Claims (5)
- 自動的な基準獲得と、解析対象のEPを発生させる生理系の変化(悪化または回復)についての事後の監視、検出、および特定のための自動EP解析装置であって、
EPを特徴評価および分類して、獲得されるEP波形が潜時、振幅、または形態において重大な変化を示した場合に前記EPを発生させる前記生理系の変化(悪化または回復)について警告を発するように適合された装置。 - 前記装置が、手術環境の他の機器に前記装置を統合するシステムをさらに包含する、請求項1の装置。
- 手術環境の他の機器により生理変化を手動または自動で寛解または軽減させ、事後に獲得されるEP波形を改善させることのできる情報を前記機器へ供給できる装置である、請求項1の装置。
- 麻酔または血圧機械からの情報を入手してEP波形の変化が麻酔または血圧変化によるものである時に計算を行う装置である、請求項1の装置。
- 体性感覚EP波形が獲得される時に、周辺神経構造への潜在的損傷を自動的に特定する方法であって、
電気パルスで周辺神経に刺激を与えるステップと、
頸部または頭部に載置される電極を介して神経系により発生される合成電気波形を記録するステップと、
獲得された前記EP波形の変化または傾向を測定するステップと、
前記変化について利用者に警告するステップと、
データが正確であるかどうかを判断する選択肢を前記利用者に与えるステップと、
情報を自動手術台へ送るステップと、
前記台の調整を介して患者体位を自動的または半自動的に再調節して傷害を寛解または回避するステップと、
を包含する方法。
