Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a pen pressure weakens, a penpoint breaks off at the recess of an annular groove and durability lowers by change of a writing pressure because the area of an annular groove of a pen point in a longitudinal direction is overlarge, and besides, a smooth writing color is not obtained because the pen point is overbent by intensity of the writing pressure.SOLUTION: There is provided a pen point for an applicator in which the pen point having a writing part is installed so as to protrude from the top of a barrel. The pen point comprises a fiber processing body obtained by converging the nylon fibers having the fiber diameter of the pen point of 1 to 5 denier and by bonding with a binder resin to harden. At least one groove is provided in a circumferential state to the side of the pen point, and the top of the pen point has a tapered shape. The binder resin of the pen point having the tapered shape comprises at least one resin selected from the group of polyurethanes. The pen point is composed so that the proportion of groove length is in the range of 8 to 45% with respect to the length from the top of the pen point to the rear end of the groove.

Description

The present invention relates to a pen tip for a writing instrument, and more specifically, by making the pen tip easy to bend, the pen pressure generated during application can be absorbed, and crushing and wear of the tip of the pen tip can be suppressed, and The present invention relates to a nib that can obtain a smooth and brush-like coating feeling.

In the past, applicators with built-in ink in the barrel and pen tip placed at the tip of the barrel have been commercialized and distributed in a wide variety of products such as marking pens, writing pens such as sign pens and brush pens, and cosmetics such as eyeliners. However, the forms are also diversified. As the nib, a fiber processed body or a synthetic resin porous body, a resin nib having a radial ink flow path inside the nib, and the like are used, and the above-described ones are commercialized.
However, with conventional pen nibs, for example, fiber processed bodies, the pen nib is less bent, so not only a smooth writing feeling is obtained, but also the pen pressure tends to concentrate on the nib tip. There is a problem that the area near the tip is crushed. In the case of a synthetic resin porous body, since the material is urethane, elastomer, or the like, the pen tip is soft, and therefore, a relay core is generally inserted into the pen tip. However, although the tip of the pen tip is soft, depending on the insertion degree of the relay core, the relay core may be crushed due to the size of letters and the strength of writing pressure, and the pen tip may be broken, and the material is urethane or elastomer. Therefore, there is a problem that the pen tip is easily caught on the paper surface and a smooth writing taste cannot be obtained.

Therefore, in order to solve these problems, a pen tip of a brush pen has been proposed in which V-shaped vertical grooves that gradually deepen in the root direction along the length of the pen tip are evenly spaced (Sho 61). -175488 (patent document 1)).

However, the nib described in Patent Document 1 is provided with V-shaped vertical grooves that gradually become deeper along the longitudinal base portion of the nib at equal intervals. Because it concentrates at the root part, a smooth application feeling can be obtained, but the writing pressure is concentrated near the base of the nib due to the writing pressure at the time of application, so the waist of the nib is not stable and the characters are disturbed There was a problem that, depending on the writing pressure, the pen tip was broken from the root.

Furthermore, in order to solve such a problem, an annular groove is formed in the base portion of the cone-shaped portion which is composed of a flexible porous liquid supply body in which a synthetic fiber bundle is bound with an elastomer resin, and the tip portion is a writing end. However, the pen tip has a shape that is easy to bend. (Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 3-221494 (patent document 2)).

However, the pen tip of Patent Document 2 has a pen tip shape in which an appropriate number of annular grooves are provided at the base of the cone-shaped portion whose tip is the writing end, but the rear end of the annular groove from the tip of the pen tip. The area occupied by the annular groove is too wide for the length up to, and the writing pressure at the time of application makes it easy for the pen tip to bend and a soft writing feeling is obtained. However, there was a problem that durability was weak due to weakening or breaking from the recess of the annular groove.

The present invention is a pen tip of an applicator in which a pen tip having a writing portion is arranged so as to protrude from a tip portion of a shaft tube, and the nylon fiber having a fiber diameter of 1 to 5 denier is focused on the nib. And a nib having a tapered shape in which the tip end of the nib is made of a fiber processed body obtained by bonding and curing with a binder resin, and at least one groove is provided circumferentially in the nib side surface. The pen tip binder resin is made of at least one resin selected from the group of polyurethanes, and the pen tip has a groove portion with respect to the length from the tip of the pen tip to the rear end of the groove portion. The first point is that the ratio of the length occupied by the pen is in the range of 8 to 45%, and the pen tip of the applicator arranged so that the pen tip having the writing part protrudes from the tip of the shaft tube The fiber diameter of this nib is 1 It consists of a fiber processed body obtained by bundling nylon fibers in the range of 5 denier and adhesively curing with a binder resin, and at least one groove is provided on the side surface of the pen tip in a circumferential shape. In the nib having a tapered tip shape, the binder resin of the nib is made of at least one resin selected from the group of polyurethanes, and the volume of the entire groove is 5.0 cm 3 to 40.0 cm. It is the second gist that it is provided in three ranges.

Or a pen tip of an applicator in which a pen tip having a writing portion is arranged so as to protrude from the tip of the shaft tube. The fiber diameter is in the range of 1 to 5 denier It consists of a fiber processed body obtained by bundling nylon fibers and bonding and curing with a binder resin, and at least one groove is provided on the side surface of the pen tip in a circumferential shape, and the tip of the pen tip is tapered. in nib with the nib of the binder resin is at least one or more resins selected from the group of polyurethanes, and the volume of the entire groove is provided in 5.0cm 3 ~40.0cm 3 range Because it is configured, when writing pressure is applied during application, the writing pressure applied to the tip of the pen tip can be dispersed, and even when used for a long time, the tip end of the pen tip is not crushed or worn. The amount of bending of the pen tip changes depending on the strength of the writing pressure at the time, so thin and thick lines can be written freely, and it is easy to bend with light writing pressure, so the writing pressure is related to the tip of the pen tip. Hard it made it a smooth writing are those obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an example applied to a pen 1 for a whiteboard marker according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 is a pen tip 1 for a whiteboard marker. This pen tip 1 is made by impregnating a nylon fiber with a polyurethane binder resin, applying heat to bond and curing, and cutting a molded one. The shape is formed by rubbing the core.

However, the pen nib 1 is formed such that the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the pen nib to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 is in the range of 8 to 45%. It is.
The nib 1 is configured such that the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 is in the range of 8 to 45%, or the nib 1 has a total volume of 5.0 cm 3 to 40 in the groove 6. It is formed in a 0.0 cm 3 range.

Specifically, the pen tip 1 is formed with a pen tip outer diameter D (outer diameter of the base) of φ6.00 mm and a total length of 36.0 mm, and a groove portion 6 formed on the pen tip side surface portion 8 of the pen tip 1 is formed. As for the shape, three grooves 6a having the same shape in which the width W of the groove 6a is 0.7 mm and the depth H of the groove 6a is 0.7 mm are formed in a circumferential shape. Further, the configuration position of the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 is formed at a position protruding forward from the shaft tube end portion 9, and the nib shape is formed in a tapered shape (substantially a bullet shape). The pen tip 1 is attached from the shaft tube end 9 by a method such as press-fitting and fixing.

As a material of the fiber used for the nib 1, it is preferable to use a polyamide fiber. This is because polyamide fibers are suitable for soft nibs because they have the property of becoming moderately soft when moisture is absorbed. However, it is also possible to mix and use polyester fibers or acrylic fibers based on polyamide fibers.

As the binder resin used for the nib 1, it is preferable to use at least one resin selected from the group of polyurethane resins. However, the polyurethane resin is divided into a main agent and a curing agent, and a polyurethane resin is obtained by mixing and reacting an isocyanate with the polyester polyol of the main agent.

As the binder for the polyurethanes used in the nib 1, it is possible to use, as a main ingredient, polyester polyols such as Nippon Poly Industry 800 manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd. or DIC Corporation Polylite OD-X-2420. it can. As the curing agent, general-purpose isocyanates such as Coronate CORONATEL manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd. and URIC H-73X manufactured by Ito Oil Co., Ltd. can be used. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other polyurethane binders may be selected or used in combination with the polyurethane binder depending on the intended use and the type of ink used.

