Abstract
Description

Claims (15)

前記力アクチュエータに制御信号を加え、それにより前記力アクチュエータから前記ニードルに加えられる既知のほぼ一定の力を生成し、それにより前記圧力調整器の出口を出る前記移動相の圧力を設定するステップ
とを含む、方法。 - 前記力アクチュエータが、作動行程を通してほぼ一定の力を提供する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記力アクチュエータが、ボイスコイルまたは力平衡ソレノイドから選択される、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- クロマトグラフィーシステムにおける移動相の圧力を制御するための方法であって、
入口ポートにおいて前記クロマトグラフィーシステムの圧力調整器のヘッド部分に移動相を投入し、前記圧力調整器は、力アクチュエータによって駆動されるニードルを含み、それにより制限的な隙間を変化させるステップと、
