Claims (17)
- 流体送達装置(1)であって、可撓性材料からなる2以上の流体ダクト(12〜17)を備え、各ダクト(12〜17)が、一方の端部で流体源に結合させることができ、反対側の端部で、入口端部及び出口端部を含むマニホールド(18)に結合され、各流体ダクト(12〜17)が、ダクト(12〜17)を開閉するためのピンチ弁(19)を備える流体送達装置(1)であって、
逆止弁(20)が、流体ダクト(12〜17)の少なくとも1つにおける、マニホールド(18)に結合した端部に配置されていることを特徴とする、流体送達装置(1) - マニホールド(18)の入口端部から出口端部の方向に見て、マニホールド(18)の入口端部に最も近い流体ダクト(17)の逆止弁(20)が、隣接する流体ダクト(16)の上流及び近傍に配置されている、請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 追加の逆止弁(21)が、マニホールド(18)の入口端部に最も近い2つの流体ダクト(16、17)よりもマニホールド(18)の出口端部に近い各流体ダクト(12〜15)の上流及び近傍のマニホールド(18)に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置(1)。
- 各流体ダクト(12〜17)が、Tコネクタによってマニホールド(18)に結合され、少なくとも1つの流体ダクト(12〜17)における逆止弁(20)が、Tコネクタ内部に配置されている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 装置(1)が、使い捨てディスポーザブル型である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 装置(1)が、予め滅菌されている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 逆止弁(20)が、フラップ弁又はバタフライ弁である、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 逆止弁(20)の閉鎖力が、閉鎖状態よりも開放状態でより弱い、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- すべての逆止弁(20、21、30)など、少なくとも1つの逆止弁(20、30)が、流体ダクト/コネクタダクト脚(44)に挿入され、部品(32)と、コネクタロッド(33)と、エラストマーフラップディスク(34)とを備え、部品(32)がコネクタロッド(33)の一方の端部(35)に配置され、フラップディスク(34)がコネクタロッド(33)の反対側の端部(36)近傍に、コネクタロッド(33)に直交方向に配置されている、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの逆止弁(20、30)が、ホースバーブ(38)のポート端部(37)に部品(32)と、コネクタ(31)の接合ポイント(39)の近傍にエラストマーフラップディスク(34)とを含むホースバーブコネクタ(31)に挿入されている、請求項9記載の装置(1)。
- 部品(32)が、ハブ(41)から環状リム(42)に延在する複数のスポーク(40)を含む円形である、請求項9又は請求項10記載の装置(1)。
- エラストマーフラップディスク(34)が、ショアA硬度25〜60など、ショアA硬度10〜90のシリコーンゴムから製造される、請求項9乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 挿入された逆止弁(20、30)が、エラストマーフラップディスク(34)とエラストマーフラップディスク(34)に隣接する部品(32)との間に支持エレメントを更に備える、請求項9乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- コネクタ(31)内に挿入可能な逆止弁(20、30)であって、部品(32)と、コネクタロッド(33)と、エラストマーフラップディスク(34)とを備え、部品(32)がコネクタロッド(33)の一方の端部(35)に配置され、フラップディスク(34)がコネクタロッド(33)の反対側の端部(36)近傍に、コネクタロッド(33)に直交方向に配置されている、逆止弁(20、30)。
- 部品(32)が、ハブ(41)から環状リム(42)に延在する複数のスポーク(40)を含む円形である、請求項14記載の逆止弁(20、30)。
