Claims (10)

前記クラウド環境内のインストール可能なソフトウェアスイートとして提供され企業アプリケーションに関するセルフサービス提供をサポートするプラットフォームコンポーネントと、
オーケストレーションエンジンと通信し、サービスタイプの提供、ライフサイクル管理、および／またはモニタリングを含む、サービスタイプとしてサービスを提供することに使用される、１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンとを備え、
前記システムは、前記クラウド環境内で使用する提供すべき特定のサービスタイプを決定し、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント内で対応するサービス管理エンジンを構成して前記特定のサービスタイプをサポートする、システム。 - 前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジン各々を用いて、サービス定義パッケージをパースし、前記サービス定義パッケージの内容に従って１つ以上の異なるサービスタイプとしてサービスを提供する、請求項１に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラットフォームコンポーネントは、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント自体の構成に従って、プロバイダサービス管理エンジンとしての前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンによって、サービスタイプをインスタンス化できるようにする、請求項１または２に記載のシステム。
- クラウドコンピューティング環境で使用するサービス管理エンジンを提供する方法であって、
１つ以上のコンピュータを提供することを含み、前記コンピュータは前記コンピュータ上で実行するクラウド環境を含み、
前記クラウド環境内のインストール可能なソフトウェアスイートとして提供され企業アプリケーションに関するセルフサービス提供をサポートするプラットフォームコンポーネントを提供することと、
オーケストレーションエンジンと通信し、サービスタイプの提供、ライフサイクル管理、および／またはモニタリングを含む、サービスタイプとしてサービスを提供することに使用される、１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンを提供することと、
前記クラウド環境内で使用する提供すべき特定のサービスタイプを決定し、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント内で対応するサービス管理エンジンを構成して前記特定のサービスタイプをサポートすることとを含む、方法。 - 前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジン各々を用いて、サービス定義パッケージをパースし、前記サービス定義パッケージの内容に従って１つ以上の異なるサービスタイプとしてサービスを提供する、請求項４に記載の方法。
- 前記プラットフォームコンポーネントは、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント自体の構成に従って、プロバイダサービス管理エンジンとしての前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンによって、サービスタイプをインスタンス化できるようにする、請求項４または５に記載の方法。
- １つ以上のコンピュータシステムによって実行されると前記１つ以上のコンピュータシステムに請求項４〜６のうちいずれかに記載の方法を実行させるマシン読取可能な命令を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- クラウドコンピューティング環境で使用するサービス管理エンジンを提供するための装置であって、
クラウド環境内のインストール可能なソフトウェアスイートとして提供され企業アプリケーションに関するセルフサービス提供をサポートするプラットフォームコンポーネントと、
オーケストレーションエンジンと通信し、１つ以上の、サービスタイプの提供、ライフサイクル管理、およびモニタリングを含む、サービスタイプとしてサービスを提供することに使用される、１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンとを備え、
前記装置は、前記クラウド環境内で使用する提供すべき特定のサービスタイプを決定し、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント内で対応するサービス管理エンジンを構成して前記特定のサービスタイプをサポートする、装置。 - 前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジン各々を用いて、サービス定義パッケージをパースし、前記サービス定義パッケージの内容に従って１つ以上の異なるサービスタイプとしてサービスを提供する、請求項８に記載の装置。
- 前記プラットフォームコンテンツは、前記プラットフォームコンポーネント自体の構成に従って、プロバイダサービス管理エンジンとしての前記１つ以上のサービス管理エンジンによって、サービスタイプをインスタンス化できるようにする、請求項９に記載の装置。
