Claims (22)
- コンベヤシステム上にブランクを置く工程、
前記真空コンベヤシステムのベルトが、前記ブランクを、アプリケーターの下方において移動させる間に、前記ブランク上に一定のパターンで熱膨張可能な粒子を適用する工程、
前記粒子を膨張させるために、マイクロ波ヒーターを用いて前記粒子を加熱する工程、そして
前記コンベヤシステムに沿って、前記ブランクから製品を組み立てる製品組立機械まで、前記ブランクを送る工程を含んでなる、製造のための方法。 - 前記製品組立機械に前記ブランクを送る前に、サイズ決定デバイスによって、前記膨張粒子を均一の高さに調整することをさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の適用工程において、前記適用粒子の前記パターンに空き部分を残すことをさらに含み、当該空き部分がマンドレルの隆起帯状部に対応し、これにより前記ブランクを、前記粒子が適用された側から真空によって保持し、もって前記製品組立て機械内で前記ブランクを移送できるように構成されてなる、請求項1に記載の方法。

前記接着剤中の前記粒子を膨張させるために、マイクロ波ヒーターを用いて前記二重璧カップを加熱する工程を含んでなる、方法。 - 前記接着剤がコーティング剤である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子を膨張させ、その後、袋詰めに備えて積み重ねるために、前記マイクロ波ヒーターを通過するチューブを通して前記二重璧カップを運搬する工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項10に記載の方法。

- 包装基材材料および容器を製造するための方法であって、
少なくとも第1および第2のシート材料をコンベヤ型機械システムに受け渡す工程、
前記第1のおよび第2のシート材料と、前記第1のシート材料と前記第2のシート材料との間に配置された熱膨張可能なマイクロカプセル粒子を含有する接着剤とから基材を形成する工程、
前記基材から包装容器を形成する工程、
出荷すべき前記包装容器を運搬する工程、そして
前記受け渡す工程、前記形成工程、および前記運搬工程の間のある時点において、前記熱膨張可能なマイクロカプセル粒子を膨張させるためにマイクロ波ヒーターを用いて前記接着剤を加熱する工程であって、前記マイクロ波ヒーターが、印刷、コーティングまたはラミネート、ダイカット、成形、スタッキング、カートン詰めおよびパレット積みからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数のワークステーションにおいて、または、ワークステーション同士の間で用いられる工程を含んでなる、方法。 - 前記マイクロ波ヒーターが、前記基材または前記包装容器が通過する空間を取り囲んでいるマイクロ波アプリケーターを備えるものである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記基材の処理工程さらに含んでなり、当該処理工程が
前記熱膨張可能なマイクロカプセル粒子を含む材料を用いて、前記多層基材上にコーティングまたは印刷する工程と、
ブランクを生成するために前記多層基材をダイカットする工程と、そして
前記ブランクから前記包装容器を形成する工程を含んでなるものである、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記包装容器が、折り畳み式カートン容器、ホット用およびコールド用カップ、クラムシェル、フルートスリーブ、袋、ならびに箱からなる群から選択される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 印刷後、ダイカット前に、前記多層基材をラミネートすることをさらに含んでなる、請求項20に記載の方法。
