 to the upper end surface 206 of the parapet 200. The temporary waterproof sheet 2 is preferably composed of a single sheet and does not overlap, but is not limited to this as long as waterproofness is maintained.

The sticking member 3 is a member including a magnet that can be stuck to the hardware 400. The sticking member 3 is not loosened so that the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is not depressed at the outer joint part 150 while applying tension to the temporary waterproof sheet 2 with respect to the vertical part (rising surface) 400b of the hardware. Affixed (see FIG. 1). Further, another sticking member 3 is stuck to the upper end surface 206 of the parapet 200 so as to press the end edge 2a of the temporary waterproof sheet 2 or the vicinity thereof.

Although the specific structure of such a sticking member 3 is not limited, in this embodiment, the narrow and long plate 32 which has a softness | flexibility, and predetermined | prescribed in the length direction in one surface of the said plate 32 A magnet plate composed of magnets 34 attached at intervals is employed (see FIG. 3). In addition, as the sticking member 3, you may employ | adopt the magnet plate accommodated in the accommodation bag.

The temporary drainer 4 is used as a member for preventing rainwater from entering the upper end surface 206 of the parapet 200 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). The temporary drainer 4 of the present embodiment is formed of a member having an L-shaped cross section or an angle member, which is composed of a horizontal piece 4a and a hanging piece 4b (see FIG. 4). The temporary drainer 4 is a state where the end piece 2a of the temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the horizontal piece 4a are overlapped, and the hanging piece 4b becomes the outside of the building between the upper horizontal part 400a of the hardware 400 and the upper end of the parapet 200. It is hooked to cover the gap. Further, in this state, the temporary drainer 4 is the same as the other bonding member 3 that presses the edge 2a of the temporary waterproof sheet 2 or the vicinity thereof (the edge 2a of the temporary waterproof sheet 2 or It is arranged so as to be pressed against the upper horizontal portion (upper end surface) 400a of the metal object 400 (also used as another sticking member 3 for pressing the vicinity thereof) (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

Next, the drainage drain 500 will be described (see FIGS. 1 and 5). In the present embodiment, the drain 500 is provided on the external floor 100 as follows.

In the present embodiment, a drained drain 500 composed of a flange 520 and a vinyl hose 530 is used. One end of the vinyl hose 530 is fastened to the pipe portion 522 of the flange portion 520 using, for example, a fastening band 540 (see FIG. 5). A rubber hose or the like may be used as the drain hose instead of the vinyl hose 530.

First, a temporary drain pipe through hole 510 is formed at a predetermined position of the floor slab 110, and the drain 500 is inserted into the through hole 510. At this time, the flange portion 520 of the drain 500 is locked to the floor slab 110 around the through hole 510. Although not shown in detail, the other end of the vinyl hose 530 is pulled out of the building by passing an opening such as a window.

One side of a double-sided tape 550 for attaching the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is attached to the upper surface of the flange portion 520 of the drain 500. For example, the other surface of the double-sided tape 550 is peeled immediately before the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is laid.

Thereafter, the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is laid in a pool shape from the surface of the floor slab 110 to the upper end surface 206 of the parapet 200. When the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is laid and the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is positioned, the back surface of the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is adhered to the double-sided tape 550 on the upper surface of the flange 520 (see FIG. 5). At this time, it is preferable that the double-sided tape 550 is pasted around the drainage port 502 so that the temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the flange portion 520 are adhered so that an adhesive leakage portion does not occur in the circumferential direction. According to this, it is possible to more reliably prevent water from entering between the temporary waterproof sheet 2 and the flange portion 520.

Further, a drain hole 2 b is formed in the temporary waterproof sheet 2 in accordance with the position of the drain port 502 of the drain 500. The hole 2b may be hollowed out according to the size of the drainage port 502. Alternatively, a radial cut may be provided in the temporary waterproof sheet 2 in accordance with the position of the drain outlet 502 of the drain 500, and a hole 2b may be provided by inserting a part thereof into the drain outlet 502. According to this, the work is relatively easy and no extra pieces are generated.

In such a temporary waterproof structure 1, even if rainwater falls on the temporary waterproof sheet 2 laid in a pool shape, the drain 500 can automatically drain water. Moreover, installation of a temporary tack is unnecessary, and even if the recessed part is not formed along the outer peripheral part of the said external floor, a temporary waterproof sheet can be constructed. In addition, according to this temporary waterproofing method, after the temporary waterproof sheet 2 is laid, the hole 2b is opened in the temporary waterproof sheet 2 in accordance with the position of the drain outlet 502 of the drain 500. Therefore, the through hole for inserting the drain 500 is provided. 510 does not need to be drilled at an accurate position. For this reason, even when the projecting dimension of the parapet is small, the through hole 510 for inserting the drain 500 cannot be formed. Further, when repairing the through-hole 510, the position of the through-hole 510 can be set so that there is no need to reproduce the outer wall panel having a concavo-convex pattern on the surface.

Thus, according to this temporary waterproofing structure 1 and the temporary waterproofing construction method for constructing this, the freedom degree of the installation position of the drain 500 is high. Moreover, since the high positional accuracy regarding the through-hole 510 is not required, the effort can be saved. Furthermore, since the through-hole is provided in the floor slab covered with the waterproof sheet instead of the outer wall panel, it is not necessary to worry about the finish excessively when repairing the through-hole (work for closing the hole).

The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The present invention is suitable when applied to a temporary waterproof structure on an external floor having a floor slab and a wall rising portion.
