Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet.
Designed with a metallic or wood-grained design for various applications such as wall materials, artificial materials, building materials such as joinery and doors, decorative sheets used for surface decorations such as furniture, and surface layer materials related to light electrical current. A decorative sheet that enhances the brightness is used. The decorative sheet is required to have performances such as stain resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance in addition to design properties.
As a decorative sheet having improved performance such as stain resistance, for example, an acrylic resin, a polyolefin resin, or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer may be used alone or in combination on a fibrous base sheet (paper, etc.). A decorative sheet is known in which a resin layer composed of a mixture of the above and a transparent ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer are sequentially laminated (Patent Document 1).
However, although the decorative sheet of
An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet that is excellent in stain resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance, has good heat stretchability, and is excellent in followability to a three-dimensional member.
The decorative sheet of the present invention has a base material layer and a protective layer provided on the base material layer, the base material layer is made of a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate sheet, and the protective layer is made of ethylene-vinyl. It consists of an alcohol copolymer sheet.
The decorative sheet of the present invention is excellent in stain resistance, solvent resistance and chemical resistance, has good heat stretchability, and is excellent in followability to a three-dimensional shaped member.
Hereinafter, an example of the decorative sheet of the present invention will be described and described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
[Base material layer]
The
The
PETG is a kind of polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter referred to as “PET”), and the glycol component of PET is ethylene glycol, whereas the glycol component is not only ethylene glycol but also diols other than ethylene glycol ( 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol).
The PETG sheet may be a stretched sheet or an unstretched sheet.

60-250 micrometers is preferable and, as for the thickness of the

The EVOH sheet may be a stretched sheet or an unstretched sheet.
