Description
Claims (15)
- 第1と第2の細長い脊髄固定要素を結合するための装置であって、
近位部と遠位部とを備える第1のコネクター部材であって、前記遠位部が、一時的に前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を締まりばめで受けるように構成および寸法決めされている係合部を含む、第1のコネクター部材と、
近位部と遠位部とを備える並進部材であって、前記第1のコネクター部材の前記近位部が、前記並進部材の前記近位部に動作可能な状態で結合されて前記並進部材に対する前記第1のコネクター部材の多軸運動を可能にする、並進部材と、
近位部と遠位部とを備える第2のコネクター部材であって、前記遠位部が、前記第2の細長い脊髄固定要素を受けるように構成および寸法決めされており、前記近位部が前記並進部材に結合されている、第2のコネクター部材と、
前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を前記第1のコネクター部材の前記係合部中に固定し、前記多軸運動を係止して、前記第1の並進部材に対し前記第1のコネクター部材を固定する、第1の係止部材と、
を含む装置。 - 前記第1のコネクター部材の前記近位部が球形状部を含み、前記並進部材の前記遠位部が前記球形状部を受けて前記多軸運動を可能にするボアを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボアの表面と前記球形状部の表面の内の一方が、溝を含み、前記ボアの前記表面と前記球形状部の前記表面の内の他方がリッジを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコネクターの前記係合部が、近位と遠位のアームを含み、前記近位と遠位のアームの少なくとも1つが弾力的に屈曲して開き前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を受け取り、さらに、屈曲して戻り、前記締まりばめにより一時的に前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を受ける、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコネクター部材が、前記第1のコネクター部材の前記近位部から前記第1のコネクター部材の前記遠位部まで延在するスリットを含み、前記スリットが前記第1のコネクターの前記係合部の前記近位と遠位のアームの少なくとも1つの前記弾力的屈曲を可能とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の係止部材が、前記第1のコネクター部材上に第1の止めねじと孔を含み、前記第1の止めねじの前記孔への装着が前記近位と遠位のアームを相互に対して動かして前記第1のコネクター部材の前記係合部中に前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を固定するように、前記第1の止めねじと前記孔が前記スリットと動作可能な状態で結合される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記スリットが、前記球形状部を第1と第2の部分に分割し、前記第1の止めねじの前記孔への装着が前記球形状部の前記第1と第2の部分を広げて前記多軸運動を係止し、前記並進部材に対し前記第1のコネクター部材を固定する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記並進部材が、第1と第2の並進要素を含み、前記第1の並進要素が前記並進部材の前記近位部を含み、前記第2の並進要素が前記並進部材の前記遠位部を含み、前記第1と第2の並進要素が、相互に対し移動可能で、前記第1と第2のコネクター部材の間の距離を調節する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1と第2の並進要素が、相互に対し実質的に回転を含まずに並進運動で動く、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1と第2の並進要素が、ダブテール接続で結合される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第1と第2の並進要素が、相互に対し円弧経路に沿って動く、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第1と第2の細長い脊髄固定要素が、第1と第2のロッドである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1と第2の細長い脊髄固定要素を結合するための装置であって、
近位部と遠位部とを備える第1のコネクター部材であって、前記遠位部が一時的に前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を締まりばめで受けるように構成および寸法決めされている係合部を含む、第1のコネクター部材と、
近位部と遠位部とを備える第2のコネクター部材であって、前記遠位部が、一時的に前記第2の細長い脊髄固定要素を締まりばめで受けるように構成および寸法決めされている係合部を含む、第2のコネクター部材と、
第1と第2の部分を備える並進部材であって、前記第1のコネクター部材の前記近位部が、前記並進部材の前記第1の部分と動作可能な状態で結合されて前記並進部材に対する前記第1のコネクター部材の多軸運動を可能とし、前記第2のコネクター部材の前記近位部が、前記並進部材の前記第2の部分と動作可能な状態で結合されて前記並進部材に対する前記第2のコネクター部材の多軸運動を可能とする、並進部材と、
前記第1の細長い脊髄固定要素を前記第1のコネクター部材の前記係合部中に固定し、前記多軸運動を係止して、前記第1の並進部材に対し前記第1のコネクター部材を固定する第1の係止部材と、
前記第2の細長い脊髄固定要素を前記第2のコネクター部材の前記係合部中に固定し、前記多軸運動を係止して、前記第1の並進部材に対し前記第1のコネクター部材を固定する第2の係止部材と、
を含む装置。 - 前記第1と第2のコネクター部材の前記近位部が球形状部を含み、前記並進部材の前記近位と遠位部が、前記球形状部を受けてそれぞれの多軸運動を可能とするボアを含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記第1と第2のコネクターの前記係合部が、近位と遠位のアームを含み、前記近位と遠位のアームの少なくとも1つが弾力的に屈曲して開き第1又は第2の細長い脊髄固定要素のそれぞれを受け取り、さらに、屈曲して戻り、前記締まりばめにより前記第1又は第2の細長い脊髄固定要素のそれぞれを一時的に受ける請求項13に記載の装置。
