Claims (9)
- 第1方向(A)に沿った第1端部(f1)、第2方向(B)に沿った第2端部(f2)、および前記第1端部(f1)を前記第2端部(f2)に接続する中央湾曲部分(f3)を有する糸状形状記憶部品(1)を含む少なくとも1つの感温システム(10)を含み、
第1部分(f1)は第1接触部品(2)に固定して取り付けられた末端部を有し、第2部分(f2)は第2接触部品(3)によって継続的ではない方法で拘束された末端部を有する感温ラベルであって、
ラベルによって監視される臨界しきい値温度(Tc)よりも高い同じ温度で、前記中央湾曲部分(f3)がマルテンサイト相であり、一方で第1部分および第2部分(f1、f2)はオーステナイト相であることを特徴とする感温ラベル。 - 第1方向(A)と第2方向(B)との間の角度(α)が130°よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の感温ラベル。
- 前記糸状形状記憶部品(1)が1から100mmの間の、好ましくは2から50mmの間の長さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の感温ラベル。
- 前記糸状形状記憶部品(1)が15から1000μmの間の直径を有する、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の感温ラベル。
- 糸状形状記憶部品(1)の中央湾曲部分(f3)の長さが、全体の長さに対して1から40%の間、好ましくは1から30%の間である、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の感温ラベル。
- 感温システム(10)の状態を表示するのに適する、少なくとも光学フラグまたは透明窓をさらに含む、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の感温ラベル。
- 接触部品(2、3)とラベルの縁との間に延びる電気接続(4,5)をさらに含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の感温ラベル。
- 電気接続(4,5)がRFID監視において使用されるのに適する回路に一体化される、請求項7に記載の感温ラベル。
- 2つ以上の感温システムを含み、各々の1つがオーステナイト相とマルテンサイト相との間の異なる転移温度を有する糸状形状記憶部品を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の感温ラベル。
