Abstract
Description

‐収着上限は、下流単層Bの最初のスライスと重なり合う上流単層Aの最後のスライスの間にアクティビティの連続性があるという仮定に基づいて、溶媒混合物の前記組成の各々の化合物のアクティビティから計算される。
‐各エッセンス組成E1からEyは、組成によって異なる1つの化合物(a)の容積比(%)を含み、他の化合物(b、c)は、全く同じ容積比を有する。
‐各エッセンス組成は、エタノール(a)、イソオクタン(b)、及びトルエン(c)から選択された幾つかの化合物(a、b、c)の混合物を含む。
物質移動のモデリングは、2層構造に対して実行され、モデリングの結果は、この同じ2層構造で実験的に測定された値と比較された。これらの比較の結果は、図5の曲線によって表される。
同じモデリングが、25μmの厚さのEVOH(ポリ(エチレン‐co‐ビニルアルコール))及び10μmの厚さのバインダーの下流層の、エッセンスと接触する上流層を含む、別の2層フィルムに対して実施された。前の例と同様に、使用されるバインダーは、無水マレイン酸グラフトLLDPEである。これらの比較の結果は、図6の曲線によって表される。
同じモデリングが、25μmの厚さのHDPE(高密度ポリエチレン)、11μmの厚さのバインダー(無水マレイン酸グラフトLLDPE)の層、及び10μmの厚さのEVOH(ポリ(エチレン‐co‐ビニルアルコール))の、エッセンスに接触する上流層を含む、別の3層フィルムに対して実施された。これらの比較の結果は、図7の曲線によって表される。
この構造体の全体的な透過性に対する、多層構造体の組成内に含まれる各々の単層の厚みの影響がモデル化された。
多層構造体の透過性に対するモデルエッセンスの組成の影響の調査は、実用的な理由から極めて重要である。実際のところ、現状では、エッセンスの組成は、製造者及び法律に応じて、国際規模で著しく変化する。バイオエタノールなどの生物学的ルートに由来する添加物の割合は、80%、又はブラジルなどの特定の国では100%に達しうる。結果的に、このように燃料に大きな多様性があるため、燃料タンクのバリア効果は、依然として国際環境規格に適合するに十分であることに相当な自信をもつことが重要である。
最終的な研究は、可能な限り低い透過性を与えるために、種々の層の配置を最適化できるようになることを目的として、層の配置の影響を検討した。今に至るまで、産業的に又は実験室において、検査された多層構造体は、ほとんどすべて同じ構造を有し、側面にHDPEの2つの層及び真ん中にEVOHの層を有する。比較のために、種々の層の逆配置のためにフラックスが計算された。
Claims (11)
- n個の単一層(n≧2)を有する多層ポリマー構造体を通して、溶媒の混合物の透過をモデリングする方法であって、該方法は、
1)溶媒混合物E1からEyの幾つかの初期組成を選択するステップであって、溶媒混合物の各組成は、様々な比率で、含酸素化合物(a)、脂肪族化合物(b)、及び芳香族化合物(c)のうちから選択された少なくとも2つの化合物の混合物を含む、選択するステップと、
2)溶媒混合物E1からEyの各組成につき、以下のステップ、即ち、
a.多層構造体の組成に含まれる各単層につき、

c.5.前記構造体のあらゆるポイントにおいて前記部分フラックスが保存的になるまでc1からc4までのステップを繰り返すステップ、

- 前記エッセンスの組成の数が5から10の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各エッセンス組成が、エタノール(a)、イソオクタン(b)、及びトルエン(c)から選択された幾つかの化合物(a、b、c)の混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、前記プログラムがプロセッサによって実行されたときに、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のモデリングの方法のステップを実行するプログラムコード命令を含む、コンピュータプログラム。
