Abstract
Description
多くの国で皮膚癌は他のすべての癌の組み合わせ [1]、まだがない、分子について十分な理解、細胞およびティッシュの変更中に発生する皮膚発癌臨床診断、監視、皮膚がんの治療に影響を与えるより多くの人々 に影響します。
長年にわたってマウス皮膚モデル多段階発癌メカニズム [2] 研究しますが、なければ人間の皮膚癌にこのモデル システムの関連性を直接に可能性を提供しました。

日本電子株式会社 (東京都) FT−IR 分光器、IR MAU200 モデルを使用してすべての FTIR 顕微鏡測定を行った。各測定の前に、行ったキャリブレーション サンプルを使用して、計測器の製造元と FTIR の適切な動作条件によって microspectrometer が確認されました。
以下の例で使用されるデータは、整形外科学講座, 徳島大学医学部, 徳島県から博士 t. 池原の礼儀、徳島県、徳島大学医学部皮膚科学教室の生検アーカイブから組織標本から派生しました。

- 皮膚表皮がんの一般的および特定の特性に対する方法、DNAやタンパク質の特定のシーケンスで表された核酸とタンパク質の内と間の分子間相互作用を分析するには、単独と組み合わせ、の組織サンプルのFTIRスペクトルの周波数帯の範囲で核酸とタンパク質の決定、 パターン認識技術を使用して、一般に、特に機能良性、前癌および悪性の癌組織に対する健康 (すなわち病理組織学的不変)、表皮のから成る:
