Description
ポリウレタンフィルム製の裏張り(backing)、並びに、
耐湿性であり且つ創傷滲出物を傷から離れる方向に移送するための滲出物移送層を形成するところの繊維から形成された三次元編みファブリック、を備えている。
以下、本発明の例示的な実施形態が示された添付の図面を参照しつつ、本発明を更に十分に説明する。但し、本発明は多くの異なる形態で具体化されてもよく、ここで説明する代表的な実施形態に限定されるものと解釈されるべきではない。例示的な実施形態は、この開示内容が詳細且つ完全なものとなり、発明の範囲を十分に伝え、且つ、当業者が本発明を再現、使用及び実施することを可能にするように提供されている。各図面を通じて、同じ参照番号は同じ要素を表している。

Claims (12)
- 負圧創傷治療包帯であって、
創傷滲出物を傷から離れる方向に移送するための滲出物移送層を形成し、且つ、耐湿性であるところの繊維から形成された三次元編みファブリックを備える、
ことを特徴とする負圧創傷治療包帯。 - 前記滲出物移送層が治療時に傷に接着するのを防止するために適応された非接着性素材を更に備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。
- 前記編みファブリックは、モノフィラメント糸、マルチフィラメント糸、又は、それらの組合せを編むことで形成されたオープンメッシュ編み構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。 - 前記編みファブリックは、モノフィラメント形式およびマルチフィラメント形式の両方において、ポリアミドを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。
- 前記編みファブリックの単層の厚さは、2.0mm〜4.0mmであり、
前記編みファブリックの孔サイズは、1.0mm〜3.0mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。 - 前記繊維から作られた糸のデシテックスは、好ましくは24〜75である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。 - 糸のタイプ(種類)は、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ビスコース(viscose)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリエチレン、及びそれらの組合せを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。
- 接着性ポリウレタンフィルムのカバーを更に備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。
- 前記編みファブリック用のステッチ表記が、4又は6本の編みバーに基づき、
バー1:1-0/2-2/2-3/2-2;
バー2:1-0/1-2/1-0/1-2;
バー3:1-2/1-0/2-2/2-3;
バー4:2-2/1-0/2-2/2-3;

- 一方の側が非接着層とラミネートされた状態にある、体積で20%の高吸収性繊維を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療包帯。
