a)電力網区分の固定負荷プロファイル及び発生プロファイルを決定する工程と、
b)移動負荷プロファイルを決定する工程と、
c)1つ以上の平衡パラメーターを表す1つ以上の陪関数に従って負荷プロファイルを分析する工程と、
d)前記分析された負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は新たな発生プロファイルを決定する工程と、
e)決定された新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、電力網区分を制御するための制御スキームを決定する工程と、
f)決定された制御スキームに従って、負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルを適合させる工程とによって行われることを特徴とし、好ましくは、
g)決定された制御スキームに従って、各移動負荷源を電力網区分のうちの1つに割り当てる工程を含む。
Claims (15)
- 電力網の電力網区分(GSi、GSk)間の負荷(MLk、MLi、SLk、SLi)対電力発生(Gk、Gi)を平衡化するための方法であって、前記網区分(GSi、GSk)が互いに接続され、前記網区分(GSi、GSk)のうちの少なくとも1つが、移動負荷プロファイルによって表される移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)に接続可能であり、かつ移動プロファイルに従って、固定負荷プロファイルによって表される固定負荷源(SLi、SLk)及び/又は前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)用に電気出力を発生させるための発生プロファイルによって表される発生源(Gk、Gi)に移動し、前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)間の平衡化が、
a)電力網区分の固定負荷プロファイル(SLi、SLk)及び発生プロファイル(Gi、Gk)を決定する工程と、
b)移動負荷プロファイル(MLi、MLk)を決定する工程と、
c)1つ以上の平衡パラメーターを表す1つ以上の陪関数に従って、前記負荷プロファイル(MLi、MLk、SLi、SLk)を分析する工程と、
d)前記分析された負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は新たな発生プロファイルを決定する工程と、
e)前記決定された新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)を制御するための制御スキームを決定する工程と、
f)前記決定された制御スキームに従って、前記負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルを適合させる工程と、によって行われることを特徴とし、好ましくは、
g)前記決定された制御スキームに従って、各前記移動負荷源を前記電力網区分のうちの1つに割り当てる工程を含む、方法。 - 工程f)、好ましくは工程f)及びg)において、前記移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)の移動プロファイルが適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 平衡化のために、少なくとも1つの未来の時点(t’)の1つ以上の負荷プロファイル(SLi、SLk、MLi、MLk)及び/又は1つ以上の発生プロファイル(Gi、Gk)が予測されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの網区分(GSi、GSk)の臨界負荷レベルが決定され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの網区分(GSi、GSk)の前記負荷(SLi、SLk、MLi、MLk)が前記臨界負荷レベル未満になるように平衡化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)〜f)、好ましくは前記工程a)〜g)において、移動発生源が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発生プロファイル(Gi、Gk)及び/又は負荷プロファイル(SLi、SLk、MLi、MLk)の変化が決定されることを特徴とし、好ましくは、変化が、プロファイル(Gi、Gk、SLi、SLk、MLi、MLk)の変動及び/又は制御範囲を含み、工程c)〜f)、好ましくは工程c)〜g)が、前記決定された変化に基づいて行われる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記予測された1つ以上の負荷プロファイル(SLi、SLk、MLi、MLk)及び/又は1つ以上の発生プロファイル(Gi、Gk)に基づいて、予測制御スキームが決定され、工程f)に従って、好ましくは工程f)〜g)に従って、適合させるために更に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)の前記移動プロファイルが、前記移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)にガイダンス情報(TG)をアナウンスすることによって適合され、かつ/又は既存の誘導情報が、分析のために少なくとも工程c)に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記予測制御スキームを平衡化するために、好ましくは、前記予測制御スキームを決定するために、外部プロファイルに影響を与える情報が決定され、かつ工程a)〜f)、好ましくは工程a)〜g)で用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 移動範囲及び/又は能力が、前記移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 平衡化が、負荷源の全ての負荷(MLi、MLk、SLi、SLk)と全ての発生源の全ての発生(Gi、Gk)との間の差が最小限に抑えられるように行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 平衡化が、網区分(GSk、GSi)間で同一構造の電力網レベルで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 平衡化が、網区分(GSi、GSk)間で異なる構造の電力網レベルで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程f)が、好ましくはSMS又はインスタントメッセージに基づいて、無線接続によって前記移動負荷源と通信することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電力網の網区分間の負荷対電力発生を平衡化するためのシステム、好ましくは、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法で行うためのシステムであって、前記網区分(GSi、GSk)が互いに接続され、前記網区分(GSi、GSk)のうちの少なくとも1つが、移動負荷プロファイルによって表される移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)に接続され、かつ移動プロファイルに従って、固定負荷プロファイルによって表される固定負荷源(SLi、SLk)及び/又は前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)用に電気出力を発生させるための発生プロファイルによって表される発生源(Gk、Gi)に移動し、
各網区分について、区分制御(SCi、SCk)が、前記それぞれの電力網区分(GSi、GSk)の固定負荷プロファイル(SLi、SLk)及び発生プロファイル(Gi、Gk)を決定し、かつ前記それぞれの網区分(GSi、GSk)に関連付けられた移動負荷プロファイル(MLi、MLk)を決定するように動作可能であり、
分析手段(ISC)が、1つ以上の平衡パラメーターを表す1つ以上の陪関数に従って、前記負荷プロファイル(MLi、MLk、SLi、SLk)を分析するように動作可能であり、
前記区分制御(SCi、SCk)に接続された区分間制御(ICS)が、前記分析された負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は新たな発生プロファイルを決定し、前記決定された新たな負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルに基づいて、前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)を制御するための制御スキームを決定し、かつ前記区分制御(SCi、SCk)を指示することによって、前記網区分(GSi、GSk)を平衡化するための前記決定された制御スキームに従って、前記負荷プロファイル及び/又は発生プロファイルを適合させるように動作可能であることを特徴とし、好ましくは、前記決定された制御スキームに従って、各前記移動負荷源(MLi、MLk)を前記電力網区分(GSi、GSk)のうちの1つに割り当てることを含む、システム。
