Abstract
Description
マスクコンポーネント30は、鼻/口マスク、枕型鼻クッション、クレードル型鼻クッション、フルフェイスマスク、又は、適切な気体フロー伝達機能を供給する任意の他の患者インタフェース装置などの他の形式をとってもよい。また、例示した実施形態では、無線周辺装置32は、図2及び図4に概略的に示されるように、シェル31と動作可能に結合されているが、他の位置も可能である。図4に見られるように、無線周辺装置32は、結合インダクタ/コイル35(図示された実施形態では、螺旋コイル部材の形状であるが、他の形状も可能である)を備え、その目的は、以下で詳述される。
(ディスプレイ及び複数のボタン部材として、図2に概略的に示されている)入力/出力装置48が、臨床医又は介護人などのユーザに対して情報及びデータを表示及び出力するとともに、圧支持システム20によって用いられる様々なパラメータを設定するために用いられる。
(i)圧力生成装置ベースユニット22と無線周辺装置32とが適切な無線プロトコル(無線周辺装置32がドッキングモジュール38から取り外された場合に、圧力生成装置ベースユニット22と無線周辺装置32とが、近距離無線通信モジュール50及び80を用いて通信できるように、本例ではBluetooth)を用いて互いにペアリングされるためのペアリング情報
(ii)タイプ毎に(一般的には、圧支持システムのコンポーネントとして、及び/又は、より具体的には、マスクなどの、圧支持システムコンポーネントの特定のタイプとして)無線周辺装置32を識別する識別情報
(iii)マスク特徴情報(例えば、周辺において予期される圧力低下、又は、周辺において予期される圧力低下の範囲、又は、ベースユニット装置がフィッティング指示を供給できるようなストラップ設定などの、ベースユニットが知りたいマスクの任意の他の特性、ベースユニット装置が交換を通知できるように、予期される寿命、ベースユニット装置のGUIが色と整合できるような色など)
(iv)再充電可能なバッテリ72の現在の充電レベルを示す充電割合情報(例えば、入力/出力装置48上に当該情報が表示される)
(v)圧力生成装置ベースユニット22又は無線周辺装置32のいずれかの制御を修正するために用いられる情報(例えば、圧力生成装置ベースユニットは、出口圧力を制御するために特性情報を用いることができ、また、周辺装置は、送信データレートを制御することができる)
Claims (18)
- 患者に呼吸療法を供給する圧支持システムにおいて用いられる充電及びデータ転送方法であって、
前記圧支持システムの圧力生成装置ベースユニットと前記圧支持システムの無線周辺装置との間に、近距離無線結合インタフェースを確立するステップと、
前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットから前記無線周辺装置にエネルギーを伝達し、前記無線周辺装置のエネルギーストレージ装置を充電するために、前記無線周辺装置において、前記伝達されたエネルギーを使用するステップと、
前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットと前記無線周辺装置との間のペアリング情報を伝達するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記近距離無線結合インタフェースが、誘導結合インタフェースである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットは、第1の結合コイルを具備するドッキングモジュールを有し、前記無線周辺装置は、第2の結合コイルを有し、前記確立するステップは、前記第1の結合コイルと前記第2の結合コイルとの間で前記誘導結合インタフェースを確立する態様で、前記ドッキングモジュールにおいて前記無線周辺装置を受けるステップを有する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ドッキングモジュールが、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットの筐体の一体部分である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ドッキングモジュールが、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットの筐体に選択的に結合可能である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記無線周辺装置が、前記圧支持システムの患者インタフェース装置の一部である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ペアリング情報を伝達するステップの後に、所定の無線プロトコルに従って、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットを前記無線周辺装置とペアリングするステップを更に有し、前記ペアリングは、前記伝達されたペアリング情報に基づいて可能になる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記所定の無線プロトコルが、Bluetooth(登録商標)プロトコルである、請求項7記載の方法。
- 患者に呼吸療法を供給する圧支持システムであって、
ドッキングモジュールを有する圧力生成装置ベースユニットと、
無線周辺装置と、
を有し、
前記ドッキングモジュールは、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットと前記無線周辺装置との間に近距離無線結合インタフェースを確立する態様で、前記無線周辺装置を受けるように構成され、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットは、前記無線周辺装置のエネルギーストレージ装置を充電するために、前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、前記無線周辺装置にエネルギーを伝達するように構成され、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニット及び前記無線周辺装置は、前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、ペアリング情報を伝達するように構成される、システム。 - 前記圧力生成装置ベースユニット及び前記無線周辺装置は、前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、前記ペアリング情報を伝達するように構成される一方、前記エネルギーは、前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットから前記無線周辺装置に伝達される、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記近距離無線結合インタフェースが、誘導結合インタフェースである、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記ドッキングモジュールは、第1の結合コイルを有し、前記無線周辺装置は、第2の結合コイルを有し、前記ドッキングモジュールは、前記第1の結合コイルと前記第2の結合コイルとの間で前記誘導結合インタフェースを確立する態様で、前記無線周辺装置を受けるように構成される、請求項11記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記ドッキングモジュールが、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットの筐体の一体部分である、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記ドッキングモジュールが、前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットの筐体に選択的に結合可能である、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記無線周辺装置が、前記圧支持システムの患者インタフェース装置の一部である、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記無線周辺装置が、センサを有する、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記センサが、圧力センサである、請求項16記載の圧支持システム。
- 前記圧力生成装置ベースユニットが、前記近距離無線結合インタフェースを介して伝達される関連付けられたペアリング情報のみに応じて、周辺装置とのペアリングを許可する、請求項9記載の圧支持システム。