Further, a binder such as a phenol resin, a melamine resin, a furan resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, or an epoxy resin may be mixed with the polyurethane binder. In short, if at least one resin selected from the group of polyurethane resins is used, the resins may be the same or different.

The pen tip length L from the shaft cylinder 2 of the pen tip 1 depends on the application used and the plate surface to be applied, but the tip length L of the pen tip 1 is in the range of 8.0 mm to 20.0 mm. Those are preferred. This is because if the pen tip length L is less than 8.0 mm, even if the groove 6 is formed on the pen tip side surface 8, the deflection of the pen tip 1 due to the writing pressure is small, and the vicinity of the tip of the pen tip 1 The writing pressure cannot be dispersed, the tip end of the nib 1 is crushed and the nib 1 is less bent, so that it is not possible to obtain a coating feel like a smooth brush. On the other hand, when the protruding length L of the nib 1 exceeds 20.0 mm, the writing pressure at the time of application is excessively concentrated in the vicinity of the groove 6 of the nib 1, the nib 1 is bent too much, and the waist Is not stable, the characters are distorted, and the writing quality is poor. Further, although depending on the writing pressure and the frequency of use, the nib 1 may be broken near the groove 6.

Here, the pen tip extension length L of the pen tip 1 refers to the length of the portion protruding forward from the shaft tube end 9. Further, although the pen tip 1 is arranged so as to protrude from the shaft tube end portion 9, even if the groove portion 6 of the pen tip 1 protrudes entirely from the shaft tube end portion 9, it enters the shaft tube end portion 9 and both You may straddle.

Further, the number of grooves 6a of the groove portion 6 provided in the nib 1 is preferably 1 to 5. This is because if the number of the grooves 6a of the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 exceeds 5, the nib 1 will bend too much, causing the back to break, and a stable coating feeling cannot be obtained. Also, if there are many grooves 6a when rubbing the nib 1 with the core, it will not be possible to form at once, and the convex portion P of the groove 6a will be cracked when rubbing the core, resulting in poor workability.

Moreover, as for the shape of the groove part 6 provided in the nib 1, the width W of the groove 6a is preferably 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm, and the depth H of the groove 6a is preferably 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm.

Further, the width W of the groove 6a of the groove portion 6 provided in the nib 1 is provided uniformly, or gradually narrowed in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube 2, or conversely gradually widened in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube 2. You may do it.

Also, the shape of the depth 6a of the groove 6a of the groove portion 6 provided in the nib 1 is provided uniformly, or gradually shallower in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube 2, or conversely gradually in the longitudinal direction of the shaft tube 2. It may be deep.

The tapered shape of the nib 1 includes a substantially conical shape and a substantially bullet-like shape, as long as the shape of the nib 1 becomes the tip, it is thinner.

Further, the porosity of the nib 1 is preferably formed in the range of 60% to 75%. Because, if the porosity of the nib 1 is less than 60%, the nib 1 is too hard, the writing pressure applied during application is concentrated near the tip of the nib 1, and the nib 1 itself is difficult to bend, By restricting the bending of the nib 1, the vicinity of the tip of the nib 1 is crushed, the feeling of application becomes hard, and the writing quality is deteriorated. Moreover, ink discharge may worsen because of low porosity. Further, when the porosity of the nib 1 exceeds 75%, the nib 1 is too soft, and the writing pressure during application is concentrated on the groove 6 of the nib 1 so that the nib 1 is easily bent. There is a risk that ink will be easily leaked when the tip of the nib 1 is lowered in the product state because the waist is broken and a stable coating feeling cannot be obtained, the nib 1 has too much space, and the ink tends to fall. Arise.

In addition, the porosity of the nib 1 can be adjusted by the type of fiber, the blending amount, the type of binder, the blending amount, and the like.

