Claims (9)
- ＰＲＰＫ、ＴＰＲＫＢ、又はＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体をコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクター。
- pBacPAK9である、請求項１記載のバキュロウイルスベクター。
- ＰＲＰＫ及びＴＰＲＫＢをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクター、又は、
ＰＲＰＫをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクター及びＴＰＲＫＢをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクター
を含む培養昆虫細胞。 - 前記バキュロウイルスベクターがpBacPAK9である、請求項３記載の培養昆虫細胞。
- 前記昆虫細胞がSf9又はSf21である、請求項３又は４記載の培養昆虫細胞。
- 組換えＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体を調製する方法であって、
昆虫細胞において、ＰＲＰＫ及びＴＰＲＫＢをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクターを発現させてＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体を生成させるか、又は、
昆虫細胞において、ＰＲＰＫをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクターと、ＴＰＲＫＢをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクターとを共発現させてＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体を生成させること
を含む方法。 - 前記方法が、昆虫細胞において、ＰＲＰＫをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクターと、ＴＰＲＫＢをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含むバキュロウイルスベクターとを共発現させてＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体を生成させることを含む方法である、請求項６記載の方法。
- 前記ＰＲＰＫ／ＴＰＲＫＢ複合体を精製することをさらに含む、請求項６又は７記載の方法。
- 前記昆虫細胞がSf9又はSf21であり、前記バキュロウイルスベクターがpBacPAK9である、請求項６〜８のいずれか１項記載の方法。
