【解決手段】
繊維強化ろう付け部を準備する方法は、基材を準備する段階と、繊維材料を含む、少なくとも第1の繊維強化層を基材の上に配置する段階と、少なくとも第1のろう付け層を少なくとも第1の繊維強化層の上に配置する段階であって、ろう付け層の溶融温度が繊維材料の溶融温度よりも低い、段階と、少なくとも第1の繊維強化層及び少なくとも第1のろう付け層を加熱して繊維強化ろう付け部を基材に結合する段階とを含む。

Description
本明細書には繊維強化ろう付け部20の予備焼結プリフォームの第2の合金の組成物として特定の材料及び組成物が記載されているが、この記載された材料及び組成物は、例示的かつ非限定的であり、代替的に又は追加的に他の合金を用いることができることを理解されたい。さらに、予備焼結プリフォームのための第2の合金の特定の組成物は、基材及び/又は繊維強化層40の繊維材料45の組成物に相対的な溶融温度に依存する場合があることを理解されたい。

Claims (20)
- 繊維強化ろう付け部を準備する方法であって、
基材を準備する段階と、
繊維材料を含む、少なくとも第1の繊維強化層を基材の上に配置する段階と、
少なくとも第1のろう付け層を少なくとも第1の繊維強化層の上に配置する段階であって、ろう付け層の溶融温度が繊維材料の溶融温度よりも低い、段階と、
少なくとも第1の繊維強化層及び少なくとも第1のろう付け層を加熱して繊維強化ろう付け部を基材に結合する段階と
を含む方法。 - 加熱の前に、1以上の追加の繊維強化層を少なくとも第1のろう付け層の上に配置する段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 加熱の前に、1以上の追加のろう付け層を1以上の追加の繊維強化層の上に配置する段階をさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- ろう付け層の少なくとも1つが予備焼結プリフォームを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 予備焼結プリフォームが1以上の冷却チャンネルを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