The nib 1 is a nib 1 of an applicator in which the nib 1 having a writing part is arranged so as to protrude from the shaft tube end part 9, and the fiber diameter of the nib 1 is in the range of 1 to 5 denier. The tip of the nib 1 is made of a processed fiber obtained by bundling the nylon fibers and bonding and curing with a binder resin, and at least one groove is provided on the side surface 8 of the nib. In the nib having a tapered shape, the binder resin of the nib 1 is made of at least one kind of resin selected from the group of polyurethanes, and the nib 1 is formed in the groove 6 from the tip 12 of the nib. The purpose of configuring the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X to the rear end 13 in the range of 8 to 45% is the length from the tip 12 of the pen tip to the rear end 13 of the groove 6. The length Y occupied by the groove 6 with respect to the length X Since the pen tip 1 is reasonably easily bent by adjusting the range to 8 to 45%, the writing pressure at the time of application is near the groove 6 of the pen tip 1 protruding from the tip 9 of the shaft tube from the vicinity of the tip. , The pen tip 1 is likely to bend gradually, the writing pressure around the tip of the pen tip 1 is dispersed, and the tip of the pen tip 1 may be crushed or worn even after long-term use. In addition, since the amount of bending of the pen tip changes depending on the writing pressure at the time of application, it is possible to write a thin line or a thick line.

If the ratio of the length Y of the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the nib 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 is less than 8%, the elasticity of the nib 1 is too strong. As a result, the writing pressure during application is concentrated near the tip of the nib 1 and the tip of the nib 1 is easily crushed or the writing pressure is concentrated on the tip of the nib 1 so that it can be applied smoothly like a brush. A feeling cannot be obtained.
Further, if the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the nib 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 exceeds 45%, the nib 1 becomes too flexible. The pen nib 1 breaks from the root part of the groove part 6, or the waist pressure is crushed by the writing pressure at the time of application, and a stable feeling of application cannot be obtained.

The nib 1, the purpose groove 6 (recess) total volume of the nib 1 is 5 groove 6 (recess) total volume of the nib 1 is configured provided 5.0cm 3 ~40.0cm 3 range By making the range 0.0 cm 3 to 40.0 cm 3 , the pen tip 1 is easily bent, and the writing pressure related to the pen tip 1 can be distributed from the vicinity of the tip to the groove portion 6 of the pen tip 1 so that the pen tip 1 is bent. By becoming easy, a feeling of application like a smooth brush can be obtained.

In addition, when the groove portion 6 is provided on the pen tip side surface portion 8 of the pen tip 1 in a circumferential shape, the groove portion 6 is provided in order to bend the pen tip 1 stepwise. Therefore, the nib 1 must be configured to protrude from the shaft tube end portion 9. Therefore, in order to make the nib 1 easy to bend, the amount of bending of the nib 1 and the application of the nib 1 are determined by the configuration such as the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 and the volume of the entire groove (recess) of the nib 1. It becomes an important item that determines the taste of the time.

The nib 1 has a volume ratio occupied by the groove 6 (concave) of the nib 1 from 5% to 20 with respect to the entire volume from the tip 12 of the nib 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 (concave). % Is preferable. This is because the ratio of the volume occupied by the groove 6 (recess) of the pen tip 1 to the total volume from the tip 12 of the pen tip 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 (recess) is less than 5%. 1 is too hard, and the writing pressure applied at the time of application is concentrated near the tip of the nib 1, and the nib 1 itself is difficult to bend. The vicinity will be crushed, and the feeling of application will be hard and the writing will be poor. When the ratio of the volume occupied by the groove 6 (concave) of the pen tip 1 to the entire volume from the tip 12 of the pen tip 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 (concave) exceeds 20%, the pen tip 1 is used. Is too soft, the writing pressure at the time of application concentrates on the groove portion 6 of the nib 1, the nib 1 is easily bent, and it becomes crumbled at the time of application and a stable feeling of application cannot be obtained.

Further, the nib 1 has a writing range in the vicinity of the tip of the nib 1, and the nib 1 is bent in the range up to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 (concave portion) of the nib 1. The hardness of the nib 1 and the position at which the nib 1 bends are adjusted by the ratio of the volume occupied by one groove 6 (concave portion).

