Description
Claims (20)
- 患者を受け入れて、前記患者を軸方向に移動する、患者支持体と、
前記患者支持体の周りに円周方向に配置される複数の放射線検出器を含む、ガントリと、
前記複数の検出器に接続される1つまたは複数のプロセッサであり、前記放射線検出器内のガンマ光子の衝突を記録し、前記ガンマ光子の前記記録された衝突をSPECT画像に再構成する1つまたは複数のプロセッサと、
を備える、
ことを特徴とする全身核画像化システム。 - 前記患者支持体および前記ガントリは、連続した相対運動を受ける、
請求項1に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記静的ガントリは、放射線検出器の少なくとも1つのリングを含む、
請求項1または2に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 放射線検出器の前記少なくとも1つのリングは、円形のリングおよび楕円形のリングのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記複数の放射線検出器は、
スリット−スラット・コリメータ、
ファン・スリット・コリメータ、
ピンホール・コリメータ、
マルチピンホール・コリメータ、
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記放射線検出器は、
強く放射線を吸収する材料のシートにおける少なくとも1つのスリット開口であり、前記シートの表面の1つの側が前記患者支持体に対面しており、前記軸方向において開口しているスリット開口と、
強く放射線を吸収する材料の複数の平行スラットであり、体軸横断方向に配向され、前記少なくとも1つのスリットに垂直である、複数の平行スラットと、
前記シートに平行であり、かつ、前記スラットに垂直である平面内における検出器のアレイと、
を含む、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記強く放射線を吸収する材料は、鉛およびタングステンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項6に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記ガントリは、放射線検出器の複数のリングを含み、
各リングの前記放射線検出器は、体軸横断面内で異なるように傾いている、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記ガントリの前記放射線検出器は、体軸横断面に対して掃引する、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記放射線検出器は、少なくとも1つのシンチレータおよびシリコン光電子増倍器のアレイを含む、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記放射線検出器は、テルル化カドミウム亜鉛(CZT)検出器といった固体検出器のアレイを含む、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記ガントリのサイズは、調整可能である、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記ガントリは、放射線検出器の少なくとも2つのリングを含む、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 前記ガントリは、放射線検出器の複数のリングを含み、
各リング内の前記検出器は、他のリング内の前記検出器から円周方向にオフセットされている、
請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - 患者を支持する、患者支持体と、
前記患者支持体の周りに円周方向に配置されたスリット−スラット放射線検出器の複数のリングを含むガントリであり、前記放射線検出器が前記患者支持体によって支持された前記患者から放出されるガンマ線放射を検出するガントリと、
前記複数の放射線検出器に接続され、前記検出されたガンマ線放射を画像に再構成する1つまたは複数のプロセッサと、
を備える、
ことを特徴とする全身核画像化システム。 - 前記患者支持体および前記ガントリは、軸方向において互いに相対的に移動可能である、
請求項15に記載の全身核画像化システム。 - (a)患者を軸方向に、かつ、円周方向に配置されたガンマ光子検出器を含むガントリを軸方向に、互いに相対的に移動するステップと、
(b)前記ガントリの各検出器におけるガンマ光子の衝突を記録するステップと、
(c)前記患者が前記ガントリを通り抜けるまで、前記ステップ(a)から(b)を継続するステップと、
前記記録されたガンマ光子の衝突から、全身画像を再構成するステップと、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする全身核画像化方法。 - 前記患者を移動するステップは、前記患者を継続的に前進させるステップを含む、
請求項17に記載の全身核画像化方法。 - 前記放射線検出器は、スリット−スラット・コリメータを含む、
請求項17または18に記載の全身核画像化方法。 - 前記ガントリは、検出器の複数のリングを含み、
前記リングのうちの1つにおける前記検出器は、別のリングにおける検出器から体軸横断面内において角度オフセットされている、
請求項17乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の全身核画像化方法。
