Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 病変のアブレーション処置を計画するために超音波情報を使用する方法であって、
超音波画像において、アブレーションによって処置されるべき病変を識別するステップと、
病変の近傍の1又は複数の血管を識別するステップと、
前記識別された血管の血流から3次元超音波ドップラーデータを取得するステップと、
前記超音波ドップラーデータを使用して、前記識別された血管を流れる血液量を計算するステップと、
前記識別された血管を流れる血液量の熱伝達特性を考慮するアブレーション処置計画を作成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記3次元超音波ドップラーデータを取得するステップが、識別された血管の血流から3次元超音波ドップラー速度データを取得することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記識別された血管を流れる血液量を計算するステップが、血管の血流の表面を輪郭描出し、前記領域の面積にわたってフロー速度データを積分することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を識別するステップが、3次元超音波画像において1又は複数の血管を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を識別するステップが、2次元のiSlice超音波画像において1又は複数の血管を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を識別するステップが、2次元のバイプレーン超音波画像において1又は複数の血管を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を識別するステップが、超音波画像において1又は複数の血管を表面形状と交差させることを含み、前記取得するステップが、前記表面形状と前記1又は複数の血管のフローとの交差部分において超音波ドップラーデータを取得することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を前記表面形状と交差させることが、前記1又は複数の血管を3次元形状と交差させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を前記3次元形状と交差させることが、前記1又は複数の血管を球、楕円、立方体又は直方体の表面形状と交差させることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を前記表面形状と交差させることが、前記1又は複数の血管を2次元形状と交差させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を前記2次元形状と交差させることが、前記1又は複数の血管を楕円、円、正方形又は矩形の表面形状と交差させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記病変を識別するステップが、肝臓における病変を識別することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アブレーション処置計画を作成するステップが、血管のボリューム血流と血管から識別された病変までの近さと考慮するアブレーション処置計画を作成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アブレーション処置計画を作成するステップが、r.fアブレーション、マイクロ波アブレーション、HIFU又はクリオアブレーション治療のための計画を作成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の血管を識別するステップが、CT画像において1又は複数の血管を識別することを含み、前記方法が更に、超音波画像をCT画像と位置合わせするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