Further, the position of the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 is preferably arranged rearward from the tip 12 by 0.3 times with respect to the length L of the nib protruding from the shaft tube end 9. . Because, even if the proportion of the volume occupied by the groove 6 (concave portion) of the nib 1 is configured in the range of 5% to 20%, when the position of the groove 6 of the nib 1 is positioned more than 0.3 times forward, The nib 1 becomes difficult to bend, and the bend of the nib 1 is limited, so that a coating feeling like a smooth brush can not be obtained. However, although not specified here, the position of the groove 6 of the nib 1 is preferably 0.7 times or less at the maximum from the tip.

The tip shape of the nib 1 is preferably configured such that the curve when the outer shape D of the nib 1 is connected with the curve from the tip 12 of the nib 1 is in the range of R10 to R45. Because the nib 1 is hard to bend and the nib 1 is hard if the curve when the outer shape D of the nib 1 is connected to the tip 12 of the nib 1 by a curve is less than R10. Such a coating feeling cannot be obtained. Also, if the curve obtained by connecting the outline D of the pen tip 1 with the curve from the tip 12 of the pen tip 1 exceeds R45, the tip of the pen tip 1 becomes too thin and the vicinity of the tip of the pen tip 1 is crushed or coated. The writing pressure at the time is concentrated in the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 and the nib 1 is easily bent, and the waist is broken at the time of application so that a stable application feeling cannot be obtained.

Further, the pen tip 1 is configured such that the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the pen tip 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 is in the range of 8 to 45%. or, the nib 1, the the groove 6 (recess) total volume is constituted by providing a 5.0cm 3 ~40.0cm 3 range, the material of the fibers was the pen tip 1 according to the above, a binder The above conditions are found by combining the type, the number and shape of the groove portion 6 (groove width and depth), the tip shape of the nib 1 and the like so that the nib 1 is suitable for the intended use. Can do.

In producing the nib 1 of the present invention, a polyurethane binder is infiltrated into a bundle of nylon fibers of 2 to 3 denier, heat-cured, adhesively cured, cut, and core-rubbed into a predetermined shape. Thus, the nib 1 of the fiber processed body was obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a pen tip 1 for a whiteboard marker. This nib 1 is made by impregnating a bundle of 2 to 3 denier nylon fiber with a polyurethane binder, curing it by applying heat, cutting the molded piece, and rubbing the core into a predetermined shape (substantially bullet-shaped). It is the nib 1 of the fiber processed body obtained in this way. Further, the pen tip 1 is configured such that the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the pen tip 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 is in the range of 8 to 45%. with the nib 1, the groove 6 (recess) whole volume is obtained by forming provided 5.0cm 3 ~40.0cm 3 range.

Specifically, the pen tip 1 was formed by providing three nibs 6 a circumferentially on the pen tip side surface 8 of the pen tip 1 in a range where the porosity of the pen tip 1 was 60% to 75%.

More specifically, the nib outer diameter D is φ6.00 mm, the total length is 36.0 mm, and the groove 6a formed on the circumference of the nib side face 8 has a width W of 0.7 mm, The grooves 6a having the same shape with a depth H of 0.7 mm are equally provided, and the position of the groove portion 6 is arranged rearward from 7.0 mm from the tip 12 of the nib 1, and the groove 6a of the groove portion 6 is provided. 3 were formed. In addition, a whiteboard marker was used in which the nib 1 was protruded 11.0 mm from the shaft tube tip 9 and the nib 1 was attached by a method such as press fitting. Other conditions are shown in Table 1.

A modification is shown in FIG. The pen nib 1 has two grooves 6a having the same shape with the width W of the groove 6a being 1.0 mm and the depth H of the groove 6a being 1.0 mm. It was the nib 1 of the fiber processed body formed uniformly, and other conditions were configured under the same conditions as in FIG.
The structure of the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 is formed such that the circumferential groove width W is in the range of 0.5 to 2.0 mm and the circumferential groove depth H is in the range of 0.5 to 2.0 mm. Is.
By forming two grooves 6a in the nib 1, depending on the groove depth H and groove width W, the two grooves 6a serve as a starting point for writing pressure applied at the time of application, and the writing pressure is dispersed. The durability of the groove 6 is improved as compared with the case where the writing pressure is concentrated in one groove. Furthermore, since the base point of the writing pressure at the time of application increases, the feeling of application becomes supple and the writing quality is improved.

A modification is shown in FIG. The nib 1 was formed by uniformly forming four grooves 6a on the side surface 8 of the nib in a circumferential shape, and other conditions were the same as those in FIG.
By forming four grooves 6a in the nib 1, depending on the groove depth H and groove width W, each of the four grooves 6a serves as a reference point for writing pressure applied during application, so that the grooves 6a are 2 The feeling of application becomes more supple than the two times, and a writing feel like a brush can be obtained.

A modification is shown in FIG. The nib 1 is formed by forming three grooves 6b on the outer shape curve of the nib side 8 and forming the tip of the nib 1 in a substantially conical shape. Other conditions are shown in FIG. It was configured under the same conditions. However, since the groove 6b forms the groove 6b on the curve of the outer shape, as a result, the groove 6b is formed so that the depth H of the groove 6b is deep in the pen tip longitudinal direction.
Since the tip of the nib 1 is more easily bent than the shape of a bullet, the nib 1 can bend more easily, so that a very smooth writing touch can be obtained.

A modification is shown in FIG. The nib 1 was formed by providing a nib removal preventing slit 7 at the rear part of the nib, and the other conditions were the same as in FIG.
The pen nib 1 is provided with a pen nib prevention slit 7 at the rear part of the nib 1 and can be press-fitted and fixed to the rib inside the shaft cylinder 2, so that the nib 1 is prevented from coming off and the nib 1 is more firmly fixed. Therefore, the writing taste with a stable waist is obtained.

FIG. 7 shows the pen tip position L arranged so as to protrude from the shaft tube end portion 9 of the pen tip 1. Specifically, the pen tip position L in FIG. 7 is configured so as to protrude 11.0 mm from the tip end portion 9 of the shaft cylinder.

FIG. 8 shows the ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 to the length X from the tip 12 of the nib 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6. Specifically, the length from the tip 12 of the nib 1 to the rear end 13 of the groove 6 in FIG. 8 is 10.5 mm, and the length Y occupied by the groove 6 in the nib 1 is 3.5 mm. The ratio of the length Y occupied by the groove 6 is configured to 33%.

A modification is shown in FIG. The pen nib 1 is formed by forming three grooves 6c, 6c ′, 6c ″ in the pen tip side surface portion 8 in a circumferential shape, and providing the groove depth H in a tapered shape with the depth gradually decreasing in the pen nib longitudinal direction. The other conditions were the same as those in FIG. More specifically, 6c of the groove depth H of the side surface portion 8 of the nib 1 is 1.1 mm, 6c ′ of the groove depth H is 0.9 mm, and 6c ″ of the groove depth H is 0. It is formed so that the groove depth H of the groove portion 6 becomes gradually shallower as it goes in the longitudinal direction of the pen tip to .7 mm. The groove width W was fixed at 0.7 mm.
Since the groove depth H of the groove portion 6 of the nib 1 is narrower than the constant in the longitudinal direction of the nib, the elasticity of the nib 1 gradually increases. Is stable and writing quality is improved.

FIG. 10 shows a curve Z when the outer shape D of the nib 1 is connected by a curve from the tip 12 of the nib 1. Specifically, the outer shape D of the nib 1 is connected to the tip 12 of the nib 1 by R15.

In FIG. 11, three grooves 6b are formed on the pen tip side surface portion 8 on the outer shape curve in a circumferential shape, and the tip shape of the pen tip 1 is substantially conical. As for other conditions, the nib 1 was configured under the same conditions as in FIG. In addition, as a structure, the batting 11 is inserted into the shaft tube 2, fixed and sealed with a tail plug, filled with ink from the tip of the shaft tube 2, and the pen tip 1 is disposed from the tip of the shaft tube 2. By doing so, the pen tip 1 is arranged and formed on the mechanism in which the ink penetrates the pen tip 1 and the ink is discharged.

Table 1 forms the nib 1 of the whiteboard marker shown in FIG. 1 based on the configuration of paragraphs 0035 to 0038, and Table 1 shows examples and comparative examples.
